i Worked here couple months and some. For a racist environment and white favoritism it pays good. However the building and equipment being used could use a lot of upgrade’s. Accidents just waiting to happen around every corner. Definitely a facility still being ran like it’s still the 90s which is difficult to understand for the fact that we are almost in the 2030s. Also the guy in-charge of warehouse management during the day shift (Mr.Burt House) doesn’t teach you anything about the place nor how everything works and how is ran. kind of just have figure it out yourself. Besides that the people that work in the front on the phones are pretty cool so is the boss Patrick. Place has potential and learned a lot there of course by myself tho. Don’t recommend it to anybody tho it’s not a place of good positive vibes inside the wearhouse that is.
We returned 2 small/inexpensive parts to their driver at which time, he signed our return document admitting that he picked the parts up. When we called, 2 weeks later to get a copy of the credit memo, we were met with frustration/anger and "We can't give you credit for that". Tricia Young was very unpleasant to deal with and her manager Patrick Carruth was even worse. I asked to talk to his boss and he told me that he was the top of the food chain at that location. He also told me that he more important things to worry about than my $27 credit. Long story short, Patrick and Tricia will keep me from buying parts from Keystone if I can avoid it. I have had several return issues with Keystone and I have never had one with National out of Albuquerque, NM. They actually bring the credit memo when they pick the part up.
We have used Keystone on multiple occasions and have always had a great experience. Yes you can tell they are understaffed for the amount of work they do but they have always handled business superbly.
