Came in to ask for a part for a 04 6.6 duramax, vin 2. Was treated like an idiot for making sure they got the right part for the lly and not the lb7 which was made for the first half of the year in 04. Employee at the desk next to me even smirking and laughing asked me if I had gone to autozone and if they had told me there's two engines like I'm wrong. Fun fact, a car can have two different engines in the same year even having the same displacement! Hire people that have some mechanical experience or at least don't question the owner of said vehicle like they're the owner.
I was extremely pleased with the employee and his ingenuity in solving my problem. However, I was disappointed that they didn't carry any sort of wire. Not electrical wire, they had that, but like bailing wire. The closest thing to it was soldering wire. People are always needing wire for temporary fixes.
Great place whether if you're looking for parts for your car, or truck. The staff is absolutely wonderful, and helpful. ?

I got a bottle of starter fluid, when I payed for it the recipe said 2.5 oz on it but the bottle was only 2 oz I told the person at register but couldn't do anything about it.... AutoZone here we come.....bad business stealing from customer.
The two gentlemen that helped me were extremely helpful and very friendly. I needed new whispers, really quick replacing my new whispers, even offered to clean my windshield for me. Amazing customer service.
The part's person was about as rude and unhelpful as any person can get. If you don't like your job do something else. Go to Autozone or O'Reilly. I give the business one star because I received 20% off my online order.
poor customer service - Friday after ordering a simple $15 part they stated it would be there by Monday and driving 45 min to pick it up they told me I needed to pre pay for part then order it however they never told me that when I ordered it The so called employees lack custom service skills and just there for the pay

Horrible service! We needed some u-bolts for my boyfriends truck that were slightly bigger than the originals. The workers complained when we asked to see some in a bigger size. One of the workers said "I don't know we have an entire wall full of u-bolts and I'd have to look at every single one". You would think that because we were paying customers and it's their job that they would make the effort to help us find what we needed, but that certainly wasn't the case.
