I recently moved to Hewitt/Waco area. I do my best to try and recycle instead of throwing away things. Our area only has recycle pick up twice a month. I have been to this recycling center a couple of times and it is great. Easy process, they help you sort your items to the proper bins. They also take electronics, used engine oil, and canola oil
We moved from Austin where recycling is a way of life to a rural town where there is no recycling. We collect all our recycling and drive an hour to Cobb; and they are always friendly, helpful with unloading and there’s plenty of room to park and maneuver around to deposit your recycling!
I am very grateful to the folks that help me with my recycling. I was surprised to learn that the styrofoam recycling has changed with what styrofoam products are acceptable now.

Super easy to find even with all of the construction work. I had a large bin of various glass jars that I needed to recycle, and it was a very quick and convenient process that took less than 3 minutes.
Service was quick and easy. My car was loaded, front to back and within a couple minutes, the staff unloaded my car and I was on my way. I took huge cardboard boxes and Styrofoam. They separate the items into appropriate bins
I recycle dark and clear glass about four times a year. I am thankful that Waco provides this service. The staff is always helpful and friendly. It's funny and comforting to know that my glass is the same as everyone else's: beer bottles and jalapeno jars.
Everyone at the Cobbs recycling is so , kind, courteous, and helpful. I enjoy a quick visit while unloading. They are a super group of employees.

Dropped off my old rice cooker here so it was a sad day for me since i’ve had it since 2015! The people were really nice and they were willing to help unload your things and sort them out for you. I wish I know what they do with the old things to make something new!
The man there was very nice, helpful, and pleasant to talk to. Said he had family from Buffalo, NY. I feel bad they're out in that sun though. Will be back!
The people there are very helpful and nice. It's a good location and it's easy to drop off your recycling if you live outside of city limits to have it picked up, like me.
Handles all my recycling needs. I can take glass, electronics, appliances, and all other recyclables here. The staff have always been very accommodating and helpful in unloading large and heavy items. It's convenient location makes it easy to drop off recycling weekly so that I don't have bags of it stacking up between recycling pick-up weeks.
