Wow after reading the reviews I would think there all lies or wonder why all these cars are getting such fast service. My car has been there since May and it is Oct.28th as I write and still haven't gotten my car back, I was told in August that the parts were in and called ol Chad in September and they hadn't even stated on it, then Chad tells my insurance that it would be ready on Oct 3rd so I go over there and it hasn't even been in the shop, so I call on Oct 5th and Chad said well it has hail damage so we will fix that with our insurance. There was a hail storm in June I was going to call today Oct.28th but I just wasn't up to hear another lie. My car had damage to the fender door and rear qtr panel , I will never take my car here ever again and I recommend you shouldn't either they might just decide to keep your car for 6 months. Hub City is top-notch in every way! From the front desk to the repair shop, the professionalism was outstanding. My car looked brand new upon pick-up.
