They showed up in no time, and he was very courteous and professional. He took very good care of my car when he was loading it onto the bed of his truck. Very good service. :)
Anytime Towing is absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! My car would not start and I was pretty frantic. I called GEICO roadside assistance and they sent out Anytime Towing. The driver, Robert, was also kind and helpful. He was able to jump off the car so it would start, and even diagnosed the potential problem. He came all the way to Abernathy at 9:00pm, towed it, and they even kept it on THEIR LOT overnight so I wouldn't have to leave it outside at the repair shop.
I am sorry 5 stars is the highest I can give this amazing company.
I hope I don't have to get a tow again, but if I do, you can be sure Anytime Towing is who will get my call. I plan on telling GEICO they are the only tow company I want to deal with.

Amazing tow company owned by good people. My truck broke down an hour out from Lubbock, and I thought I wasn’t going to find a company that could take my truck and I back. I thought wrong, as Robert from Anytime Towing saved the day and got me back to Lubbock and situated. They picked up the phone right away early on a Sunday morning and responded to my vehicle within 30 minutes. The driver was very friendly, making sure I was well taken care of and had everything I needed before loading the vehicle and delivering it to its destination. They were upfront with their estimate, saying that it would be cheaper ($120ish) with cash but likely $130 with a card. When I called back to make the payment once services had been rendered, they remained true to their estimate of $130 with a card. Price was certainly more reasonable than some of the bigger name towing companies I had already contacted. It’s never fun to have a vehicle towed, but Anytime Towing made the process quick and issue free while simultaneously beating out their competitors. I would use again if I ever found myself in this situation again in Lubbock.
Fast and friendly service! The gentleman that helped us was amazing! Super nice and respectful and got the job done and made super we were good before he left.
Got a flat and called roadside assistance with my insurance to get the spare on. Not very friendly and was already frustrated with me before even getting here. The lug nut was broken on my tire when putting the spare and now I have to pay for a new one and the manual labor for it. When leaving a review to say the part was broken this is the response I received which is very unprofessional.
Richard was great! Arrived, resolved the dead battery situation, and was paid (a fair price) all within 30 minutes of me calling. Other services either didn’t answer the phone or tried to charged double what he offered. Thank you!!
The best towing service in Lubbock!! The man who helped get our car out of storage was so nice and highly knowledgeable!! We couldn’t have done it without him. Not only that, I called about 4 other tow truck companies before them and they all quoted 3 hours. This company however was there within 45 minutes!!! Also very reasonably priced!

Anytime Towing is a family business and treated my family very good. We were headed back to Arizona from Dallas and got 40 miles southeast of Lubbock and our vehicle quit at 9:00 at night. They came out in a very timely manner and even helped us to get to our hotel. Thank you very much for your kindness.
Returned from deployment to find my truck would not start (diesel with dead batteries). After several unsuccessful calls to get a jump start, Richard from Anytime Towing said he could be there in 15 minutes. My truck was a bear to start, but Richard stayed with me and kept at it. Battery jump box hooked up to one battery, and his truck hooked up to the second battery, and finally after almost an hour, we got it fired up. Anybody else would have given up, but Richard stayed positive and hung in with me. Appreciate the help and highly recommend Anytime Towing for all your roadside needs.
