W124 Mercedes. Needed a Mercedes specific tool to remove part. Called all over town and only a few shops said they had the tool. Went to other shops and they didn't actually have it. Showed up to Foreign Auto Clinic and told them what I needed to be done. I was prepared to drop off my car for mechanic to remove part with special tool. Supervisor went to Mercedes Tech, Mercedes Tech removed part in less than five minutes with Mercedes specific tool, supervisor said I could leave if I wanted to or order part and let them install it when part arrived. The part wasn't a driving safety concern, just a creature comfort. No charge if I wanted to go that route! Super friendly staff and willing to go the extra mile to get me back on the road. I should have went here first instead of going to the first thing that popped up on Google.
Top notch all around. No BS straight to the point! Very fast turnaround considering all I needed done. Great staff 10/10 thank y’all for taking such good care of my mini!
This was my first time here. Marcie was so sweet and she made my check-in easy. She even got me a delicious cup of coffee!!!
Everyone is very friendly, and my battery change was quick. I got text message notifications during my service, and they went beyond by airing up my tires. I feel very taken care of. Highly recommend!
Customer service is outstanding. But I did pay $4000 for brakes that still makes a lot of noise and $250 for an oil change. I do have a Range Rover . But still……. Never paid that much for oil change.
I have used Foreign Auto Clinic for repairs to my BMW. They have been amazing! Good mechanics are hard to find. Good and honest mechanics can even be harder. The personnel ant Foreign Auto are friendly, their service is quality, and their prices are reasonable. They will discuss with you what needs to be repaired and they do not try to charge you for work that isn’t needed. I trust Foreign Auto Clinic.

I always went to Austin TX to service my 2016 Audi Q5. For the first time, I visited Foreign Auto for an oil change. They did a good job, no complaints, they are not cheap. Not a friendly team, considering it was my first visit, the GM - David Romero - never shook my hand or greeted me. Not a word was exchanged.
Car was diagnosed and repaired by the next day. They also found a damaged hose and asked if I wanted to replace it. They are very up front about the cost of the repair before repairing the item. Would highly recommend.

I’ve been searching Central, Texas for the last 2 years, for a reliable, trustworthy place to get my beloved Mercedes 550 SL serviced. I’d tried just about every place in Waco, with nothing but disappointing results, before hearing about the Foreign Auto Clinic from a friend.
I think I’ve finally found a long-term home for my car’s maintenance needs. Davin Romero, the manager, and Spencer, the guy who actually did the work, were both highly professional, knowledgeable & easy to work with. Something I definitely cannot say about the other places I’ve tried.
Most importantly, I actually feel like I can TRUST these guys. I highly recommend them.
I am soooo happy I was told about this place! I was worried my car wouldn’t run anymore due to VW of Waco telling me my car was pretty much “totaled/ even if we did the work we don’t know if it will even run or start.” So, I decided to get a second opinion because it just didn’t feel right with how much they were quoting me and as a last ditch effort. Paula was super sweet and let me consult with her and Davin about the car. They quoted me and said the tech was even able to RUN the car the same day it was towed over for diagnosis. I was in shock because last I heard it wasn’t able to and I was thinking the worst dealing with VW. They sent me the invoice and gave me plenty of time to work through the best options to get the car running again properly. They took a couple days and my car was BACK running like nothing happened! I can’t be more happy with how I was treated being helped the whole experience! Thank you so much for the amazing service, you have a lifelong customer whenever I need services! Again thank you to the whole team for taking care of my car.

The Auto technicians were informative about the problem with my vehicle and stayed after closing to complete the job with a positive attitude. Thank you all, great job on my little red car! I had my 2008 Volvo C70 with nearly 190k miles towed to this shop for several problems: would not crank, needed a new timing belt, previous error code diagnostics indicated cam shaft/timing issues. Davin’s team installed my new (Volvo OEM spec) Continental timing belt and water pump, and they purchased a few extras (after confirming first with me: other engine drive and accessory belts, oil separator, spark plugs etc) and worked with me to source a few other higher ticket item parts (all Volvo OEM) ie timing belt sprockets and engine mount at the BEST price from Volvo OEM part retailers in the region and online.
They also gave me a print out of the scanned error codes, and shared their diagnostic / troubleshooting plan.
They were very fair, always communicated well, and served me well (didn’t double charge labor once deep in the engine). The cost of maintaining high mileage European cars (I’ve had 4 Volvos total, still have 2 of them) isn’t lost on me. Foreign Auto Clinic is fair in their service pricing (viz labor) and communicate well with their customers sourcing the best OEM parts (local parts stores are limited with European cars).
I highly recommend Foreign Auto Clinic for any Volvo or European car owner in the Waco and surrounding area. Davin is an excellent manager and has an outstanding team. Well done folks.
Update 19 Dec 24, Foreign Auto Clinic once again took nice care (diagnosis and repair) of my daughter’s 2006 BMW X5. They interpreted the error codes, and fixed what was most important to me. A great shop for the Waco area.
This is a first class company. Paula and Davin are genuine and very helpful in many ways. They have saved me money and time from the sharks at Mercedes Benz of Waco. It is so refreshing to bring my cars to them. Honesty is so rare in this industry. I am so great full. Thanks again
I have nothing other than very nice things to say about this shop. Back in May, I had a coolant leak on my car, which was a plastic crossover pipe. I replaced it with aluminum and it was still leaking from a different spot. After putting my car back together, it was leaking at the very front of the engine. I decided to take my car over to Foreign Auto Clinic to help fix the issue, since I did not feel confident in tearing the car down a 3rd time.
They were able to diagnose the vehicle, and fix whatever repairs I needed, and did it in a timely manner. I highly recommend this place for any Jaguar/Land Rover vehicle. As of writing this review, I did 2 launches from 0-75 with no weird noises, or coolant loss. Very very happy to get my car back up and running.
They did a good job on my bmw and got me back on the road with no problems, I will be seeing them again in the future for other work I will have done on my other cars.
Davin was wonderful helping me diagnose and repair a concealed washer fluid leak. He and his technicians expertly repaired the leak and even went thru the effort of drying my carpets. Highly Recommend !
When we couldn't get adequate service from the local Toyota dealer service department, we were referred here by another maker's service depot. Foreign Auto Clinic scored high on all counts - great & knowledgeable customer service, fast turnaround, and acceptable costs. The physical building is clean and tidy. We're taking our Toyota here from now on.
It was my first visit to the Foreign Auto Clinic……..it was an excellent experience. They looked my car over and gave me a few items that needed to be addressed. I received a call to go over the list and I picked the ones that I wanted taken care of that day. Service was quick and workers polite and helpful. I will be back!
I took my 2016 Mini Cooper S in for repairs that were estimated by another service facility at 3 times higher than Foreign Auto Clinic's estimate. They completed the work to my great satisfaction on time and on budget. I was very pleased with the professionalism and friendliness of the service advisors and the parts department specialist. The office looks to have been recently remodeled and is a pleasant place to conduct business. I highly recommend Foreign Auto Clinic for your foreign car repair needs.
Drove my BMW 328I to the shop. The care was going into “limp mode” from time to time. Was told car needed a new battery cable $400 plus installation of said cable $2,200. Told them I would install the cable myself at that price. Went to pick up car, paid them $596.57. I had to have the car towed to my house (the same car I drove to the shop) at my cost. Once I looked at the car, the battery cable only needed to be cleaned. I cleaned the cable and there was no damage at all to the cable. Took the $400 cable back (unopened, in original packing) and requested a refund for a cable I did not need. They said it was special order and no refund would be made. I reminded them that they had said the cable was needed when, in fact, it was not. I offered to take the mechanic to the car so he could see the old cable only needed to be cleaned. He refused. They screwed me but it could have been worse…..I could have paid an additional $2,200 for them to replace a cable that was in good working order. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THE PLACE LOOKS NICE, IS CLEAN BUT THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!
