Was told my mustang would take about 2 weeks to fix, only ended up taking about 1 week. It's looks brand new, inside and outside cleaned professionally. I highly recommend this place and would do business here again in a heartbeat!!

I like the way they come out to spray your car and wash it down before it goes threw the the wash and they get all the dirt off your car if your car is white or any color

I deal with this location professionally, and I have to say that Kristin is top tier! She's polite, knows what she's doing, and doesn't just sit and boss everyone around. She's proactive and attentive. She communicates very well with myself and other employees within my company. I would (and do) recommend this crash champions location!

The employees who work here are very helpful and courteous. They were honest and made me feel very comfortable when discussing my options for repairing my vehicle. I will definitely use them again, if necessary, and I will refer them to others.

What a wonderful, helpful, kind place to take your car. We hit a deer the night before. We are currrently Traveling across the United States. We needed to keep going and couldn't stop for the repair. He told us the risks.The owner helped us and told us what needed to be done. He helped patch our car together and sent us on our way. No charge. Even gave us the duct tape. I would totally recommend Crash Champions South Waco. What kind people!!!!

I had the most wonderful experience with crash champions! Kristin was amazing- empathetic, kind, and communicated so effectively with me the entire time! Plus, after leaving my car with them, all correspondence with insurance and dealership was handled for me which was such a relief. Super thankful for my experience here!

Had took my car in for inspection. But they claim they had no information based on my appointment :( had called my insurance company and they said the information was correct and everything was in place:( claim a inspector had came in looking for my car but nobody had ever contacted me. I know how systems like these works consider I use to be involved in the hotel business :) it’s very unprofessional to not have the proper information placed in the system customer service could be Bit better :)

UPDATE: trying to take my vehicle in to get work on the shotty job and damage service king did to my car, looks like they are using the name change to get out of thier past mistakes and dust their hands off. DONT GO HERE Total scam went to pick up my car and they did terrible work. My car is worse now then when it went in. Paint drip, didn't fix my rear light, and have this big goofy bulge were they force force fit my panels together. They also got paint (over spray) on another undamaged part of my car and ruined the panel trying to get the paint off! Highly recommend you AVOID this place!!!!!!

Had the best experience with getting my car repaired. They kept me in the loop and updated on all of my repairs throughout the process. The whole team was very personable and friendly. They made sure that I was satisfied with everything! Keep up the great job!

Make sure you do a walk around video inside and out with as much detail as possible to every aspect of your car related to work they will be doing and not: so when they ruin something you will have photo evidence. Communication was not a positive experience. I was texted my car was “100% ready” but when I went they hadn’t even started the interior work. Would never recommend based on communication and damage done to car interior

Useless company with useless service managers. I got in a single vehicle crash with minor damages and was recommended crash champions. They originally told me 3 weeks to fix the vehicle. I had to call the day of the pickup to see the status of my vehicle and they told me they had done no work on it and told me another 2-3 weeks. Again I had to call to get updates on my car and they would give me vague answers. They ordered one part 4 times and kept getting the wrong one according to them and they told me I had to order it or take my car to another shop. 6 months later I finally recieved my car however there were still visible damages and I have a "tire pressure monitor system" problem now (most of the damages were to my front left wheel). Useless company do not take your car here for repairs they will constantly lie to you. Before they reply with their "lifetime warranty" and "satisfaction guarantee" I have no faith that you will fix the problem in a reasonable amount of time. UPDATE: My car showed it had a tire pressure monitor problem so I took it to a Honda dealership in Canada to fix it. They said that the sensor was completely hollow and not installed correctly. Makes me question the rest of the work they did on my vehicle. Absolutely useless company

So far so good. Repair staff obviously messes with your personal belongings inside the car. They jacked with my dash cam and covered it up I wonder what for do they need to mess with it? Are they hiding something? ***UPDATE*** went to pick up my car and they did terrible work. My car is worse now then when it went in. Contacting Service King was a complete waste of time! I will not be using or recommend anyone use this company. I recently purchased a used vehicle that had some scuffs and minor paint blemishes on the front bumper. I wanted to have the bumper repainted. So, I contacted Service King to get an estimate. I called and explained the situation to the Service King representative and I explained that I would like to have the bumper repainted. The representative stated they could help with that and asked if I would be filing an insurance claim or paying out of pocket. I explained that I would be paying out of pocket for the work. The representative set the appointment and sent me a confirmation via text. Upon arriving for the appointment, the desk clerk stated that they had completed all of their appointments for the day and didn’t have anymore appointments. When she was asked to double check, because I had a confirmation showing that I had an appointment at that time, she then stated that she had in fact found the appointment in the system. It was again explained that I would like the bumper repainted and had booked the appointment for an estimate. The clerk then stated that Service King does not paint vehicles, nor do they accept payment out of pocket, and will only do work through insurance companies. If you didn’t want my business or money Service King, you could have just told me. You didn’t have to waste my time and gas to travel out of my way for a useless appointment.

I took a little bit to think of what I wanted to say. I gave the rating that I did mainly because communication in the beginning wasn't that great. It wasn't until close to the end of the project that it got better. The initial project was a frame swap and front end repair on my 2012 ram 1500 pick up. And I really do have to give it to service king, this was a difficult project from the beginning and they took it on to get me my truck back. Took about 3 1/2 months to complete because it took a while to find my truck frame which is no fault on service king. Parts are hard to come by now a days and I'm also a mechanic myself so I understand. There were a few mechanical issues that arose once I got the truck back but service king was VERY QUICK to address the issues. I am overall satisfied with the repairs done to my truck so I'd like to extend a THANK YOU to them for making it possible to bring my truck home. Please work on your communication in the future. And I'd like to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Debbie for staying in touch with me and making sure the repairs were done right. And Eric for the outstanding job on the body work. I know that wasn't an easy task.

Don’t waste your time here. Staff is poorly trained and doesn’t care about the customers. I’ve done work on my wheels and paint here in the past that was decent, however I got into a collision and Service King said they couldn’t get me in for over a month. I called back in the week of my appointment to get the estimate sent in. Staff told me they didn’t have an appointment for me despite putting it in a month prior. Called back to reschedule and turns out, they did have an appointment and now I can’t get scheduled until next month. Complete waste of time and management is unwilling to provide me with any compromise despite the careless mistakes from staff that has lead to a massive inconvenience for a returning customer. I can tell you that I won’t be giving them thousands of dollars any longer with this level of customer service.

My repairs were fine but the communication between staff kept me getting multiple versions of the status of my vehicle every time I would call. They wouldnt call me when they said they would for an update so i felt like I had to nag to get info...1 week turned I to a whole month. They fixed my front end damage but now I also have an uncleared code running on my electronics and new white paint smudge on the side of my ride (my ride is a dark gray). ...I won't be going back here.

My insurance company USAA recommended them for my repair. I admit I was a bit hesitate because when I was trying to get quotes the person doing quotes didn't have a mask on for the covid. Needless to say 1st impression was not good. But I decided to give them a chance on USAA recommendation. They did have my car for 30 days. When I got it back it was missing parts and was not the best of jobs I had seen either. I immediately reached out to USAA. Service King called me immediately. Service King was great. They went well over and beyond to make things right. I couldn't be more satisfied now. So if you wonder if their guarantee is real it most certainly is. Now I peak out my door ever so often to look at my beautiful car again! Thank you Service King and of course USAA for paying for it all.

I had an accident that required body work on my new Blazer. Service King took great care of me as a customer and made this stressful situation easier with constant communication and friendly service. Tracy is amazing! The work was beautiful and my car looks brand new.

A young lady hit my car and had usaa insurance. They referred me to service king. Ill admit I was sceptical being the insurance companies pic. These guys done a great job and got me in and our asap. Very professional. Even detailed our car inside and out.

This has to be the single worst repair station I've ever been to. Had to take my car in 3 times in a row because they're too incompetent to replace a door warning actuator (the switch in the door that sets off the door ajar warning and doesn't let you lock your door if it is open) and when having to have my insurance company fight tooth and nail to get them to take it the 3rd and final time, they said they would cover the rental. However, they had cut my rental off for 6 days and did not notify me that my car was ready to be picked up and they were terminating the rental. I only finally found out because the rental car company took over $115 out of my account and told me what had happened - they said Service King told them they notified me multiple times, even though Service King did not contact me even once I found out that they had 2 incorrect phone numbers for me. Now, even though they had the wrong phone numbers (I gave them the correct one when I initially dropped my car off) they still had my correct email address, yet failed to send me a single email. In the end, they forced my insurance company to once again come to my side and pay the hundred dollar rental charge, and Mr. Corey, the one who made this mistake, didn't even have the gall or guts to apologize. Save yourself the trouble, this place is an absolute joke.

Getting into even a minor accident is always a headache, and mine was no different. The other insurance company accepted 100% fault and the initial repair was completed painlessly by Service King a few days earlier than quoted, but somewhere along the line I ended up with additional damage that the insurance company deemed to not be accident-related. When the car was returned to me with the new damage I was pretty upset with both Farmers and Service King. There was a dispute as to how/when the damage occurred and who should be liable, but ultimately Service King was the one to step up and make it right and I appreciate that. The paint work they've done matches perfectly and the panels that were hit all look brand new. Despite the initial frustration (and I still can't stand dealing with Farmers), the folks at Service King understand customer service.

Quality service. After reading some reviews about the place, decided to take my truck in to repair some minor damage. Kind of slow when I took it in, but turned out they were having computer problems. After I dropped it off, took about a week for the repairs, which was fine as I did not need it any quicker. I did have to call, because I had not heard anything after a couple of days, but after that had frequent text messages on the status, updating the progress. The work was really good. Giving 4 stars, and I know some people might be concerned it is not a 5, but i would not read it that way. The work was excellent and the people were nice. There was an initial lag in communication, and it took a bit longer than i was expecting, so I could not give it a 5, but those were relatively small issues.

First phone call to Service King, I was given info to perform a vehicle drop off. I stated ‘NO’ to this person (Dave) that we would NOT leave our vehicle there indefinitely--one day only for the bumper replacement. He said that’s fine, and made us an appointment Wed. 11/21 at 9am to see a ‘Phillip’ at Service King in Waco. We drove 80 miles to arrive before 9am, and Phillip never did show. A standard cop-out was given by another person who looked at our van, and accumulated all required info. We assumed he is a service advisor. Later learned from ‘Veronica’ that he is a helper or someone grabbed off the street. So as a substitute, did he really represent Service King? Also, he did not know a ‘Dave’. Since we live far out, and if we could arrive the day for the repair, the parts will already be here. He said he trusted us to be here, and that would not be a problem to be ready with the bumper parts for the one day repair. Late afternoon 11/26, Veronica phoned us, and wished to know what day to drop off vehicle. Of course it was to leave van on their premises indefinably. I mentioned our twice oral agreement, and she stated she would phone back. This is the first that Service King actually did what they promised. I also requested to Veronica to have their company supervisor phone me. Never happened. She immediately found no-show Phillip, and he told her that there will be no pre-ordering of parts. I assume they cannot trust their native customers to ‘show’ just like their employees--if ordered parts are sitting there without the vehicle being there first. A ‘Cory” phoned me 11/28, 7.06 pm to schedule an appointment??--for what, if SK has no parts. Stated to him Service King broke the oral contract requested and approved twice, and now owes me $15.00 for gas as actual damages, and 3 hours pay for our wasted time. Linda and Steve

Customer service is great. Though, they stole anything I left in there (i.e. CD's and a 18v car adapter) and when I called to figure out they just ignored me. My own fault but they also ordered the wrong part to my car twice for two different parts. Took a month to fix it. Would advise somewhere else

In an accident out of town on Sunday evening thanksgiving week. My insurance recommended service king. With understandable reservations not knowing anything about them I agreed and headed back home. I received the best customer service from TJ. He understood my reservations and assured me he would handle everything for me. He Always answered my calls and called every step of the process. Thank you so much TJ. Very satisfied customer Oklahoma City.
