They may not be the only ones in Brady to be honest in their diagnosis and fair in their pricing, but they are the ones I went to first, and I've never had a reason to change.
I just want to thank Chris,Kara and the team at AutoTechs. Had a problem with my 2010 F 150. They were there immediately to arrange towing, and repair of the vehicle. Stay away from the mechanic shop if you can they will rip you off and and try their best to sell you parts you don’t even need it the worse mechanic shop I have been in my 23 years of trucking

I was passing through town on a road trip and had an auto emergency. Not only did they fit me into their busy schedule, they did the work fast and for a shockingly reasonable price! All the while, they were kind and friendly. Absolutely tops!
Wow......I just had a new set of tires put on and I was referred to Autotech for an alignment and inspection they worked me in to their busy schedule and took care of my needs.....Very efficient and Very Friendly Service.....They will definitely be getting my future business....

Their customer service is amazing. We didn’t end up having our vehicle worked on at Autotechs due to insurance wanting it moved closer to where we live, but dealing with them was a breeze. We’re also very grateful for them allowing our vehicle to be parked on their property while we waited for insurance to handle our tow. We live 4.5 hours away from Brady and my husband hit a coyote on the way to west Texas. Autotechs was the nearest shop to him, so that’s where we took it and left it in the middle of the night, all day Sunday, and most of the day Monday. Autotechs could’ve easily told us to get off their property once they found out we weren’t going to have work done on it there, but they didn’t. They made a very stressful situation so much easier on us.

I often do the work to repair my vehicles. I consider myself a mediocre mechanic. If the job is too big for me, I don't have the time or energy to do the work, or I don't know how, I take it to Autotechs. Chris and his crew treat me with honesty and respect.

This is my go to auto repair shop in Brady. Chris is always upfront with the work needing to be done and completes in a reasonable time frame. For my last repair, they allowed me to pay over time since the repair was a bit more than I expected. They also will pick up and drop off your vehicle. First rate all the way!
I brought a couple of trailers in for inspection prior to renewing their registration. James was very professional and performed the inspections without wasting any time and was very thorough. Chris remembered me from previous years and was engaging and attentive. These folks are great at their jobs and very customer oriented.
Amazing, fast and affordable service! Our truck broke down just before closing on Monday and had to be towed back in to Brady. Chris had us up and running by 10am Tuesday morning. It’s always a great experience and everyone is professional, personable, and make you feel like part of the family. I would highly recommend to anyone!
Needed to get my one anly vehicle in and fixed its the only way I have to transport my mother who is on hospice and my disabled sister who lives with me noone could get it in in time but chris got it in and fixed in just a couple of hours he really does know how much of a blessing it was for us...thank u all...

Amazing customer service. Had an accident with my GF while moving and needed to get a radiator replaced. Left vehicle there over the weekend and was kept informed about the car and progress. Quality work as well.
I'm a single mom and everytime I had a problem with my vehicle I always go to Auto tech and they tell me what wrong with it and they fix it and it doesn't cost me an arm and a leg,
Stopped by to see if they could reattach some molding that was falling off a car and they made the repair in just a few minutes and didn't charge for it. Nice people and great to have a shop that is willing to help out.
