These workers are quick. They are so kind to give me a bottle of water. I didn't ask for any service, except for them to check the oil and tires, and they did a wonderful job. Steve and said, I was short on regular fluid and they topped it off! They were honest with me. I had asked him if I needed an air filter, do i have to buy theirs not and not one somewhere else. He even told me that they will intall it for free!! Then, the man cleaned my windshield, and it really needed. It. Keevin was AMAZING he was friendly and made sure I was taken care of. He also made sure to inform me I needed to have my tire looked at before I have a blow out.
I just took my jeep to get a oil change 12/31/25 as I was driving in the Guadalupe mountains my car just tuned off and said low oil pressure keep in mind I couldn’t get a freaking signal it was fixing to be 9pm at night there is no lighting I’m by myself stranded because the 2 gentleman who did my oil change did something wrong to were my oil completely leaked out of my suv now I’m stranded in another city with having to pay someone to tow my suv and pick me and the shop is closed already on top of that closed today 1/1/26 I’m $450 out of pocket for a tow the $112 for oil change that was not done correctly and now waiting for yall to open to see what the damage is to my suv i seriously hope I am compensated back for this! And that yall make this right! This is not okay !
Oil was spilled all over and they bent my dip stick, which happens to be a manufactured part because my truck is too new to be ordered from a local auto parts store
My experience here was horrible I came in for an oil change once the oil change was completed. I went home and found out my gas line had been cut due to the powerful odor of fuel. I’ve attempted multiple times to reach out to this company, but the customer service representatives is very unprofessional, especially when requesting to speak with a manager. They’ll transfer the line and then it’ll go straight to voicemail. Horrible place. Do not get your oil change from here.
Jasmine, and the guy that helped change my oil on my vehicle, they were very good at what they did and very polite and got me in and out.\n I would recommend anybody to come there.
The man and women working 11/2/25 around 2pm were so sweet and very insightful! They gave me honest recommendations and made sure I was good to go before leaving. Topped me up on everything I needed and installed new windshield wipers in a flash! They fit perfectly and work great! Whoever they were definitely deserve at the very least high praise from their management team. It was such an easy going and nice experience. 10/10 all around for the team.
David was great him and his team was very informative and helpful. They greeted me with a smile and a bottle of water. Great customer service and thy got me in and out in a timely fashion

David and Conner both were overly transparent about everything they were doing throughout the whole process. That means a lot in my book. Because I care about my car. ALOT!!!!! I wanna know exactly what somebody is doing and why they are doing it. So this trip to take 5 was exactly what I want when I have my car serviced. This will now be the only take 5 I will be using from here on out

I went and got my oil changed when they gave me my receipt they had checked off items that they did not perform. They did not clean my windshield. They did not air up my tires. They said I was good all across the board. They did change the oil and they did change the air filter, but nothing else was refilled or topped off. I have always used y'all and this is the first time that it went like this.

Take 5 does a fantastic job at what it does, and I’ve been getting mine and my wife's oil changed her for years. While yes, it is expensive, you are paying for the convenience, speed, and general great experience with their staff, which has been a tradeoff Ive been willing to make for many years.
My wife and I came by just to get all of our fluids and just the basics checked before our trip today. Usually at most take 5’s they aren’t as helpful, they have forgotten to put my oil cap back on and more. This take 5 there was a specific employee, Randy, he not only made sure we were completely filled up. He helped us figure out why the truck was going through oil as much as it was. Gave us some recommendations. Had immaculate customer service and was genuinely interested in his job, our experience and our safe trip there and back. I couldn’t have asked for a better employee to have helped us this morning. If you do go to this Take 5 ask for Randy. Thank you so so much
Randy was really nice and very skillful about his job. He was very helpful when I asked several question about the oil the filters answered very truthful. Not trying to take advantage of me becos I was a female. I asked to check my wipers and if I needed new ones. He checked them for me and told me they were good. He told me my air filter was good till the next oil change...and I appreciated his honesty and he was very friendly...
Great experience at Take 5 on Ave Q. Randy was very friendly, respectful, and informative. I felt like I could trust his opinion on what my car needed. He deserves a raise for sure! They were out of the filter I needed so they went and picked one up from a different store so I didn’t have to do it myself. I felt well taken care of!
Good experience overall. Service was fast. I bought an engine air filter, wipers and got an oils change. They were honest on the filter life and they tried to sell a coolant flush. I was on the edge of needing one but didn’t. They were honest and weren’t trying to upsell but let me know my options. Great experience will most likely go back.
Good service, wish they provided prices online ahead of time. Coupons available online. They filled my tires and cleaned my windshield at the end of it which was a nice touch.
They came out to my vehicle asked me if I wanted anything to drink while I waited as they are busy being that their customer service is over the top asked me if I needed anything cleaned ALL the windows to my truck and we're just very concerned talk about customer service at their greatest well return most definitely
