Called to ask what price they were buying cans and sheet aluminum for. After getting those, I asked if the person on the phone could tell me the price for 2-3 most common types of aluminum being brought in, besides can and sheet. He laughed at me and said, in the most condescending way possible, “no I’m not gonna do that because there are literally a million different types of aluminum.” Sir, I asked for your most commonly bought aluminums current price, I don’t think that’s too much to ask when it’s LITERALLY YOUR JOB.
These people at this location that work in the front office are rude rude rude! They seemed to have no compassion or heart for others. I will not ever come to this one not will I recommend them. God doesn’t like ugly!
Two visits, both excellent experiences getting rid of a trailer of tin and steel. Great communication at all points of contact. Thank you for accomodating little guys and providing a real community service.
Professional all the way. Amazing location. You get paid more when you separate the contents of your load but if you’re like us and we’re just happy to get rid of the scraps, it was still a great deal. Drive straight into the scales- got weighed and directed to the crane which remove the goods from our flatbed. The operator of the crane was simply amazing! After the load was empty, we drove back to scales, got reweighed and then stopped at the office to collect payment for our 2280 pounds Because we did not separate it between copper, iron, tin and aluminum we were paid for tin only.

We called and got a price for siamese copper wire, they gave the quote .35-.42 per lb., for 25%to50%salvageable. We got to site unloaded and had it weighed and they gave us.12 per lb. Not loyal to there price sheets.
Friendly service, quick in and out. Paid fair market value for scrap metals. I will return with the next load of scrap metal I accumulate. Convenient location right outside the north end of town.
