Thank you! The guys that work here are Awesome!!!... I had a tire that needed a patch. But I couldn't get the lug nuts off. Because one was stripped. The gentleman handled my problem swiftly got my tire patched and I'm happy! Also replaced my lug nut. Badass!

Victor and his son are awesome! My daughters and I got a flat, immediately drove to Bill’s after finding online. We were promptly greeted and tended to. Incredibly fair pricing, quality work too! My tire light came on and when I got home I discovered a bubble on my driver side rear tire. Called around and everywhere was either closed or told me I had to order my tires. Bill's told me to come on in. When we pulled into the lot, they showed me 2 other tires that also had bubbles on them. Got a set of 4 tires, in and out all within 45 minutes! I have to drive 8 hours tomorrow with my daughter, so I am very grateful for the amazing service they provided today!!

When I had a flat on Sunday they were open and I was able to replace my 2 back tires. We had been searching 6 hrs for tires Sat and Sunday. So when I noticed my front tire was balding I said I know who to go to.
I had a major blow out and they took me right in and fixed everything for an AmAzInG value!!! I would recommend them to everyone!! Super friendly staff and they know what they are doing!!

Bills is a tire shop everybody needs . Fast affordable and they will come to you even if you are out of town . Twice bills came to rescue me with tire trouble. The guys know what they are doing and if one shop is busy there's always his other tire shop across the street. They are all about getting you back on the road. I do recommend Bill's.
Had a tire issue on Christmas Eve while traveling to get back home to Austin. These guys got me right in, got my flat repaired, and had me back in my way in no time. Good service, friendly workers, reasonable prices. 10/10 thankful
Been going here for years and normally get good service. That changed this Saturday i went in to get 4 new tires mounted and balanced. During the process of removing my tires they destroyed 4 of my lugnuts and were going to just put them back on until I pointed it out to Jose(the owners brother) and he replaced them for me. I got home and was looking at the the nee tires and discovered they had deeply scratched one of my rims nearly half the circumference of the wheel and to top it all off when I finally took the truck on the highway the tires are so horribly balanced that they might as well not even be balanced at all. It's shame that after all these years of good service that because of this I will no longer be using them nor recommending them to anyone.
Service here was top notch! I recently had a flat and the tire couldn't be repaired and didn't want to buy a brand new tire because I knew I would need to replace a whole new set before long.. so I reached out to these guys to try and find a decent used tire to hold me over in the mean time.
The guys here found me a used tire that looked better than the other tires I had on my car and had it mounted and back on my car in less than 20 minutes and it only cost me $50

Great place for new and used tires. The staff is always quick and efficient. And the owner/manager is fair with pricing and always willing to deal with a customer and their needs.
Due to the failure of my emergency roadside assistance through my insurance company. I paid a friend of a friend to put a tire on my class A RV. About 12 miles south of Waco a young man pulled up beside the RV and began making strange hand gestures. I pulled off of I 35 and noticed that all but 1 of my rear passenger side lug nuts had sheared off. I had to call 911 to find out what little town I was in. An officer from the Lorena, TX PD found me and proceeded to call around to find someone who could come get me back on the road. Bills sent 2 men out without hesitation. They had to source a new rim and lug nuts then put it all together with vehicles flying by and rocking the beast like a crazy cradle. The cost was much lower than I expected. Within a few hours I was back on the road with 600 miles ahead of me. I am forever grateful to Bill's Discount Tire and the police officer who came to my aid. Thank you, thank you!
I called to see if they were open and had an available spot to change my tires on my camper. They saved the day on a Sunday. They helped me immediately and were quick, great service and such nice people. The other two places I went to didn’t change tires on campers.
Passing through for a wedding and ended ip with a bubble in our tire. Discount tire wouldn't put us on the wait list until we got there so we called Bill's! They had us in and out with 2 new tires in less than 30 minutes. Friendly with affordable!
Just had a tire issue (not a blow out thank goodness but close) on I-35 and this was the closest shop when I pulled up Google maps! They answered the phone promptly and then when I got there they immediately got started! Everyone was amazing and worked swiftly. I was in and out under 15 minutes! I would absolutely recommend this shop, accident or not! Reasonable pricing in my opinion as well. Thank you thank you!!
Friendly, honest work! Visiting from out of town and saw a screw in my tire while pumping gas. Family in Waco suggested I stop by Bill’s to get my tire repaired. Ended up having 2 screws, one in both my rear tires. We pulled up and they greeted us as we were exiting my suv, and quickly had the tires off and repairing my tires. Very communicative throughout the process and great low price for the repairs. They even had a food truck vender pull up while we were there and my nieces were able to grab snacks while we waited. It made for a pleasant visit for them as well. Thank you for being a honest company and making my visit pleasant while not breaking the back while visiting for a family event.
I've been a customer here for 30 years. Used to bring my 1st truck here for $25 used tire way back when. Always felt like I recieved the right service for the cost. As with any company that has multiple employees, sometimes there's one that may not give the customer 100%, but have always proved to make it right if you felt you've been treated unfair. Multiple bays for service, great tire selection, and quick to get you back on the road safely. Good job guys.
Hands down the best tire shop I've been to in town. They were very honest and worked together to get my tire rotation done as well as a flat repair. I'll for sure be a repeat customer. Check them out, don't let bad reviews keep you from going.
A friend of mine just left after having her tires replaced at this location. After driving down the road a loud noise was coming from the side of the vehicle.
When one of the tires was installed, none of the lug nuts were tightened down and one was missing altogether.
This is very dangerous; such an oversight should never happen. This is straight up negligence.
I've been going here for years.... Always have had great customer service. They've never over charged me because I'm an female. Unlike the other competition that I've dealt with in the past. That's what I get for leaving the Best I said to myself! I've since moved to Austin & I wish I could take them with me.
We were driving in from Fort Worth and got a flat on I-35. Bill's was the only one with our size tire. They sold us a used tire for $50 and got us out of there in 30 minutes. Saved us and let us get home. The people were nice, shop was in good order, and they did a good job. Would recommend to anyone.
