Carlos saved our family vacation! We were 2 hours into our drive when I hit a curb in Waco busting both driver side tires. I found Carlos on google and called him to tow our car back to our home. He suggested he might be able to find two replacement tires nearby and tow our car there to get them changed out. I figured there was a 1% chance he would find these specific tires for our luxury SUV and on a Sunday at that! During the time he was calling around, I had found a rental car (what a miracle) and had it on hold. He called back 10 mins later and told us he found the exact tires we needed (and new!) 5 mins down the road. He came and got our car and loaded it up on his flatbed truck. We decided since the rims were also badly damaged to leave the car with him just in case there were any issues once the tires were changed out. He oversaw the changing of the tires, he took it to another shop where they made sure nothing else was damaged, we asked him to drive it down the block to see if it was making any noises, he sent us photos and confirmed no damage and also stored it in his lot for 4 days. After our trip was over and we were heading back home, I texted him so we could pick up the car and drop our rental off. Carlos made what was going to be a really bad day, not so bad! I have his number stored just in case I ever have any future car problems in his neck of the woods.
