I recently needed a catalytic converter replacement, spark plugs replacement, and a fuel injection service. After calling different mechanics and getting vastly different prices I settled on Christian Brothers. Beau is the person that has been with me everyday step of the way. He has been prompt about answering my questions, giving me price comparisons and making this process go by smoothly. I took my car in and got it back a couple of days later. (I was expecting a week or so) I was pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism and kindness I experienced. Beau even went out of the way to reach out and check on how my car was doing. Which I appreciated so much. Christian Brothers Automotive will always get my business. I can't recommend this place enough.

Christian Brothers always provides excellent service with a personal touch, but yesterday Chris Negen went above and beyond. My truck had broken down near the shop, and he went out of his way to get the truck to the shop in order for me not to pay for a tow. I never expected this. Thank you Chris
We’ve had our oil changed and tires rotated several times and been helped by Jon every time. He really makes you feel welcome and keeps you updated on the progress the whole time and really goes above and beyond with anything you need! I have had a few vehicles worked on there. I worked with Jon there for each one and he was phenomenal. He would get me the updates I needed and along with explain the issues that needed to be addressed, I would definitely recommend working with him if you take your vehicle there for service!
Not happy. Had my truck towed. I put a started in and My truck acting like it had an ground issue. They told me it need a started and a battery. Had them pull the new starter and returned it. Tested the old tested. Wanted 325 for a battery. So i bought them a battery. Charged my 647 to Diag and charge started and battery. Told me i had a bad negative cable. Took 647 for them to tell me my problem. Then they wanted almost 500 to change a negative battery cable. That is 3 bolts four clips and a 20 part. I do not believe you are worth 175 a hour especially if you are charging max hours on service.
Christian Brothers fixed my a/c for me a while back. Its worked great ever since. But lately I noticed a leak under my car. I called christian brothers and spoke to Chris to see how long it would take to diagnose a leak under my car. He told me it might be tomorrow before they get to it. I described the leak to him and he offered to personally check it for me if I brought it in. So I did. It was normal condensation from the a/c. Nohing major thank goodness. But he also checked my cabin filter which was super dirty and offered to change it out for me for free if I got one at O'Reilly across the street. He did such a great job demonstrating how it was done I was able to change it out myself. But I was thoroughly impressed with the helpfulness and great customer service he showed me. Great job Chris. Yall keep up the good work! Thanks again :) 5 stars from me.
Del and the mechanics at Christian Bros did a fantastic and thorough job fixing and refurbishing my import car that was in storage for over a year and in need of serious repairs. I came to the Christian Brothers Automotive Shop for an unexpected A/C repair. My vehicle’s compressor went out and they had it looked at and fixed within 2 business days (dealerships have wait times of around 3 weeks to even take a look at your car so I was ecstatic about how quickly they could get to me). I did experience a hiccup that led me to have to return the day after picking my vehicle up but they handled the matter expeditiously. The General Manager (Bo or Beaux, I’m not sure of the spelling) even applied a credit to my account that I could use on future services. I greatly appreciated how he took to the time out to call me and explain everything , thoroughly. There’s nothing I respect more than integrity and a spirit of excellence. The facility was well kept, all of the employees were friendly to my daughters and I, and they have great oil change prices! I wholly plan to continue doing business with them and I am grateful that an A/C mishap led to my finding their shop. I would definitely recommend their services.
I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a very nice gentleman Chris Negen, he was able to get my vehicle taken care of!! I definitely feel the presence of God here!! Our GMC Yukon's transmission went out last week right as we rolled into town to move our oldest daughter into the TTU dorms. Christian Brothers helped get our car towed from our hotel, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and our new transmission installed and road ready all in a little over 2 days! Amazing service, great workmanship, fantastic communication and they were willing to go above and beyond to get us on our way home to our other kids. I highly recommend working with this team! We have a mini Cooper, and while it is fun to drive, especially with the turbo it can be hard to get parts and service. But not at Christian Brothers! My key fob battery was going dead. Those types of key fobs can be quirky, but I pulled into Christian Brothers and the manager looked at it for me, changed out the battery and sent me on my way with NO CHARGE. Grateful for the kindness and helpful service. We will gladly use them again in the future. Wish I could give them 6 stars.
I told John that I am unable to say enough how good the guys at Christian Brothers are. They are very good at communicating, quick and the best auto repair shop I have been to in my 60 years of owning a car/truck. You might find a cheaper place but you won’t find one better. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Chris and John at the front counter are great.
This location is great, they were friendly, fast and communicative through the process. I also used free shuttle service and I had no wait the vehicle was clean and the driver was friendly! I’ll be back for sure.
Had them replace the entire motor. 14,200 dollars. Initial estimate for replaced motor was 10,000. Was told “prices have gone up” one day later. Ac worked fine when I gave it to them, only blows hot air now. They want more money to fix it after trying to upsell a battery as well. Didn’t wash the car didn’t set the clock after the motor. Who knows what else I find. Be ready for very little service and lots of addition charges if you decide to try them. God I hope this motor works.
I just moved to Lubbock in June and my air conditioner stopped working. The Honda dealership recommended Christian Brothers. The entire staff was so helpful and a joy to be around. Chris and Dale handled everything for me and kept me updated through the entire repair process. They offered me rides home so I could avoid having to rent a car for a few days. Kayla, the driver, was so sweet and a great conversationlist. I am so impressed with the quality of the work and the customer service of the employees. I look forward to doing future business here. Let me start by saying that what I came in for was replaced and fixed well, and I’m very satisfied with that part. What I’m not happy about is being told it would take 4–5 hours, only to end up without my car for over 24 hours.
I chose CB specifically because they said the job could be done quickly. I was willing to spend a little extra for that convenience. I understand that unexpected delays can happen, but the way I was strung along all day—repeatedly being told it would be finished by closing—only to receive a quick, vague message saying it wouldn’t be ready until the next day, was incredibly frustrating.
My car is how I make a living, so being without it longer than promised not only disrupted my work, but also cost me money—on top of the already higher estimate I agreed to because of the promised turnaround time.
Moral of the story: don’t trust the estimated time
This past week my car battery suddenly died, and I was without transportation. I contacted my good friend who mentioned her husband, Chris Negen, worked at Christian Brothers Automotive. I decided to give them a shot, and as soon as I entered the building I was welcomed right on the spot. Chris was so polite, generous, and very knowledgeable. I was told about the process they would be doing and it only took them about 45 minutes! Chris went above and beyond to ensure that they would get my car all fixed up, and that’s exactly what happened, no hassle necessary!
Very impressed by this place!! Called to see if they could take in my car last minute and they were willing to do that. John was super accommodating and very respectful!! Would for sure come here again.
Love Christian Brothers. They've worked on a few Range Rovers for me when issues have popped up and staff is always friendly, service is always fast (often same day or next if you have parts), and pricing is fair. Communication with texts and the digital reports for approving work are great too. I've used other local shops in town and Christian Brothers beats them all.

we took my 2017 honda pilot in there a while back for a new motor and christian brothers took really good care of us. they are friendly and very knowledgeable in this industry they shopped around and got me the best motor for my budget. even after they replaced my motor my car started acting up and they once again took great care of us and my car is back on the road. this company blessed us beyond our own imagination so thank you christian brothers for the amazing work may you and your employees be blessed
The staff at Christian Brothers has far exceeded our expectations. We aren’t nearby and our son’s Jeep had left him stranded on the side of the road. From start to finish, we felt like they were on our side and doing everything they could to get him safely back on the road. Beyond fair, service oriented and refreshingly honest.
Serviced my 2015 jeep renegade for a new BCM, Spark and Coil replacement and windshield replacement. Prices were fair and my car came back better than Ever! They were really great with communication. I knew when my car was being worked on and when the parts would arrive. You have to be mindful of how long parts take to arrive these days, but even with the wait it only took 1 and a half weeks to get my car back. First time doing business with them and won’t be my last. Yay to no more check engine light lol
The staff at Christian Brothers automotive did a great job. I drove from Odessa Texas to Lubbock because the Lubbock branch has a certified BMW technician. The BMW dealership wanted to charge me $7200, but I paid less than a quarter of that by purchasing the parts online myself and bringing them to Christian Brothers. They replaced my two front air suspension shock/ springs (vigor air ride , via Amazon) and they gave me a wheel alignment, all in three hours. They were kind enough to shuttle me to the Lubbock mall where I hung out until the car was ready. I really appreciated the way they prioritize the work on my car since I came from out of town, and now my car is back to normal floating over the bumps, smooth as butter!
I feel super blessed to have visited this store for my car radio installation. I got everything fixed in a very short time. It was a beautiful experience and I am surely gonna come back when I have more things to buy or fix. Thank you for your help and the beautiful conversation.
The courtesy inspection they do is quite meticulous. They find all the problems. The the price they charge for solving the issues is beyond my affordability. Will recommend the free inspection.
