This experience unfortunately has been less than anything pleasant. It started with calling to set up picking up personal belonging from a totalled vehicle for my daughter. They advertise they are open 24/7, when I called I spoke to a woman that said it would take an hour to get someone out. I waited an hour and then pulled up to the location. I called to have the call go to voicemail. I could of paid the invoice and gotten her personal belongings the morning after the accident occurred. My daughter had liability insurance so nothing was covered. Wish someone would of assisted her with this knowledge. My second concern is being charged 22.85 impound fee, 50.00 notification fee (not even sure what this is) then being charged extra 4 days the 8th-12th because once my daughter receive the invoice it was not verbalize that she would still be charged until the invoice was paid in full. Which if the communication would of been handled more appropriately, and someone was available on the morning of the 7th this could of been taken care of with both personal items and payments saving money. I understand towing and the business, what I dont understand is taking advantage of a young drive after she hit a deer and the condition of the vehicle where she was clearly very blessed to have walked away. I also do not appreciate the lack of communication when I expressed dealing with my Dad's passing and memorial.
We were traveling west on I 10, 30 miles west of Kerrville when we got a message that our transmission was overheating (2025 MDX). We exited to head back to San Antonio trying to get to our Acura dealership when the car shut down. Called Integrity Towing, wanting a tow to our dealership in San Antonio. They arrived within 35 minutes and quickly loaded our car and delivered us to our dealership. Mark, the tow truck operator, and Paul the dispatcher were both excellent and very professional. Thanks very much for rescuing us.
No matter what happens Integrity towing always has my back. From locking my keys in my car, towing broken down car far from home back to home, they are AMAZING!!!! Can not say enough great things about this company!!!! Use them once you will never use anyone else. Thank you for all you do.

We got a flat on I-10 with a horse trailer full of horses. Integrity was quick to answer and send out a technician all within 20 minutes! We couldn’t have been more thankful for the urgency they put into get us back on the road safely!

Jerry is a awesome guy. Hey came quick and hauled my equipment trailer and excavator to the river so we could help with flood cleanup and recovery operations after my truck broke down. And he hooked me up with the best mechanic in town! I would highly recommend Integrity towing to anyone who needs help.
My car had two flats and needed to be picked up in the rain. Jerry came out with a flatbed and took care of it with in an hour. He was quick to respond, kept me updated, he was very professional and courteous. A true gentleman. If you need a tow these are your guys.
Great honest people, straightforward business, prompt service and very good price. I had an accident on Interstate 10 not far from them, they showed up pretty fast, and the whole procces was easy and seamless. Highly recommend this bussiness.

Gentleman showed up for a lockout. Very friendly guy who didn’t mind explaining why my efforts with a Slim Jim were in vain. $75 is a pretty good deal, I think, compared to deployed airbags and broken doors and stuff.
Fast and courteous! Very helpful and informative in assisting where to tow our broken down vehicle. Even offered to tow it to a second, safer location. Don't hesitate to give these guys a call.

We had an issue on a Sunday morning where our 5th wheel trailer came loose from the truck. We called Integrity and they got there quickly and assessed our situation. They brought in a second wrecker to lift the trailer and helped us reattach the trailer to our pickup. Do not hesitate to call Integrity when you need help. They are awesome!
I had my truck leaking diesel so I called Taylor Cantu to help me out deliver my truck to a mechanic to get it fixed. Very professional and got my truck hooked up quickly and delivered quickly. I work out of my truck daily so for him to get it done in a timely manner meant a lot to me. I appreciate the customer service and will definitely use Integrity Towing again for another breakdown.

I just have to give a shout out to Jerry for helping me out of a tight spot today. I'm on a fixed income and accidentally locked my keys in the ignition of my car. I and another person were trying hard to get it open with a clothes hanger when Jerry came by. He had just got someone else's car open in the same parking lot. I called AAA and sat in my car in the dark on the 377 (in Junction City, TX) for 7 hours in 12 degree weather. Integrity Towing and especially Joey were a blessing. Joey was courteous and friendly at 5am in the morning. He went above and way beyond what he had to do. I would highly recommend this company & if you end up with Joey you’re lucky because he’s Awesome!
Jerry and his crew are the best around. We have been stranded, locked out & just needed equipment, trailers, vehicles and travel trailers hauled to different shops all around Central Texas! We have never had to wait long for their drivers to show up to help us. They are comforting and professional all the way through. They go out of their way anytime of day or night and in any weather conditions to make the experience a little less stressful. They helped me out when my daughter had two flat tires. Serena was able to accommodate my request and expedite the tow so she was not out on the road too long. Jerry got her to the tire shop and everything was taken care of quickly and at a great price. Highly recommend Integrity Towing!!!
Integrity was the only company in town willing to assist in a repo needed. Every other company I called didn’t want to and didn’t want to do it at the time I needed it done. The other companies wanted me to work around their schedule and what was convenient to them. Integrity met us out at the shop within 15 minutes and keep in mind, it was around 1am! He took less than 20 minutes to go repo the vehicle and was back at the shop!! He also did us a huge favor by letting us store the vehicle in his yard to keep it hidden. BY FAR THE BEST customer service, efficiency, price, and professionalism. I would only recommend Integrity if you’re looking for all the things I listed above. They are the absolute best!
