Oskar Olivarez, the store manager, came to greet me at the door right away when I was carrying in a car battery. He even offered to carry it in the rest of the way for me. He helped me check its viability and offered to help me carry it back to the vehicle I was in. This is part of what makes good customer service
Only giving five stars because Carlos jumped in happily to help me to replace my signal light bulb when the other older white man was too damn lazy to go outside and even said he didn't want to go outside.What a way to treat your customers who need help!Carlos gladly came outside and put my bulb like a champ!thank you for doing your job and being friendly and helpful.The other man kick rocks.
The staff is professional and very friendly environment, helpful and knowledgeable about their products, I can't say that about every auto parts place.
The guys and gals that work at this store are very helpful. Online ordering is another story, I ordered a part from San Antonio the website said it would arrive next day, It didn't show up for 4 days. Keep in mind if they can get the part delivered to the store from another nearby autozone, that's the way to go.
I went into the location looking into a DRL sockI went into the location looking into a DRL socket replacement for my 2015 Renegade but after looking at the part I brought in, one of the guys messed with it for a second and got it working perfectly again. Saved time and money. The people that work there are really great and very friendly and will try to help you out anyway that they are able.
Lol some kid that works there is one that THINKS he knows his job but doesn't know nothing trying to tell two certified Master mechanics about cars and parts he literally put his foot in his mouth he made no sense trying to sell us parts to a vehicle that we didn't even ask for but was determined to sell them to us because he was thinking that he was selling us the right parts for the vehicle mind you I've been going in there since I was a kid with my dad now I bring my kid into the store and teach him too much ignorance behind the counter I remember when I would go in there with my dad and they had real mechanics working there it's sad but I don't think I'll be ever going back there ever
AutoZone /Alice,Texas. Getting my car ready for its yearly inspection sticker. Two young ladies were very helpful. It was explained to me what I needed. Wipers were installed. Took less than 15 min. Great Service.
Went earlier this afternoon looking for a turn signal lever for my truck. Now while they didn't have the part I was looking for, credit to the staff for being so kind, friendly, helpful, and insightful. ?? Outstanding customer service! ? I have not only been a customer but as a former employee I must say there really isnt a better bang for your buck when it comes to AutoZone. Their warranties cant be beat by the other guys. Always great customer service. Even though I'm no longer there lol. Great place to for all things auto parts no matter how big or small the the task. Stop by and find out for yourself if you really don't want to drive back and forth, because you keep getting the wrong parts from tje other guys.
Always super helpful. I feel like my dad is actually there with me trying to figure out what exactly I need and how to take care of my truck. I wonder if it’s bc I’m a girl.... but I hope they give the same attention to any customer that walks in.
We went to this store based on their website showing they had the car charger my husband wanted. Got there and they did not have it. Not even a place for it. It was a 30 minute drive for us. VERY disappointed. Call before you go!
