I want to thank Brian counter#587462 Alice , TX for assisting me on Saturday evening. My son and I came into town from Fort Worth to hunt at my buddy's place in Anarose. When we arrived I smelled the burning of anti freeze then discovered the hose to the heater core was busted. Don't know how we made that 5 hrs trip. I called O'Reilly, Brian was able to find the part, he took the initiative, called the Fort Worth store and gave me the city discount. Made our weekend plus we was able to harvested 2 deers. Thanks again Brian. Great customer service.
Went there about 2 weeks ago to go pick up a new battery for my truck. Mario at the counter did an excellent job taking care of me, and ensuring I had what I need. Shoutout to all the hard working men and women at O'Reilly Auto Parts!

I had a headlight that was burned out, one of the employees named John was amazing went above and beyond what he was required to do and he replaced the headlight for me without asking. Could not have had a better employee.
Service is good. But I've come to notice the prices are getting up there. Sorry but advance autoparts is under you about 2 to 4 dollars on different things. For say. Fuel injector 70 something at your store. 50 something at advance
Dude with the “because tonight will be the night that i will fall for you” haircut, was pretty rude. Asked him a question and he just stayed staring down at his phone for a while until he answered my question like he was fed up with his job. No help at all
As always the employees are the best !! They pull parts for customers that I order in advance and never have any discrepancies !

Wonderful experience, desperately needed a new battery for my car,someone helped me as soon as I walked in the door, checked my battery, it was completely dead,the gentleman popped in the new one and I was on my way. I appreciated the help.

Great enviornment, employes really nice and knowlegeable, they might not work on there cars but they get the parts there and know how to do it. A female employe and i bith bought cars around the same time at auctions and rebuilt them shouldve done my suspension girl, even had a lunch date with her but she ate early that day...
Great place my dad use to work at a car auto fixer and when he needed to buy a part for his client thats were he whould go it has fast service they have free tire checks everything runs at a very reasenable price very affordable it has anything you need for a car
Nice helpful staff the store is clean and well stocked. It is also off of hwy 44and 359. My reason for the rating is because of the rough roads getting in.
As far as customer service, this place blows.
Go to AutoZone or ANY other place.
I've called on separate occasions and they really don't give about HELPING the customer or doing so in a friendly manner.
Janie was very helpful... I showed up 3 min. Till closing [10pm] and they helped me get back on the road. They sacnned my car and got me what i needed. Awesome customer service.
