These guys are great! Got us in our locked running car and didn't cost a fortune. (Plus no damage). And they joke too! Definitely would call them again!
Called several hours in advance & they gave me a time they would show up. They never did so 30 mins later I called & said they never had a reservation for me. They offered to send someone out but ended up calling a different towing company. Extremely unprofessional. Do not recommend.
Got towed by ronny. He came in a great time and WE Had a pretty fun ride with him. He Took US where WE wanted to go and gave US good advice. Only can recommend him ask, ask Ronny for his son if you want to see fun yt videos.
So thankful this is who we called!!! We got a flat tire and didn’t have what we needed to change it out. Called at 2am, he was there in 20 minutes! Helped us out and then followed us to make sure we got our spare aired up. Really went above and beyond!!!
Thanks so much to Jay and Ronnie. I broke down in Waco and they got my truck home in Mexia at a much cheaper price than ANYONE else quoted me. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fair and honest tow company.

I called Metroplex towing to have a car towed to Hubbard. I called about a week in advance and they were very friendly and said it's something they could do, quoted me a good price, and said to call the day before to arrange and exact time. I did that and we arranged a time for them to tow the car. They didn't show up so I called them after 15 minutes. After multiple attempts to call I finally did get in touch with someone and they said that they lost the reservation and would try to get someone there within a couple of hours.
I ended up calling another towing service in Waco.
I called the guy asking for a tow and i was expecting a high rate but he gave me a very great price. Although i was not there at the vehicle my fiance was. So my fiance was the one that had the pleasure of meeting the guy (i never caught his name) and told me he was very cool, fair and great customer service. Pretty outstanding guy and gave some advice on our car as well.
Metroplex Towing just saved our first road trip with our 9 month old! Jay went over and above to come get us across town, get our car to the dealership, then even took us to get the rental car after dropping the vehicle. Great Man! Great Company! I would recommend them to anyone!

Just finished up my Chemo treatment and my Bronco decided to die on me on the side of the road. It's hot today and not a good day to be out in the sun for a long time. The guys showed up quickly, were VERY professional, VERY thorough and took great care to get my big girl home safely. Thanks again!!! I will only use them from now on. Hopefully I don't need a tow too often LOL but they have a customer for life!!
Jay is the best. I would highly recommend metroplex towing. He found us in the middle of nowhere. Very nice and professional made us feel comfortable and safe.
I just had to have our church van towed and once again these guys were friendly and amazing and I noticed that Haily Fitzhugh put two bad reports her husband works for Woodys a competing tow company and I hate to see how low a Business has to go to get customers sickening
John really helped us out with a great price. When you need a tow it feels like you are getting kicked while you are down, but that was not the case! I highly recommend Metroplex Towing Great customer service! Super friendly and fast!
