We have used Hub City Body Shop a few times in past several years. They are always very professional and very up front about the process and timeline. Rarely has there been an issue. When there has been, it was immediately addressed and corrected. We will continue to do business with Hub City Body Shop and highly recommend them to all of our friends and family.
Everyone from front desk to body shop guys were extremely helpful and kind! My son had his car repaired after a wreck. We are very satisfied with the job that was done!!
Chad Bouse was absolutely fantastic. I had hail damage on my vehicle and actually received it back a little ahead of schedule. They washed it and even cleaned the interior. Wonderful service. I would highly recommend the team at Hub City.
I was told by multiple other places it was going to be around 300 dollars to put my bumper back in place after I had hit a curb. I was lucky enough to stumble along Hub City shop where Chad was not only able to put my bumper back into place, but do it free of charge and within 15 seconds! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who has issues with their car. Will be come back in the future!
This place is great! I am moving across the country for a grad program and needed my car fixed quickly and they were able to fit me into their very busy schedule and get my car looking brand new! Everyone there is super nice and it feels like they genuinely want the best for you so I highly recommend getting your car fixed here.
The repairs took a bit longer than I expected, but they did a great job and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. They fixed the hail damage and my car looks good as new!

Several weeks ago, we selected Hub City Body Shop to repair our 2018 Chevy Colorado P/U. Mr. Chad Bouse was our Estimator/Insurance Claims Specialist and did a fantastic job explaining the process of repairing our truck. He maintained regular contact with us providing updates on the repairs. Professional and easy to talk to, Chad bent over backwards to ensure we had a good experience with Hub City BS. My car was one of the many cars damaged in the early June hailstorm. Chad at Hub City kept me informed about all the steps that needed to be taken. They worked closely with the insurance until the insurance decided it was totaled. They went above and beyond to take care of every detail, including retrieving my charging adapter from the salvage yard. I know they would have done their very best to get my car back to new, but insurance has the final word on this!
I thought I needed new headlights…turns out I just needed the “film” removed !! No appointment needed. I just showed up and it was taken care of in about 20 minutes! Made a HUGE difference in night driving. And the price was much less than expected! Chad & his crew were nice and courteous. Thank you!
Due to the hail storm on June 5h our Honda Pilot Black edition had damaged windshield, plus a myriad of hail POX on roof and sides. Discouraging image; in steps Hub City Body Shop and assessed the damage, wrote the estimate, worked with the insurance, and kept us in the loop.
