I picked a miserable, rainy Saturday for my vehicle to overheat. A friend recommended Cheap Tow. The owner came within 30 minutes and towed my car to the repair shop. He had an umbrella and made sure I stayed as dry as possible while completing the transaction and getting me into my daughter’s car. The price was really reasonable!! After he had left the car at the repair shop, he sent me pictures. So very courteous and respectful to this 69 year old woman!! I highly recommend this company!

I had my Yukon towed by this company and was extremely impressed with the service. Mick was very kind, professional, and patient, took his time and he answered all my questions. Even though it was late in the afternoon, he arrived within 15 minutes and provided an estimate in less than 5 minutes. This was by far the easiest and most hassle-free towing experience I’ve ever had. Truly deserving of more than 5 stars! Great Job!

Tire was fully flat at 7pm and within 30 minutes of calling them someone was hooking up my car. He was so nice and professional and within an hour of my first phone call I had pictures of my car dropped off and my key going into an overnight box. He tried to save me money at every turn and was the most communicative tow driver I have ever used!!!!

I wouldn’t even give one star to this company! They are literally the worst and will argue with the customer. They went to jumpstart my car and the first thing the guy asks me is if I’ve had it done before because he doesn’t know where the cables go. He randomly kept moving the cables because he wasn’t sure of where it went. They charged me almost $50 and they didn’t even know what they were doing. I tried to call the owner and he would only text and say they did everything correctly. Wait for another company instead of getting cheated out of your money with these people! They just need a quick way to make money taking advantage of the customer.

My car broke down over an hour away while on my way back to Lubbock. They were extremely kind and patient throughout the whole process, made this a lot less stressful. Compared to any other towing company, this was the cheapest. My insurance towing would’ve taken hours longer, so I’m glad I called here and got my car towed as fast as possible. We were stranded over 90 miles from Lubbock and thought we were going to have to stay the night in the cold. Cheap Tow came to our rescue. They went far and beyond. Picked us up and towed our Jeep to the dealership to be fixed. Before they dropped off the Jeep they took us to our hotel, watched our 2 large dogs while we unloaded our personal gear and then waited for us to get checked in and all our gear stowed away before they left. When they dropped off the Jeep they sent us pictures of it securely parked at the dealership. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a tow.

Highly recommend Cheap Tow! We called all around and Cheap Tow has the best prices. Henry answered his phone late in the evening and drove very far out of town to pick up a van I purchased. He saved me gas money by giving me a ride from my house. Very enjoyable person to talk with.
