How about you guys get your district manager to actually call me back after the $1000+ in repairs I have had to put into my car following the coolant flush y’all recommended and poorly executed?
I went and got my oil changed when they gave me my receipt they had checked off items that they did not perform. They did not clean my windshield. They did not air up my tires. They said I was good all across the board. They did change the oil and they did change the air filter, but nothing else was refilled or topped off.
I have always used y'all and this is the first time that it went like this.

Take 5 does a fantastic job at what it does, and I’ve been getting mine and my wife's oil changed her for years. While yes, it is expensive, you are paying for the convenience, speed, and general great experience with their staff, which has been a tradeoff Ive been willing to make for many years.
One star is being generous. My husband took in his F250 in for an oil change and fuel filter. The oil change went great but when they put the fuel filter in the guy had no idea what he was doing so much so that he was watching a "how to" video on youtube and trying to get it done. He messed up and our truck has not worked since March 26th. 6 days later and our truck is still NOT working. (this is my husbands work truck) so not only do we not have a car but we have missed out on making money as well. The adjuster gave us a call today and said it'll be 7 days until we get this resolved. DO NOT Go to this place when they mess up they aren't quick to get it fixed.
My wife and I came by just to get all of our fluids and just the basics checked before our trip today. Usually at most take 5’s they aren’t as helpful, they have forgotten to put my oil cap back on and more. This take 5 there was a specific employee, Randy, he not only made sure we were completely filled up. He helped us figure out why the truck was going through oil as much as it was. Gave us some recommendations. Had immaculate customer service and was genuinely interested in his job, our experience and our safe trip there and back. I couldn’t have asked for a better employee to have helped us this morning.

Was polite and I didn't know a lot of things that he was saying, but he took his time to explain everything to me.1 time. We went to take 5 on 82nd and Milwaukee. And everything he told me they never said anything. The 1 on 82nd and Milwaukee.. So this young man.

not happy with them at all. i visited on monday mon 13 jan 2024. did not check tires did not clean windows trying sell stuff was not i need of will not return Boltons oil change here i come ...!!
Randy was really nice and very skillful about his job. He was very helpful when I asked several question about the oil the filters answered very truthful. Not trying to take advantage of me becos I was a female. I asked to check my wipers and if I needed new ones. He checked them for me and told me they were good. He told me my air filter was good till the next oil change...and I appreciated his honesty and he was very friendly...
Great experience at Take 5 on Ave Q. Randy was very friendly, respectful, and informative. I felt like I could trust his opinion on what my car needed. He deserves a raise for sure! They were out of the filter I needed so they went and picked one up from a different store so I didn’t have to do it myself. I felt well taken care of!
Good experience overall. Service was fast. I bought an engine air filter, wipers and got an oils change. They were honest on the filter life and they tried to sell a coolant flush. I was on the edge of needing one but didn’t. They were honest and weren’t trying to upsell but let me know my options. Great experience will most likely go back.
The men here are so helpful. Always willing to give me advice on how to properly care for my vehicle. I have had cancer for the last 5 years. They always make me feel like I’m a valued costumer. Really a great group of gentlemen
Excellent service. When I tell you the staff 2/17/24 went above and beyond assisting me with what my car needed before we got on to the hwy. The Teamwork was awesome. The service was fantastic and we left with two working headlights shining bright like a diamond!! Thankyou All :)
Good service, wish they provided prices online ahead of time. Coupons available online. They filled my tires and cleaned my windshield at the end of it which was a nice touch.
They came out to my vehicle asked me if I wanted anything to drink while I waited as they are busy being that their customer service is over the top asked me if I needed anything cleaned ALL the windows to my truck and we're just very concerned talk about customer service at their greatest well return most definitely
