Here’s yet another five-star rating! Our car needed to be towed a short distance to the repair shop. Glenn said he’d have a truck over to our location within 45 minutes to an hour. As promised, Kevin the driver called and said he was five minutes away. Sha-zam — our car was delivered to the shop. Thank you, guys! Great service!

Glenn is a life saver and a hero. He came out to the sticks and rocks in the dark and pulled us out. Gave us more information and assistance beyond towing than we could have imagined. I wish everyone was more like Glenn.

Simple the best! They answered my call quickly, responded quickly, and fixed my issue without a tow. They recommended a Great repair center and save me big dollars and a 45 day delay! I can’t praise Veterans Towing of Bourne enough!!!!!!

After waiting over 4 hours for a tow because we called some national towing dispatcher we called them and they were there to rescue us in about 10 minutes! Very helpful and professional. You can't find a better service!

Glen and Kevin with 1 Veteran Towing are outstanding!! They are great communicators, very mechanically knowledgeable and focused on customer service. My diesel RV was located in storage, blocked by adjacent vehicles with dead batteries. Glen and Kevin found a way to get the unit started. As they say”The good ones figure it out”

We were stranded at a roadside rest area and had contacted a RV specialist to repair our motorhome; to no avail. However we had contacted Glenn about towing us. We are so grateful that after reflecting on our problem he called us back with a possible solution, came the following day and got us on our way home. Above and beyond our expectations. 1 Veterans Towing is by far the best choice you can get in the SA area. After making the mistake of calling others first being told 3 hours was the closest they could do, 1 Veterans was there within 25 minutes! They went above and beyond! They made sure to take care of us, they took the time to offer to fix the problem and get us on the road way sooner than expected! From the time they picked us up and the time they were done it was about 45 minutes, by time the other company even texted they were on their way we were already 3 hours into our drive. 1 Veterans even took the time to text and confirm we were home save. By far the best customer service ever. They are extremely good people in a world it's hard to find people who care. Thank Yall for taking care of people in need. Yall are special!

This company got to my car within 20 minutes. They were very helpful and communicated well. I would definitely call them again if needed.

My tow truck driver Joey was phenomenal!! He was there in the quickest time I have ever received with towing service! Usually have to wait 1-2 hours and he was there within an hour, beating me to my son’s vehicle and waited 5 mins for me to arrive! So kind and considerate! I called early today because my car had a flat. Joel showed up and quickly got my vehicle loaded up and we were headed to the tire shop. Very fast and friendly with a clean vehicle to ride in. Everything you need in a towing service.

Used their towing services today and they were quick and friendly, and their rates were very fair! Even in the light rain they didn’t even look bothered which I was very thankful for cause I know it probably didn’t feel great. If I’m in a situation like this again I’ll definitely be calling them!

Needed an emergency midnight tow of my 1951 Willys Jeep. The driver, Joey showed up about 20 minutes after my call. Joey took meticulous care in loading the Jeep despite the rear axil being locked up and unable to turn the wheels. I really appreciated the care and professionalism throughout the entire process. This is a type of emergency you never want, but thank you to Joey and 1 Veterans Towing for getting my beloved Jeep safely to the shop.

I called 1 veterans to transport a widebody fiberglass trailer about 60 miles. They were absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend them. After I called, they came promptly. Joey was meticulous about getting my trailer on his flatbed and strapping it down and similarly when he took the trailer off. He was extremely personal, professional, and polite.

This Company is fantastic as are the Employees, My wife and I drove to the feed store and on the way home my water pump went out. I made a call to 1 Veterans Towing and in about 15 minutes Joey showed up and had us loaded in no time and transported us home. Thank you very much to All involved !!!!

My alternator went out on my truck so I called AAA which I pay for yearly after already waiting for a hour to even get a truck dispatched they proceeded to tell me it was gonna be another 3+ hour wait. I decided to give Glen with 1 Veterans Towing a call and he had Joey there within 15 mins. Joey was quick to load my truck up and very professional and soon we were on the way. Excellent, professional, timely, and reasonably priced service. Joey, the tow truck driver, is absolutely top notch. After a tire blowout near Bergheim on Hwy 46, we had to abandon and lock our car on the side of the highway. Called Veterans and gave them the location and this was all they needed - our car was delivered to our place, and Joey backed the truck down our long, narrow driveway and unloaded. These are the folks to call.

Awesome Awesome Awesome!!! So I bought a Non running, School Bus and separately, a piece of land I wanted the school bus to be towed to(wanting to do a tiny house conversion to sell), anyways…. After buying the school bus, I found out that no “regular type”towing truck could tow it. It had to be a “Large 18 wheeler type tow truck”, so I made some calls… And I couldn’t find any tow truck that was big enough, or that would answer their phones and then I was referred to,”1 Veteran”out of Boerne, by another tow truck company.. I called and explained what I needed and where…… then Glen was out within the hour. I didn’t realize how difficult it would be to tow at the time due to the placement and location of the school bus, so when I did realize, I wanted to cry because I thought that Glen would refuse to deal with it, but he didn’t. He stayed and dealt and conquered. The School Bus was in a very tricky place(that’s detailing mildly), and the property where I wanted it hadn’t been cleared yet, but I had to have the bus moved,but after showing Glen the uncleared property, he knew that there was no way to get the school bus on it without me clearing it first.so we decided to put the bus on the very end of the property where I live and it was gonna take a real miracle or a PRO to make this bus fit. Lol…Well… Glen did it, lol. He didn’t give up and he could have set the bus and left but he inched and pushed and finagled the School bus to fit in the only place that anyone else would have said, “NO WAY”!, lol. I am so impressed by his personality, customer service, professionalism and prices. He is a “SuperMan” of big truck towing and he really helped me out of this upsetting situation with his reasonable prices, optimistic attitude, and sheer patience. And he did not just tow, he went above and beyond, when he helped me to cut down a couple of trees(Really)to get this bus to fit. I am forever grateful and appreciative!!! 5 STARS!!!!! If I could give more stars I would. These pics are my testimony to the awesomeness I am reviewing about.

Man. Pros! I just sent their contact info to all my friends. They could have made a huge payday hauling my big rig motorhome, but instead they took the time to educate us on our problem(s) and help us determine the parts and repair we really need. Call these guys first you won't regret it 2 different tow companies came before them and both failed 1 resulting in a snapped tow cable and the other damaging a power pole and said he couldn't do it . Called these guys up they was here in 12 minutes and had the vehicle upright and going down the road in 15 minutes very professional tow operator
