Sean was great. Broke down at midnight and he came in no time. Friendly. Took great care of my truck and even made sure my dog had a seat into the wrecker. Top notch service. Complete professional. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.
My friend & I were on our way home from CHEYENNE, WY. We had covered 4 states in one day & we had a huge blowout in the middle of Post, TX. That is 50 minutes from liberty towing, this gentleman came out with a smile & was happy to help us get safe & off the side of the road. Not to mention it was MIDNIGHT & pitch black. Fortunately we found Shaun when others had turned us away. Stalled along the highway 50-60 miles from service, the bleak outlook was cured when he kept us posted on his progress. He arrived on time in his well kept yellow truck; friendly and professional. The costs were within reason. He now has a space in our contacts.
Shaun deserves 10 stars. He took on the job when no one else wanted and actually towed our vehicle 2.5 hrs to get us into another rental vehicle. When Hertz left us abandoned, he took care of us every step of the way and even took our pets into consideration. Exceptional service that he provided is hard to find. Called Shaun because AAA would not show up. I was literally 1600 miles away from home with little cash. I told Shaun this and he told me that although he was 48 miles away to not worry he WILL take care of me and to call him when I had a tow dolly for the car I purchased and he would drive out. It took 2 days to secure a tow dolly and Shaun came right out. He had to unhook the drive train because it was a rear wheel drive car I was towing and accepted my payment. He was just happy to see my relief. He was just a good human being and we need more Shaun’s in this world. I wish the best for him because he goes out of his way to help people. Oh, and you could tell, that man knew what he was doing. He had the tools to work on my car and did my car like a pit crew would. My 2018 Chevrolet pick up broke down and Shaun arrived just as promised on time and loaded my truck like it was his own and hauled it to the dealership. He was friendly and professional. Would definitely use again and recommend.
