Absolutely the Best! Justin was absolutely amazing. Earlier this year I locked my key in my car for the first time in my life. I was in a primitive place at a campsite at Inks lake that was 1.5 hours away and not easy to find. Justin arrived and it was clear he knew what he was doing and that he really cared. I even tried to tip him afterwards and he wouldn't let me. A standout man. Blessings to him and his family and Wolfe's Towing. Highly recommend

AAA asked them to dispatch a tow truck to assist me and my dog, and they initially agreed. But upon arrival, they claimed that they would not take my dog. I told them that I was willing to keep my dog inside my RV during the tow, but they hung up.

Couldn’t be happier with how fast you responded to my breakdown in literally dirt road middle of nowhere south of Mason. Driver was professional and friendly and accommodated everything we needed. Truly a great experience and I’m glad you work with AAA. Hope to never need you again but you were exactly the right thing when I was in a tough spot. Thanks!

My daughter and I were traveling to New Mexico when I hit a very large rock in the middle of the road on HWY 71 between Llano and Brady. The impact blew my front passenger tire on my Acura. If you know anything about newer model Acuras then you know they do not come with spare tires. They come with an air pump and sealant that spays inside the tire to seal any leaks. Completely useless in this situation. So instead of changing the tire and getting on with our drive we were stranded in the middle of no where. I opened up a road side assistance case with AAA to get a tow and then sent out Steven with Wolf Towing. He showed up 20 minutes before the ETA listed on the app and got us and our car loaded up as quick as possible. He made arrangements at a local tire place for an after-hours visit for us and got us on the way. My daughter and I both handle stress by joking and laughing at it. People usually just look at us like we are crazy but Steven went with it and made the trip into town a hilarious one. Being two females stranded on the side of the road in the pitch black of night can be a little nerve wracking for some people. Steven pulled up and made us feel safe and at ease as soon as he approached. He also knew what he was doing so that helped too. If you ever need a tow in West Texas call Wolf’s and ask for Steven.

Mike hung up on and disrespected a 100% Permanent & Total Disabled Veteran after I asked for the companies insurance information due to multiple personally/monetarily valuable items ended up missing. Mike is trash, and so is this company. Coming for you. Time will tell! Edited for reply: Yes, I was disoriented. I suffer with severe PTSD and psychosis. I was having a moment. Regardless of that... you did hang up on me. So lie all you want. IDK. I asked for your insurance and you laughed and hung up on me. The truth is the truth. Hide from that all you want. If you have nothing to hide provide me with the insurance info as I asked and the problem is solved. I'm not looking to blame anyone. I'm looking for the items that I know I had in the vehicle when your company took possession of it. How hard is that to comprehend?

Wolfe’s Towing saved us when our Jeep broke down on a rural TX highway on a Sunday evening outside of Brady. We were appreciative that we didn’t have to wait too long in the Aug TX heat. The tow driver was friendly and considerate and towed my wife and me about 100miles to our local dealership. He was concerned that we had a ride from the dealership to our home and would have taken us there if needed. AAA covered the cost of the tow. Very appreciative of the assistance and would call them again if the need arose.

David from Wolfe’s Towing was at the rest stop in no time after contacting my insurance company . He was very nice and accommodating and after he got the truck loaded I asked if he could drop the camper off at a different location in a different town. He said absolutely without any hesitation. So If you’re ever in need of a tow in the west Texas area, contact Wolfe’s. They are very professional and accommodating.

Had the best service today, took a good ol’trip across Texas with the utmost care and service someone could ask for. I had the opportunity of riding along and met one of the most honorable man I’ve ever met, David. The ride as long as everything else was taken care of. Shout out to y’all and thank you.

They got me towed from Wolf Caves to New Braunfels. They got to my location in about 45 min, got my truck to my mechanic in NB, and gave me a ride back to my house in Canyon Lake (it was along the route back). 10/10 experience and I highly recommend Wolfe's Towing! Steven did an awesome job.

The tow truck took about an hour, but only because AAA's app didn't properly dispatch the call. They had to turn back and send another truck because of it. Once the tow arrived, it was great. Mike was a super nice guy who drove us back home to Round Mountain about 3hrs away. Overall, great service!!

Very grateful for the service provided by Mike great communication and quick service. I needed winch service when my truck was stuck deep into a State Park and this was no issue for Wolfe Towing consider them for your towing needs. Thank you!!!

My tow driver, Steven, went above and beyond for me! He was great to talk to, helped guide me through the towing process, and I had a real good experience overall! If anyone deserves a raise and all the good things in his profession, it's Steven!

Wonderful people and accommodating. They gave me a jump and a tow last minute later in the evening. Price was fair. Nice tow trucks. Well worth it

Had fuel pump go out about 5 miles from my home. been a AAA customer for years. For some reason they messed up on my needs and it was about 4 hours before wrecker showed up..I don't believe it was the fault of Wolfe towing but rather AAA trying to find the most economical vendor. When the truck showed up I was pleased very much with the operator of the wrecker. I believe his name was Tucker. very pleasant and experienced operator. His boss needs to show this young man the recognition he deserves. My thanks to him.

Distracted driving led me to run out of fuel, middle of nowhere just the stars and the moon, call around and only this company was able to come through! Was told an hour but Mike came earlier than advised, professional and he made me feel assured I was going to be helped from the moment the phone was first answered. Great experience! Price was very fair, God bless these people

Mike went out of his way to help us out ! He was able to arrange a car service for us before he towed us.

Wow!!! Can't even begin to explain the anxiety of having my teenage daughter stranded in the middle of Texas after a deer ran into the road. A lot of confusion with AAA, and Wolfe's Towing came to the rescue. They rearranged drivers so that, after 10 hours, my daughter could get picked up sooner. She stayed on the phone with me until the driver got to my daughter. I couldn't be more grateful.

Mr Soto was the best, man he got in got out on a difficult tow on a dirt road out of the trees. Out of all the tow companies Wolfe's was the only one with "The Big Ones" to get me out of there. Two thumbs up and 5 stars Great Job guys. Thank you

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We were traveling to San Antonio when the catalytic converter caused a complete vehicle shutdown in the middle of nowhere. And late on a Sunday afternoon, to boot! In desperation we reached out to Wolfe's Towing and they could not have been more helpful. Our driver, Mike, was amazing! He located us within a half hour and towed us seventy miles to the nearest dealer. I'm so grateful that we were safe and sound before sunset. I can't say enough good things! Great job, Mike!

We were heading home in our motorhome. Between Coleman and Brady the alternator seemed to fail. I had been told by others that should that happen, bridge the "house" batteries with the engine battery and keep going as running the generator would keep me going. Well that did not work. As I approached an intersection, the electronic transmission shifter could not shift so the RV stopped, all but blocking the highway intersection. Wolfe's came quickly, got of out of the roadway. They assisted in sourcing a part and had us on the road the next afternoon. Kudos to Wolfe's Towing.

These guys were super helpful and very fast. Helped tow us in a pinch and even had U-Haul service we were able to take advantage of. They had answers to all the questions we had for resources in town and very friendly on top of all that. Would highly recommend anyone!

I can't say enough good about the service we received. Seriously they made a really stressful situation on vacation a highlight, if a 100 mile tow could ever be a highlight. Amazing, caring service. I felt like a family member came to help. I felt like our driver truly wanted to help us and was patient and went way beyond just the tow. Usually when I find a great business like this I want to keep using them. Sadly I hope I never see them again. However, if you are in the situation I was, middle of Concho County, with a pick up that doesn't start, call these guys with complete confidence.

Wolfe's Towing was the bright spot in an otherwise miserable day! I was involved in an incident involving an 18-wheeler on a cold and rainy day that rendered my vehicle unable to be driven. Wolfe's towed me to Brady and allowed me to wait in their warm office for my husband who was traveling from Austin to pick me up. Good people in the Heart of Texas!

On two different occasions my daughter's were broke down on the side of the road going to visit there papa with me being 4 hrs way I made a call to Wolfe's towing and without hesitation they had a truck rolling that way. He assured me that he would make sure they got there fast and got them safely to their grandparents. I am extremely greatful and thankful to the crew at Wolfe's towing. I would highly recommend Wolfe's towing to anyone

I cannot say enough good things about Wolfe's! My young daughter hit a deer outside of Brady, TX one night. Not only did Kimberly send someone out immediately, she let me know when the driver made contact. The driver took my daughter's car to a secure lot and drove her into town to a hotel. It was such a relief as a mom to know she was in good hands. The biggest surprise/blessing came with the bill - SO very reasonable! I live in San Antonio but grew up in small towns. Small town culture, small town folks just can't be beat. Thank you so much ... and don't take this wrong, but I hope to never need your services again :)

August 9, 2018 To Management: On Monday July 30th, my delivery truck loaded with asphalt broke down in the middle of traffic on Highway 29 in Llano, Texas. The police arrived and called Wolfe’s Towing & Rental to tow my truck. But the crane they sent was too small to do the job. The crane operator tried for over 5 hours and damaged my truck during many attempts. Finally I had to call the company and requested a larger crane that could handle an 18-wheeler, with which I was able to move my truck in half an hour. However, I didn’t know that I would be charged for the use of two cranes totaling $2,650. This is outrageously unfair! First of all, it was the police who called Wolfe’s Towing & Rental and asked for the 1st crane, not me. It wasn’t my choice. I would have chosen a company in Austin that only charges $700. Secondly, not only that the operator couldn’t move the truck, but he damaged it. So finally, I had to move it myself with the proper crane. I am pleading with you to PLEASE re-evaluate this matter. I should only have to pay for the service of one crane, NOT two! PLEASE reimburse me for at least half of the $2,650! This is hard-earned money that my family desperately needs right now! Sincerely Yours, Walter & Sarah Herrera
