Mr J Johnson, tow truck driver, demonstrated incredible customer service and professionalism. He was kind and considerate and made sure I had a safe place to pick up a rental car as well. Did not leave me stranded. Thank you!
I called because I needed a tow. They were very professional, The operator was a woman. She was very patient and helped me out with a quote. The entire transaction was under 20 minutes. The car has been loaded and gone, which was very exceptional service. I would highly recommend.
Anthony (my tow driver) is a very solid guy. When I was stranded in my sprinter and trailer, I was driven for an hour and a half to a dealership - and he even waited for me to make sure I wasn't stranded, made sure I got the trailer to my hotel . If he is an example of what they do over there, then I think I would only ever call Tow King. Amazing service.
I just wanted to give Jimmy a shout out, he was extremely nice and helpful with everything. I needed him to let me offload a truck, then drop a trailer in one location and a truck in another, every answer was no problem and there was no rush on his part. It is nice to deal with someone who is pleasant in a not so pleasant situation. Thank you again Jimmy for being so helpful.
After a 30+ hour trip in a U-Haul from Connecticut to Waco, I accidentally (and stupidly) got the truck stuck when trying to go up my new driveway when the trailer hitch drug the ground. I called Tow King and they were there in 15 minutes. 3 minutes later and I was unstuck. Excellent company, excellent service and great work. Many many thanks for saving us from a mess!!
Regrettably, our charger bus encountered a problem and got stuck while attempting to pick up the remainder of our party. However, we quickly sought out a local towing company and couldn't be more pleased with our choice of Tow King. From the moment they arrived, it was clear we were in good hands. The staff was so professional and extremely knowledgeable, taking great care to ensure our vehicle's safety and condition throughout the entire process. Towed my husband's car for a reasonable price and were helpful at keeping neighbors and my landlord out of my business when I had my car towed to my apartment complex. Very discreet, professional and helpful.
Rip-off Tow should be their motto. One of our owner operators had an unfortunate incident happen in Waco concerning his flatbed trailer breaking and his cargo sliding off onto the roadway. The police called Tow King, Waco has several other heavy duty towing companies-Waco Tow, Woody's,Big Boys, in which I will be sure to let our o/o's know if in the future one is needed not to use Tow King. They arrived with a crane/rotator, service truck/technician(2 different trucks/techs)with different hourly fees, and a supervisor to clear the intersection. The driver had another driver meet him at Tow King with another trailer to get the coils. Once loaded onto the other trailer it was then time to pay the invoice. Which was $9300.00, over $2300/hr. The driver called the office needing help to pay this outrageous bill and I told him we would take care of it so he could leave and deliver the load and discuss later how he could repay us. This entire ordeal was taken care of in 4 hours, it was only like 5 miles to the intersection where this occurred to Tow King's facility, so not a lot of miles to travel. I called and spoke to Gary the owner and was given a breakdown for all the charges and he reduced the bill to $8300.00. Similar incident happened not too long ago and that tow company used a 50 ton crane with a rotator and was only charged $750/hr at 3 hrs. What a difference in people. I believe in treating hard working people the right way and feel good at the end of the day that you didn't rob someone without a gun.
I broke down on the side of the highway while taking my 2005 Chevy Dually to the dealer and they had me call Tow King. They were quick to get there even though I was about 40 minutes out. Driver, David was nice and easy to communicate with. Great people, will use again if I ever need another tow. Definitely recommend.
I was extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by this towing company, particularly with the tow truck driver's attitude . Would not recommend towing with this company.

They left my car unlocked at the mechanic’s shop they dropped it off at and I had my personal property stolen all because the driver didn’t lock my doors while my car was under his care. They didn’t do anything about excepted will have a manager call you.

I had my car in tow kings and went to get it out on a Saturday and I was not expecting to get great service. I showed up and the guys were super friendly and nice. Very friendly, outright, honest. 24/7 no upcharge for midnight service. When we arrived in front of their gate there was plenty of space to turn around with our semi, called in and somebody came out to unload us within 10 minutes about. Paid invoice with credit card by phone.
One of your drivers was picking up a trash truck on my street. He looked calm when the other cars were going past him. The cars suppose to slow down but no did. I think he did a good job
I’ve waited 5.5 hours for my vehicle to be towed and am told (whether it is true or not) that it will be another hour. No doubt they are busy. I called over 5 hours ago and just now a second time. The car repair place where they were supposed to deliver my truck has called 4 times in the past 5.5 hours as well. They keep telling the car repair place it is on its way. This has not been true. I just called and the lady said it would be another hour. I was not happy. I walked 2 miles to the car repair place. I am stranded 125 miles from home. This tow service has reasonably good reviews, but that has not been my experience. I feel badly about the frustration I expressed to the lady with whom I just spoke. It is not her fault. When I called at 6:30am the first time this morning the person told me they do not work with AAA so I cannot use my AAA. I am now suspecting that is also not true.
Addendum: Mr. Hoffman, the owner, called me afterward and apologized profusely. He also credited my account for the charges. Very impressed!
My starter retired on me 25 miles past the last known point of civilization in the middle of the night. I waited until the next morning to call these people out to come get my chariot, and take it to the dealer.
They sent me a brand new roll-back truck with a very courteous and professional driver. He loaded my large General Motors SUV up, and got it to the dealer in record time with no damage to the vehicle. And, their office staff, both dispatch, and administration was a bunch of very kind, professional, and courteous people on the phone, handling the issue with deliberate speed, and later on getting me a receipt by mail to submit for re-imbursement.
This company was recommended to me, and they performed like an ambassador. For the services I needed they certainly delivered the goods, and for a fair amount of money. I did like what I got, and were I to need them again, I would certainly use them again.
I've never met a person who enjoys dealing with a tow company on the back end, after their car gets towed then have to pay a fee to get their car back from their lot.
But, my car broke down because of the alternator. I needed to get my car to a dealership, so they can get it fixed and also to deal with the maintenance that needed to have happened this month anyways.
I called, they answered, and appointment with set. It took a little bit more time than I preferred, but they we're dealing with the logistics as to where to drop it off and the time. Because the car dealership didn't have a key drop, they needed to reschedule with me with what do I like to do. It did cost more money to drop it off my place and then the next day pick it back up to bring it to the dealership when they open.
But the tow truck driver gave me some great advice and even saved me some money by offering me to pay a fraction of what I would have paid if I simply have the car towed to their lot and they take it in the morning after I set a schedule with the dealership as to when they can drop it off with them.
It was more money than I cared to pay, but they did provide an essential service in a clutch that if I did not have them, I really would have been up a creek without a paddle.
Dealing with them was easy.
The lady on the phone was polite.
The driver was helpful.
Payment was flawless and quick.
All in all, a really great experience, if you specifically need to have your car towed, then they will try to take care of you.
I was in an accident and totaled my car miles and miles away from home a road back with the man to the company they gave me coffee donuts very nice people very friendly people.
Not only is the bottom of my car falling off now!!! But I understand people may come in all the time mad that their cars get towed. I was not one of them. I walked in said can I pick up my car they said what car I told them and they said well do you have the money? So I turned to my dad who was paying it. They also got rude and said I need her id first. Still fine but could ask politely can I have your id it’s going to be this amount of money. My son was with me and was barely able to see above the counter but enough to peek over and look and they asked him do you need something? Very unprofessional rudest people I’ve ever came across in my adult life. I don’t mind but you talk to my son and father like that your services are not needed. The driver that brought my car was very nice though Irvine was his name but office ladies need to find a job they enjoy or not run customers away. And they charged way extra than the price quoted the night before because of the address even thou the lady knew the address last night. I know it’s more if it’s an extra day but it was way more. Very poor service inside very polite driver. I’d think it would be opposite since they literally sit in ac office but it’s not. Highly do not recommend. And if you are forced to use this company go in with your guard up. Rude and ruined my car even worse than the little dent on the side…

I was stranded and needed a tow. Their prices were better than the other local services. But price is not what this is about. The customer service was A1. I don't live in the area, I was only passing through. They legit handled my problem quickly and professionally. The old school way. I highly recommend them. Owner reached out and made sure I was a very happy customer so I'm happy to right a review for them. They were amazing.

Wow I live in Dallas and had a flat in Waco on the way to Austin. Justin Nix came to rescue and came literally within 10 minutes. He knew to bring a flatbed for the make of my car and was super quick to put in on the flatbed. We were towed to the closest hotel as all the tire shops were closed for the night. I would absolutely use them again for the quick turnaround, great customer service by Justin and for the price.
