Levi provided great service in an emergency, had a blowout with run flats that were impossible to find anywhere. He had them in stock, replaced the tire promptly, and also replaced the rear two as well. For professional and prompt service, and outstanding tire selection at a moments notice I definitely recommend Firestone on 50th.
Brought my truck for an alignment & to take the “ steering assist reduced drive with care” light off so they kept my truck for a few hours and when I got the call it was ready. I went and paid for it & found out I paid for a 12 month wheel alignment package I didn’t need & they never told me about & then my alignment is still pulling the right and the light is still on. Pretty upset about it. SMH
Came into Firestone, worried about my undercarriage being loose and damaged, and Levi set me up with an appointment and got it all fixed back up the way it’s supposed to be. Thank you Levi I appreciate you taking the time to explain and help a girl out.
Firestone would not be here without LOYAL customers - time to find another automotive shop that takes care of their long time customers. 12 cars over the years. NEVER again - treat people like price tags and you will lose more and more customers. CFNA is closed too and that’s just pathetic. 50th St and 82nd - the WORST.
Went in for a diagnostic on my vehicle and was met by Tommy with a smile and very respectful young man. Got in and out without any issues or hassles. Definitely will be returning for future car repairs.
Just had a minor problems with my own personal vehicle, more often or not I’ll usually get the same young pale man called dan or Daniel who does very well with the cars and also explaining to my family and I what could have caused this problem and helpful solutions. You might wait a little while in the lobby but it’s worth getting my car fixed with reliable hands. Only flaw is that the lobby bathroom is dirty but that’s expected in a mechanical shop haha
I called on Monday and was able to get my car in on the following morning ant 10:30 and I was out by 1:00. All four tires were replaced and lug nuts. Great service and kept me informed the whole time.
Had a 5 star experience; I walked in last minute with a flat tire in need of repair that decided to blow on my way to work. Justin went above and beyond to take care of me and help get me back on the road as soon as he could; and made the experience totally stress free. Thank you!
Got her done. Friendly & Fast. Would have given a 5 star but they only have 1 bathroom for but it was dirty seat left up and urine stains so i walked in and right back out. Yes I know its a shop but women obviously come here also but overall I'm satisfied with the services these gentlemen provided. Thank you

Went into the Firestone tire store for new set of tires and talked to service advisor Tom Madewell. He asked about my car and what kind of driving we do and recommended a good quality tire at a good price. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to and we got in and out in a very reasonable time. Will definitely go back as I have never been treated this good at any other tire store.
Pulled up close to closing and I was met with complete professionalism and kindness. Tom Madewell even offered to stay after closing to make sure my tire was fixed. Also signed up for. Firestone card as well. Great experience all around.

This is the best Firestone in Lubbock, and I’ve tried them all. Despite being short-handed, they managed to finish one of my fleet trucks within a couple of hours. Everyone else in town and nearby small towns was “overbooked” and wanted to keep the vehicle for 4-5 days, which is ridiculous for an alignment.
Everybody here went above and beyond helping me get my tire and suspension issues sorted before leaving for a trip. Detailed explanations and efficient service as well made it as an good experience as you can have for an unexpected and unwanted problem. Will definitely be back!

I want to thank these awesome people for helping me get my vehicle up and going while I was in a bind being out of state. I needed a wheel bearing and cv axel replaced. These people had outstanding customer service and I would highly recommend them. I took my car to Firestone on 50th and Indiana because one of tires was low. Anthony and the crew at this location were very professional and friendly. I have been purchasing tires for our vehicles at location for many years and the service here has always been amazing.
Anthony was great help very honest and up front and made sure our needs were met. He did his best to get us in and out even at a busy time. Service was great definitely gonna come back. To maintain my truck.
My truck was damaged in your care and some videos were conveniently missing from my dash cam. I will warn everyone against using you from now on! Originally thought it was a hit and run, the officer that came out stated he had three very similar incidents from this location and pointed out the damage was not consistent with a vehicle collision.

Took my car in because the thermostat needed to be replaced. When I picked my car up I noticed the front windshield was cracked, and it wasn’t like that when I dropped it off. I went back in and talked to Levi about it being cracked and he immediately said “it wasn’t us” he didn’t ask where the crack was or what windshield it was because my back windshield is also broken but it was like that before I took it in. He also told us he couldn’t do anything about it because they took pictures of the crack at the time of the inspection. The only pictures they took for the inspection was the cracked front windshield and my washer fluid being empty. I have more damage on my car that was there when I dropped it off but they didn’t bother to take pictures of it because they didn’t do it. I understand mistakes happen, but at least take responsibility for it.
This is my go-to location for all of my tire needs. It's a little pricier upfront to go with Firestone tires, but the warranties are great and come in handy in the event you pick up a nail. I recently brought my car in for rear brake rotor and pad replacements simply because I've already been going there for almost four years now, and received great service as usual. The guys completed the job before noon the next day, and while they did recommend some additional services like replacing the battery after doing the free vehicle check, they didn't pressure me when I declined and said that I can do those sorts of things myself.
I was recently in the process of moving my son home from college when my car over-heated. It was a Saturday, and I didn't have an appointment. I was totally stranded on my way back to Austin. Anthony and his team worked diligently on this major repair all afternoon and had my car back to me by end of the day (which was totally unexpected) so I could resume my trip early the next morning. Truly exceptional service!
