If I could give more stars, I would. We have experienced a freeze this week and my father wound up dealing with a dead battery. Fortunately, the car died just close enough to Autozone in Kenedy. As my father struggled to change the battery, Hugh stepped up. I cannot thank Hugh enough for what he did. He went above and beyond. My personal philosophy at my own job is to treat all my customers like I would want my parents to be treated. It gave me relief to know that someone else out there did indeed treat my father with respect and so much kindness. Thank you, Hugh from the bottom of my heart, thank you.
I love coming here but on three separate occasions a girl who works here just makes me not want to go back her service sucks and she doesn’t know what shes talking about most of the time as i ask her questions for advice and she tells me something ridiculous redundant she is vulgar when giving service and is rude and shes working tonight i saw her and didn't even go in i turned around she needs customer service training and parts information training as well.
We were on our way to the coast for vacation and the air conditioner started barely blowing any air. We stopped here to see if they could possibly help. We explained what was happening and the sales service manager, Fernando, knew right away what the issue was, the air cabin filter. He took great care of us and we were back on the road in 10 minutes. He was very efficient, helpful and we are extremely grateful. Outstanding service.
I came on a road trip & the belt came off my vehicle the manager was so helpful and amazing he helped me get back on the road and gave me tips and information about my car we had the best service.😊

I was having battery issues today. I had replaced the battery just under two years ago at Autozone in Kenedy. I walked and was greeted by Anthony. Told him my issue and what I had done, out we went to test the battery. Ended up it was no good. After checking the warranty and I found the paper receipt, he grabbed a new battery and installed it. That’s customer service! I’ll be back to this store after receiving that kind service. Great job Anthony!
Earlier this week, my husband and our two babies had some issues with our car that led to the radiator in our car blowing up in the Autozone parking lot. The babies and I were in the car so I was super panicked and upset after we were all out. The manager Tony instantly helped us look at the car and took a guess at what he thought it was. He then came over and told us we could wait in their break room with chairs while we waited for a tow company. After a bit, he came back and asked where we were from and ended up offering us and our babies a ride home. The drive from Kenedy to Victoria is about an hour and he went out of his way to take us there. It was truly one of the kindest things anyone has ever done for me. He was so friendly and helpful throughout it all. We are so grateful for Tony!
Joe is an amazing manager an went above an beyond to get me the right 4wd weindshield wipers he even installed them!! but first he cleaned an sterilized his hands an put on gloves so he wouldn't leave any hand residue on my bran new wipers
Autozone has friendly always willing to help employees. Everything is always in stock and if not it will be ordered. Th only place I go to for car parts. Overall I have good experience's with Auto Zone, but these wiper blades got me all confused & I was If I had bought them at OReileys they'd done that for me free of charge. Sorry Auto Zone, but I am an OReileys customer now

Excellent customer service here, when you walk in the door you're greeted, and they will come out from behind the counter and help you find what you're looking for. There are two other auto parts stores a quarter of a mile at this place but this place is by far the best! within a quarter of a mile at this place but this AutoZone is the best!
My experience at auto zone is awesome this top was helpful I couldn't get my alternator off yet but they did say I could keep it there tomorrow and there loner tools was with was very helpful please thank you

Typical terrible service from AutoZone. I called and spoke to Anthony told him in great detail what part I needed and what my truck issue was. He got one idea stuck in his head and I assume stopped listening.
If you need cheap spark plugs or oil get them there but if want somebody that actually has picked up a wrench and is less likely to just give you any old part to get you out of the store then go to NAPA.
It's sad that even the store manager doesn't care and hasn't got a clue about mechanics.

Danny O. & Jessey S. helped me greatly when I blew a belt and idler pulley on hwy 80 3miles away. They loned me tools and even gave me a ride. If it were not for these guys, I'd be screwed.

Coming back from our vacation, noticed the battery light was on.. well two and a half hours later and$$ later... New alternator, guys at this auto zone were awesome. One employee actually removed and installed it himself!!! Well THANK GOOD FOR THIS BLESSING!!!
