I called for a road service so they can replace my air dryer filter. It took a little over and hour, the guy showed up refused to change the filter said it was something else. He didn’t do any diagnostics didn’t even turn on the truck. All he said is he’s been doing it since he was 15 and that’s it. he left to buy a part and didn’t come back for another hour. He put that part on it didn’t work. Finally turns the truck on and said it’s the compressor. It’s so easy to remove a hose to see the compressor is working. As soon as I noticed I know he didn’t know what he was doing. If you need to get back on the road don’t call here. They charged me like professionals but the actual help was sub par.
I was promised service within the hour, I was promised they had the piece I needed. Tried calling many times to get an ETA. 6 hours later, after hours answered and clarified they still need to get the part and that all their trucks weren’t available at the time. Even though I specified if they do not have the part I would not bother with their time. She assured me she did. I understand they were backed up but good communication goes along ways.
Addy and her team were awesome to work with. They got our vehicle in right away and they were all so kind and helpful. Thank you so much for getting our vehicle fixed! Highly recommend!
I would like to thank A&B for stepping in and saving the day for me. I was broke down in Lubbock Texas and was there for about 2 weeks before A&B stepped in and got me back rolling within a days time. I really from the bottom of my heart appreciate all their hard work and effort to get me back rolling. I highly recommend A&B, professional service, and just great down to earth people. Horrible service
Was told mechanic would arrive in 45 minutes. After an hour of waiting I called six times and got no answer. An hour and half later I get a call saying that they sent the mechanic the wrong location and that they don’t answer the phone during SHIFT CHANGE. When I questioned the lady about when the mechanic would arrive. She said that “ it will some time” I replied what does that mean. She no answer, I told her that I would find someone else. I spoke with other mechanics in the area who also complained about their service. LAZY CUSTOMER SERVICE and attention to detail in the office. Not to mention the ridiculous fees they charge for this low quality service.
Not helpful at all. A&B you have no record of servicing me because it was one of your “independent “ drivers you have working in MN, sent out by the 3rd party roadside assistance company my insurance provider uses. when driver finally arrived there was no business name on his vehicle and was condescending to me. So please don’t say I didn’t use you. Maybe hire better “independent operators that work under your business name”
We were broke down about an hour outside of Lubbock do to lost wheel bearings on our travel trailer. I called to see if they could help and Addie was so very personable and caring about our situation, she had heard about a truck and trailer on fire and she text me to make sure we were okay and had been praying for us. We were able to limp into Lubbock and she allowed us to leave the camper in their yard and they not only fixed the wheel bearings but checked all of them. They told me the axel was good and didn’t need to be replaced. We could have been slapped with so many “fixes and needs” but they were so honest! Highest of recommendations for this company!! I’m suggesting them on FB as well!!
