Crash had my car for about two weeks!! I hit a dog and messed the bumper up and got In and out service, great customer service who kept me updated 2 times a week about my vehicle. Crash Champions did an outstanding job on our Mazda 3 bodywork. Shelby in particular was very helpful during the whole process. She kept us up-to-date and made sure that everything was done right.
Had them give me an estimate on repairs on one of my vehicles and requested OEM parts. After I chose them to do my repairs I hit my vehicle back with after market parts. One side of the vehicle is completely a different tone and body lines just matched up. Didn’t even take the time to plug all the light or anything sensors back in and refused to fix what they failed to do. If you looking for quality work I’d look elsewhere
Shelby checked my vehicle out and she and the technician Mike crawled under, and looked all around making a thorough evaluation. After Shelby looked up the parts cost before giving me a cost for the repair. The other place I went to barely opened the hood.
They were spot on with their assessment and even found some things were not damaged which saved me some money. How often do you see that today !!
I took my Mazda in for repairs. Got a call that was ready but when they brought me the car and I went to sit in it, the cabling running to the rear view mirror was hanging down across the drivers side, just dangling there. I asked them to come out and look at it and they fixed that issue, sort of. A piece of plastic that the cabling was running through when I brought the car was missing. They couldn’t locate it. They said they would order me another one and install it when it came in. More on that later. As part of the repair, They had replaced my Passenger side mirror. I picked up the car and a few minutes later went to adjust the mirrors and the passenger mirror they had replaced did not work. It would make a noise but it wasn’t moving. I took it back, thay said they’d order a part and let me know as soon as it came in and they’d fix it. Said it should be there the same week. I didn’t hear from them for 2 weeks so I went by, they still didn’t have part. After calling again a week later (they still hadn’t called) they said the part was there and to bring the car in, I did, the guy who was supposed to replace the Mirror hadn’t shown up for work. Went by again a day or 2 later and they replaced the side mirror. I asked about the part for the rear view mirror - they still hadn’t ordered it. Another week or so later, (again they never called) I called again and they said they had the part. I went by, it was the wrong part. It’s been several more weeks, still no call.
They were professional at every level. Sadly they weren't able to fix our van. Due to the scarcity of parts for our van, it took some time to get our parts in. Then a deer decided to jump out in front of my wife and totaled the van. I'm kind of glad it took forever for the last part to come in. Then all of the hard work they would have put into it would have been for nothing. I've seen the excellent work they have done of my friends car. Couldn't tell it wasn't factory. That's the quality of their workmanship. 10 stars if I could.
My 2014 scion tc was hit in a parking lot and collision king wanted to just total out my vehicle rather than do the work. So I came to Edwards body works and they not only did the job but did an amazing job as well, and took care of any other issues I had immediately I highly recommend coming here. Shelby, Jennifer, Jason and the rest of the crew will take good care of you and your vehicle. I will be coming back very soon myself to get my windshield replaced and climate control knob fixed. Edwards body works did an amazing job! I accidentally scraped my husband's truck. They were able to get it repaired in a week, it looks perfect you cannot even tell it happened. I would definitely recommend them for any body work. They were very friendly and professional.
