Had a wonderful experience at the Firestone! Tom was knowledgable, friendly and professional. Would highly recommend this establishment to others for their great service.
Tom, Levi and Anthony we're just amazing. I had taken my car to whom I thought was a reputable shop before I took it to Firestone. Turns out the shop made fraudulent claims as to what work I needed done. That shop charged me quite a bit. By the time I took it to Firestone, it was already too late, the damage had been done. However, Firestone didnt know that as I told them all the work the previous shop said had been done. Until my car got the same error code on it the next day. So I took it back to Firestone and they checked all the work the previous mechanic said he had done. He either never changed the thermostat or intentionally damaged the one that was in my vehicle. Then said it must be the water pump, radiator and sensor. So I had his shop work on it. Still got the same error code repeatedly. So I finally took it to a shop that would actually fix my car. Thats why I went Firestone. This wasn't even a month later, so Firestone checked that shops work and found a broken thermostat, so they replaced that for me. Then they found the water pump was also faulty, they relaced that for me, they also replaced the sensor. All the work the other shop said they had done Firestone had to redo as the previous shop lied. I even took the broken thermostat into the shop to request my money back and the owner looked at it and said yes thats the one he put in it had the same numbers on it, without even checking his work log. There are no numbers on it. That shop refused to give me a refund and then wanted to ring my car to make it work longer. I have no heat. Which was one of the things that first shop was supposed to fix. My credit card company's dispute resolution agent said , that I said I have a broken card. What ended up being the problem is that I now need a new engine. Firestone did all they could to help me. They even refunded what they were paid because they guarantee their work. When they did the block test and found I need a new engine they agreed that the work that was done was pointless on a vehicle needing a new engine. Now I won't have heat this winter and have no idea how long my car is going to make it. I should have taken it to Firestone in the first place. I heard that even bad publicity is still publicity, thats why I'm not going to mention the other shops name. Firestone your staff is amazing. Thank you so much for your help, consideration and expertise. I apologize if I misspelled or wrote too much. I just got home from work a little while ago. I've started working extra shifts to save for a new car.
Dennis is the greatest, he helped me more than ever on my vehicle. Took care of my car, I am so grateful for this Firestone on 50th street Lubbock, Texas.
Justin and Levi are the bomb.com they did such at great job on my truck. They made sure everything was in good working order, and in a timely manner. Will send everyone I know to see the crew at the 50th street Firestone for all their vehicle needs
While they may not have been able to help me right away due to factors outside of their control, they were very kind and filled me in on everything I would need. Tom also gave me tips to handle the main problem I was having.

This Firestone location damaged my car when completing repairs. It took my going back not once, but twice, to get them to fix it. Despite my providing documentation from an independent auto shop that this damage appears to have been caused by their repair, I am still waiting for them to reimburse me like they said they would if I provided that documentation. This has been a months-long process now and still not resolved.
Levi provided great service in an emergency, had a blowout with run flats that were impossible to find anywhere. He had them in stock, replaced the tire promptly, and also replaced the rear two as well. For professional and prompt service, and outstanding tire selection at a moments notice I definitely recommend Firestone on 50th.
Brought my truck for an alignment & to take the “ steering assist reduced drive with care” light off so they kept my truck for a few hours and when I got the call it was ready. I went and paid for it & found out I paid for a 12 month wheel alignment package I didn’t need & they never told me about & then my alignment is still pulling the right and the light is still on. Pretty upset about it. SMH
Came into Firestone, worried about my undercarriage being loose and damaged, and Levi set me up with an appointment and got it all fixed back up the way it’s supposed to be. Thank you Levi I appreciate you taking the time to explain and help a girl out.
Firestone would not be here without LOYAL customers - time to find another automotive shop that takes care of their long time customers. 12 cars over the years. NEVER again - treat people like price tags and you will lose more and more customers. CFNA is closed too and that’s just pathetic. 50th St and 82nd - the WORST.
Went in for a diagnostic on my vehicle and was met by Tommy with a smile and very respectful young man. Got in and out without any issues or hassles. Definitely will be returning for future car repairs.
Amazing experience I was told I would need a new alternator and I went here to get it done and instead I was informed it was a much simpler fix instead of scamming me into paying $1,100 honest people highly recommend
I called on Monday and was able to get my car in on the following morning ant 10:30 and I was out by 1:00. All four tires were replaced and lug nuts. Great service and kept me informed the whole time.

Got her done. Friendly & Fast. Would have given a 5 star but they only have 1 bathroom for but it was dirty seat left up and urine stains so i walked in and right back out. Yes I know its a shop but women obviously come here also but overall I'm satisfied with the services these gentlemen provided. Thank you

Dennis from the 3425 50th St, Lubbock, TX 79413 location was such a tremendous help with my vehicle problem and made sure to have constant communication for updates, helped fix issues from an issue in the sourcing the part from the manufacturer, and overall gave me some of the best service I could hope to receive. Went into the Firestone tire store for new set of tires and talked to service advisor Tom Madewell. He asked about my car and what kind of driving we do and recommended a good quality tire at a good price. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to and we got in and out in a very reasonable time. Will definitely go back as I have never been treated this good at any other tire store.
I needed to get my car fixed fast, and Anthony and the whole team delivered! They got me in right away, explained everything clearly, and had my car running perfectly in no time. Everyone was professional, friendly, and honest, and the price was fair. I couldn’t be happier with the experience highly recommend Anthony and the entire crew for reliable auto repairs!
My truck was damaged in your care and some videos were conveniently missing from my dash cam. I will warn everyone against using you from now on! Originally thought it was a hit and run, the officer that came out stated he had three very similar incidents from this location and pointed out the damage was not consistent with a vehicle collision.
Took my car in because the thermostat needed to be replaced. When I picked my car up I noticed the front windshield was cracked, and it wasn’t like that when I dropped it off. I went back in and talked to Levi about it being cracked and he immediately said “it wasn’t us” he didn’t ask where the crack was or what windshield it was because my back windshield is also broken but it was like that before I took it in. He also told us he couldn’t do anything about it because they took pictures of the crack at the time of the inspection. The only pictures they took for the inspection was the cracked front windshield and my washer fluid being empty. I have more damage on my car that was there when I dropped it off but they didn’t bother to take pictures of it because they didn’t do it. I understand mistakes happen, but at least take responsibility for it.
Employee are well behaved. They made me feel welcome. However, they can not maintain time properly. My appointment was at 8 am. But they started after 10 am.
