I have never met such honest mechanic shop. I brought in our pick up, thinking We needed the brake pads replaced. Kimberly called me, explained they were still in good condition that there was no need to replace them now. I will keep bringing in my pick ups for any mechanical issues in the future with Trejos automotive for sure!!

Kimberly was not in the office the day I contacted for service and she still got me an estimate within a few minutes, communicated proficiently, and had great customer service. My repairs were done fast and the price was fair! I appreciate that they didn’t try to sell me work that wasn’t necessary to get my car back up and running. They have gained a repeat customer!
Great service no bullshit no upselling.
Needed a starter replaced. Let me 1st say I was quoted insane prices from other local mechanics. One that I received the owner marked up the price of the starter by double the amount.
Alfredo allowed me to test my battery and alternator before just throwing parts on my truck that might not even fix the problem.
Had the starter put on in less than an hour.
Once again no upcharge no bullshit just good business. Only mechanic I would recommend in Lubbock.
I've got to say Alfredo is one of the most honest and reliable mechanics I've ever found . I was having a issue with my starter and he replaced it ,but then another problem happened with it not starting. He did everything possible to figure it out and got it running . He went above and beyond to make sure my car was working properly. His wife Kimberly is so sweet and always communicates efficiently . I highly recommend Trejos Automotive. Super professional. I've never met a mechanic that actually knows what he's doing and goes the extra mile to figure out any issues that happen . You can tell he takes pride in his work.
I came here to get one cored spliced & to check why I’m having a misfire in my cylinder 5. Alfredo proceed to check out what was wrong, once we fixed the problem he just happened to take out one of the main Pieces to the engine casing it to mess up the throttle body after I told him once you took that part out it messed up the car & now it won’t start, remind you it’s been driving all day just so happen its not gonna drive anymore because he touched something that didn’t need to be touched. He proceeded to try & have me pay for a new throttle body which I shouldn’t if I ain’t have a problem with my original one in the first place, now I’m having to tow the car to an actually dealership to get it done, so get to the point I won’t come here again
Took my car to many shops and all doubted the work that needed to be done and got the run around and all, but NOT Trejos. They took on my car like nothing and got my car up and running again. I’m very thankful for the customer service I received BUT MOST OF ALL for the mechanic that took the time to work on my car with care and love. This company cares and it needed to be RECOGNIZED. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and was honest about the minor maintenance that was needed. He even offered to meet us later in the day to give us a jump if we had any other troubles. I messaged/called about 6 mechanics late in the evening when most are done working for the day but Trejo’s Automotive messaged me back quickly and continued to answer all my questions and concerns for the rest of the night then schedule someone to come out first thing in the morning the very next day! 10/10 service!
Very professional, fast, and accommodating. They kept a good line of communication from when I was first experiencing my issue to when it was resolved. Pricing is very reasonable and I 10 out of 10 would recommend and will recommend Trejo’s automotive to friends and family on the future.
Came out the next day, earlier than our appointment, I was kept aware of everything happening throughout the day, excellent communication, work was completed quickly and neatly and final invoice was lower than what I was quoted. Will personally never use another mechanic in Lubbock.

I will most definitely be taking any of my vehicles to trejo's automotive the best experience. A job that I was looking at paying close to almost $2,000 plus was way less with him. Had my car back with in week. Amazing service amazing people both him and his wife , addition he's done everything from a timing chain to my knocking sensor on my 2018 Hyundai sonata. Amazing work

We just moved from Chicago to Lubbock and we needed a mobile mechanic asap. Trejos was fantastic! Our ford gave a headache but that didn’t stop Alfredo from getting the problem resolved. A few visits later and our truck was back in tip top shape. His wife Kimberly was very informative and kept in touch. I highly recommend them as your ONLY mechanic in Lubbock. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Kimberly and Alfredo. I called asking about a fuel filter replacement, which I was pretty sure was my problem. Kimberly scheduled my appt. and Alfredo showed up right on time with the part in hand. He explained to me what was needed and answered all my questions. He even checked out another part just to make sure it was the filter and not something else. He got right to work and had the part replaced in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely call them again should I need other repairs. The price was even lower than I expected. Do yourself a favor and call them if you need repairs.

My husband's AC wasn't running so I did a diagnostics appointment, He told me the issue we fixed it and then we found out another part was faulty due to other mechanics over charging and over working the part , he quickly came back to address the issue . We got it fixed and the AC works Amazing now . He also was able to look at my vechicle and tell me the issues i needed done . Alfredo and his wife are super kind and friendly. Very honest mechanic, with resonable prices . I'm glad to have him around to trust my cars will get fixed .
