My brakes haven't squeaked since Tim’s team worked on them. They did an amazing job. Midas has been great, and the people are also great, but Tim’s team was amazing!

Walked in terrified because I was choosing Midas instead of the dealership - obviously, I needed To try to save on the bill. My AC had suddenly gone out. Everyone there was very professional and welcoming. Tim overheard my conversation and felt he had the experience to figure it out. I was out of there in less than an hour. AC working again and I was able to comfortably get back on the road. All of the pricing was explained to me before anything was done. Pictures were messaged to me explaining the details of what had gone wrong and what the plan was to correct it. … Giving Midas a five star is a no-brainer. Tim even checked on me the next day to make sure everything was still OK.
Was visiting Lubbock & got a slow leak from a nail.
Went to National Tire Chain for repair & they twisted a lugnut off & refused to take responsibility. Took it to a local Ford Dealership who said by phone they would get us in ASAP since we were from out of town.
Got there & the story totally changed. Instead of ASAP, it was now going to be 4 days for part, 350 people in line ahead of us, and a cost upwards of $500.00
Someone had suggested Midas & Wife drove vehicle there to let them look at it. Zachary said they could fix it & bring it in at 7:30am the next day.
We had it there at the crack of dawn & by golly they had it repaired within a few hours.
Went back to pick vehicle up & was pleasantly surprised when Zachary gave us a Senior discount & entire bill was 1/5th what Ford Dealership had estimated.
Got home safely, and went to the place Zachary said to go in our area to get the matching lugnut they could’nt get in Lubbock.
Midas is the first besides Ford to ever touch our Vehicle & if needed in the future, would fully trust them again.
I dealt with a very helpful and kind ,gentleman named Zach. Him and his crew got my upper control arm replaced and wheels aligned and truck is driving like new again
Came here to fix my ball joints, found out it was my motor mount that needed fixing. I called for an appointment for Monday August 18Th at 1:30pm, I showed up around 10:30am, I was able to get in and have my car serviced. What an amazing job they did to my car, I felt a total difference as soon as I drove off the parking lot. I most definitely will be coming back for other service, Midas here in Lubbock has a new lifetime customer. Thanks to the guys fixing my car, you definitely made a difference.

Upon my van malfunctioning within a month of spending 500 + last month and over 500 in the previous 5 months, im so dissapointed .this company has ripped me off 100 percent.I will never recommend or take any vehicle to Midas ever again.This conpany ahould be ashamed of itself.Im a single mom with very limited means and i trusted them! No attempt to refund much less properly fix anything.

Very professional and they didn’t try to hassle or hustle me. Very honest. I needed front and back brakes, new rotors and struts. They did the job in the amount of time they quoted and it cost about $500 less than Mavis (which tried to rip me off). I even got a ride home while they worked on my car. Tim, Zack and the team do great work and the car runs like it’s new.
Got totally scammed, paid to get my AC run better and now it doesn’t work at all. Try to charge me ridiculous amount for the compressor change. Those guys think Im a clown
I can’t thank Midas enough for fixing the A/C in my truck! It hadn’t been working right for quite some time, and I had taken it to three other shops who couldn’t give me any real answers. Midas did not disappoint—they kept digging until they found the root of the issue and got it fully repaired. No more sweating it out in a hot car for me and my little one!

Our experience at Midas today was excellent. Zack and Will were very helpful; they were very honest after inspecting our vehicle. They inform us that my breaks were in great condition and no service was needed. In today’s world it’s unusual to encounter honest people like they were. They did excellent work and it was decently priced. The staff are amazing and kept me updated every step of the way. They even did a followup contact with me to make sure things were still working well. Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone for brake service.
Friendly, approachable staff. Wait time roughly 45 minutes (including tire rotation). Shopped all around for best full synthetic price using 8 quarts, and it came out to $101, which included disposal of old oil. Approximately $9 more dollars than what it cost at a dealership, but dealer’s price did not include tire rotations. No brainer on best value for your buck. Even had a follow up text to check in on how everything was going. “Trust the Midas Touch!” Was not paid to leave review.
I went to see Tim and the guys for a wheel alignment on a Saturday with no appointment and they did not disappoint. Best service ever! The guy at the front desk was very knowledgeable and cool. I’ve been using Midas for a while and have always been happy with their service. This time, my car had some issues I wasn’t aware of, and I’m so grateful they took the time to explain everything. Their communication was excellent—clear, detailed, and easy to understand. Plus, while I was on the phone with them I could view their text of the report of checkpoints and it even shows pictures of the issues, leaving no room for confusion. I’ll definitely keep using Midas!
The service is good. And the stuff is very nice. But they are a little lack of professional experience. After maintenance, there is a fault light is on. And after change the battery, the AC is down, the radio is down. But luckily, they help me maintain again. Although I spend 1093 dollars and twice returns, I still believe they can do better next time.
