The last time I checked, there were only, like, 480 5-Star reviews for Chris. He has clearly been very busy, being a good person. Honestly, I’m not even sure what you expect me to do about that. Chris obviously isn’t concerned with my opinion on his personal morals, or ethics. So I guess I’m going to find something else to do, right after lunch. TSgt. (Ret.) Prof. Nathan S. Tucker, and stuff.

I appreciate Drew, I hit a deer and he promptly gave me a tow to the Body Mechanic. He was professional and took great care of my car. Many thanks to Midway for working me in to there busy schedule.

I’ll be real honest, y’all… If Chris keeps being a good person, then I’m just going to keep telling everyone, on Earth; that I somehow ended up as an actual professor (sorry mom #teehee), and even I asked him to stop being nice to me, like idk, maybe eight total times, in front of my momma, who also happens to be an actual professor. So. Honestly, idk what y’all expect me, a professor, do about that. However, I am always open to suggestions, since I help teach our children, and honestly they deserve much better than us, wouldn’t you agree? I am Prof. Nathan S. Tucker, from Jones County, Texas. After attempting to utilize my roadside coverage through insurance (they failed miserably) I contacted Midway wrecker directly. Midway Wrecker should have been my first call!! From start to finish they were very professional and courteous. Our driver Chris B. went above and beyond. He is top notch and highly recommended.

Locked my key's in the car before walking into church today. I called my Ins. and they sent "Drew" from "Midway Wrecker Service" in Kerrville out to me in a timely manner. Drew was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

Absolutely loved the service from Midway Wrecker! I locked myself out of my vehicle real late and by myself. Drew was quick to arrive and opened my vehicle in less than 5 minutes. Him and the dispatch both kept me calm and were so kind. (I was anxious being alone) Would definitely recommend this company!

Scheduled a roadside assist through my car insurance app. Drew showed up. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Thankfully it was just my battery and he was able to jumpstart it instead of having to tow it. Definitely going to use the service again. Adding to my iPhone phonebook now.

Got my f150 horribly stuck and had trouble finding any reliable wrecker services in Fredericksburg. Called midway and they solved my problem fast and efficiently! Drew was great! Fast, courteous, and professional!

We called Midway early on a Monday and Chris arrived shortly thereafter. He greeted us in a very professional and congenial manner. I had crashed our 1988 classic Mercedes into a stone pillar at our home Sunday evening and it was pretty much imbedded in the limestone rubble. Chris examined the situation and went right to work. I don’t know how he got our car out of the rubble and up on the tow truck without further damage to the vehicle or the house but he did it. BIG SHOUT OUT AND THANK YOU TO CHRIS!! Your kindness and understanding of an emotional situation was above and beyond!.

Really great experience, our driver's name was drew and he was super professional and courteous. We broke down on I-10 and we are not from around here. He was very informative and very patient with us. Very fair priced and honest. They will definitely be my first call anytime I'm in this area and I highly recommend them for anyone that needs a wrecker service. My experience was definitely a 10 out of 10.

Drew showed up very quickly and he was Very Kind and Helpful and changed my flat and put on the spare. It's 95 Degrees and it's a Very Hot Spot in this parking lot. He was Very Prompt and Efficient. Service like this is why I have my AAA MEMBERSHIP.

Drew supported me today for a tow and I really needed it. His ETA time, his loading time, and vehicle drop off all was hassle free and he help the upmost of professionalism. I was glad during my rough day to have someone greet me with a smile and fantastic service.

My car broke down on I-10 and Midway towing was able to get us pretty quickly. They were very helpful in getting us towed to a mechanic shop in Kerrville. Drew was very nice and attentive. Very pleased with the service.

Literally just got the BEST service from ZANE. Friendly, very good at what he does and worked to get us back on the road. Extremely grateful to know that Kerrville has such an epic service!

On 8 Dec 2024 we had a flat tire on our way home from church. We have roadside assistance with USAA and they connected us with Midway. Midway dispatched Drew with his truck. Drew was the nicest man every. He was courteous, friendly, and competent. He had the flat removed and the spare mounted quickly. We could not have had a better experience with Drew and Midway.l

Drew and his team were amazing today! Prompt service when I needed it the most, if you need them for service don't hesitate. The owner was great too

Well I was headed home from west Texas and my service truck broke down. Midway came out and loaded my truck onto the wrecker. Everything was great. Drew was great and super nice and friendly.

Zane is the man! Came out at 1am because I hit a dead deer in my Supra lol I stayed the whole time and watched because the car is .5 an inch of the ground, definitely not making his job any easier. But Zane did it! Had all the wood blocks and was able to inflate my tire and get her up! Couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Calm friendly guy who made me feel better about my not so good situation. Thanks Zane!

Oh man, these guys! We needed to move a hot tub that weighed nearly 1000 pounds. It had to go up a step, turn 90 degrees then down two steps and then and then. You know how it is. Three guys from Midway got it done. They were efficient. They were careful. And they were super fun. It was amazing to watch them engineer the problem, troubleshooting and adjusting and rethinking the problem for three hours on the fly until they got it done. Not to imply that they didn't prepare. I sent them measurements and photos and discussed the challenge with them ahead of time so they could put a good bid together. The company met their bid exactly. Like I said, engineers who know their work! Oh. And did I mention that every other company I called said, "We can't do that. Have you tried Midway?" So glad we did!

Midway Service was used to tow my truck and they provided excellent service from start to finish. Once they got the work order, they immediately contacted me to provide me with an ETA. The ETA that I was told was spot on despite being approx 100 miles away. The tow truck driver Anthony was a great guy. He was very polite and very professional with his work. Keep up the good work.

Brian was the absolute best! I was visiting for a family vacation and had a blow out in the middle of nowhere. They quoted the eta at 1.2 hours, Brian made it in about 30 mins! Very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He really went out his way! He saved our day! Best experience I’ve ever had with a wrecker service.

My semi truck had transmission issues coming into Junction and the nearest shop was in Kerrville. My company called Midway wrecker service and shortly after their dispatch contacted me and gave me an arrival time. Anthony showed up at the time his dispatch said he would and was proficient with his work and very courteous. Also was more than willing to have my dog ride with us in the tow truck. All in all great service would definitely recommend to any one needing a tow.

Midway went a long way for me on this day... i had 3 other services come before them... one of them was Loves Roadside which weren’t prepared and knowledgeable as Midway. Loves equipment wasn’t even working when they showed up after a 2hr wait. Chris from Midway showed up in about 45mins but had to cover a rollover situation which was more important that jumping this truck. Anthony who i spoke over the phone from the start came out here himself to take care of this situation. i cant thank them enough for going above and beyond for me. Very polite, professional and friendly . Highly recommend! they DO take PRIDE in their field even if its at 3am. .
