I stopped by just a browse at their cars. I guess it was the owner, He was so busy on his phone that he didn’t even get up out of his chair to come outside and see what we needed. I don’t know about you, but that is not good Customer service. I figured out a place that sells cars from the auctions would be willing to negotiate with you, but the guy laughed in my face when I asked him if he could come down 1500 on the price. Crazy thing is I did my homework before I even came to this dealership and the reviews are just a sorry as his approach to customers.
Didn't have any issues. Took my hubby with me and we didn't have any issues. Bought my car and got a text saying my plates were ready the next day. Pretty much open and close.
They're rude. Abrasive. And inattentive. Plus all they sell are auction vehicles now overpriced and no fixed. I will never return there and encourage others not to go there as well..... Save people from being mistreated. Vehicles are overpriced junk!!!!! DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!........ and look at the next reply simply exposing that they are also horrible liars simply trying to save them selves......... Go figure! A reply of simply already stated that I wouldn't ever return....... Just trying to look out for others!
Used to be a good car place. Don't waste your money or time . 3 weeks ago bought a car from them and not even 24 hours later gas tank was leaking took to their mechanic. Got car back then had electric issues with car . Got car back today and went to get my kids from school. DIDNT HAVE IT FOR 1 HOUR AND CAR BROKE DOWN ON WAY HOME. THE OWNER IS NOW CLAIMING ITS OUR FAULT . HAVEN'T EVEN HAD CAR IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE OR BEEN ABLE TO DRIVE OT FOR A FULL 24 HOURS. IT BEEN AT THE MECHANIC THE WHOLE TIME.
I asked if I could do a pre-purchase inspection of the vehicle and they practically threw me out of the dealership. I'd trust a scrap yard to sell me a car before I went back to Car King. At least the scrap yard will let me inspect the vehicle before I buy it.
My sister went and bought a car from this man and he told her it was in great condition but one week later the transmission went out and when she went back to talk to him him he said it wasn’t his problem. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! She ended up selling the car to a mechanic for $1,000 because that was all she could get she paid $4,500
Please don’t waste your money big cheater .I been waiting last 3 months for my title compete paperwork.i went to office rude employee was working there very rude & disrespectful service.he said we just turn in paperwork 2 days ago.it was in cabinet we for got to turn in .what kind of business they running it been 3 months they forgot to send paperwork to get title & top of that rude very disrespectful.
The absolute worst dealership anywhere. My grandson 15 years old got his 1st car there it was sold as a clear title vehicle. Went to register it. Then and only then found out it has a salvage title. The dealership will not take the car back or return any of the money. Then says he is friends with the legal system there. Like I care or like that will stop me.Well calling attorney generals office, getting attorney and anyone else that will listen. One pissed off grandma.
