If I could give these guys more than 5 stars I certainly would. We are on vacation and came through right before closing our check engine light came on they diagnosed it and helped my husband get it fixed and us back on the road. I was there last night and Alex a customer came in and said that thay went to Auto zone to get battery put in car and the guy at AutoZone didn't know how to do it he said so he came to O'Reilly and Alex went out and looked under hood and went in store and looked on u tube and watched how to put the battery in and went out in the rain and put the battery in and the car started up after being shut off when he came in he couldn't shut it off he said because he would need a jump and after Alex put battery in it started after being shut off and Alex was very nice to the gentleman great job Alex Keep up the great work she even did it in the rain

The worst auto parts I have ever called. First I call and some lady by mckayla answered and I ask her a question and she just hangs up on me. Very unprofessional.

Great customer service from Mark. He has real knowledge from experience and is willing to go the extra mile for the customer. I really don't know why I waste my time calling or going to AutoZone. They never have a clue what your asking for or willing to actually check the price on a shelve item for you. I mean really I not asking for a ball park price. I forming a plan and need exact details.
