Refunded our money for a radiator that they order and it is the wrong one. Returned it the next day May 29,2025. We have called numerous times being told it will be a few days and it will post back to our card, well it is now June 20, 2025, still no refund, so we call again, spoke to Rueben suppose to be a manager. He now tells us it was refunded to someone else account and not back to our card, they told us we would have to call their other customer that they refunded our money too, and have that customer refund us our money, LKQ screwed up and are not willing to refund our money to us like they should have done to being with. Do not trust or do business with them now we are out 293.10
Not good at all said bumper cover was going to deliver on holiday and never showed up the next day the delivery driver returned it without even trying to deliver now I got to drive 1hour to go pick it up
Do not buy here at all costs. Could not get a front bumper delivered to me for over a week. First said they lost it. Then the driver lied and said I returned it. Then driver said I wasn’t at work. To add further insult I was asked to pay $80 more than the price originally quoted. Horrible service all the way around.
