Took a battery in for charge and check about six in the evening. Was told the process would take less than an hour, but left it overnight. When we got there the next morning, not only had the battery not been checked, it had not been tagged with my name, so the morning crew didn't know it was mine. We left it with the morning crew and they did what was supposed to have been done. Morning crew A+, evening crew D-.
Super friendly and helpful. Jesse even went the extra mile to help me get my keyfobs- after I got batteries and accidentally left them, drove off and couldnt restart my vehicle. I really recommend this O'Reillys! They have everything automotive that you could possibly need too.

Very kind and professional people at this location. I went in looking for a special Christmas ornament only sold at O’rileys. Everyone was very helpful. The manager brought the ornaments to me and let me pick the truck I wanted. I was very happy with how kindly they treated me. Thank y’all again. Great example of how every orileys should be.

Had the most amazing experience EVER in all my years of shopping at/getting parts or products from O’Reillys!!!!!!. Needed a battery for my 2017 Toyota Tacoma. Came in mid day. The assistant manager, Patience, help me. AMAZING talent!!! I asked her if she went to trade school and she replied, no sir, I learned all that I know about what I do here in one year. She handled it all!!! She put my battery on test. We determined it was a bad battery. She sold me a new one. Then, she installed the new one and further tested the alternator and starter on. Her tester to make sure all systems were good. They were.

Thought I'd go ahead and give a shout out to young man named Hunter. Without his help and expertise is highly likely that I might not have made it home. He went out of his way to do his due diligence and verify all the issues wrong so that I can actually address them and get home safely and operate a safe motor vehicle. Thank you Hunter. You definitely earned a raise bud. Really appreciate the time and effort. Made it a point to verify all potential issues to guarantee I got home safe and not broke down on the side of the road. People there should be a little more kind. They only answer questions and never wanted really to help. Had to ask him to check if I really needed to change the battery or if it could be another thing, because it seems like he just wanted to finish and left alone. By the way, it was empty of customers, I wonder why. Better service just a few feet to the east.

I called to get a quote for a starter, and to make sure they had one in stock. Jim looked up our vehicle, gave me a reasonable quote, answered the questions I had politely, and quickly, without putting me on hold. I will be buying all the parts I need at this location.

I ordered alternator and they didn't have but ordered it and received same day for my semi now that service. They even made sure it was like the old one plus price was 3×'s cheaper never thought but it's my go to store for my semi truck parts thank you saved money for ⛽.
Kudos to these guys that took the time to check my battery, replace it, and also go the extra mile to make sure everything fit. Hemi and another person that was just hired did the job very well. I will be coming back as long as I own a car.
Ordered and paid for a fuel pump assembly 11/8/20 for a 1991 GMC that was to be delivered today (11/10) by 11:30am. Got to the store, no pump. They made phone call and was assured me it was on next truck at 1:30. Since I was 20 miles away I waited and it did not show up. I understand it not getting shipped the first time but to tell me they knew it was on the next delivery is what angered me. Wasted a bunch of time. Is your tracking ability that poor? Guy at the counter says it happens a lot. Wow.
I had the best customer service! Charles installed a battery for me that was beyond difficult! Everyone was very helpful and friendly from the moment I walked in the door! I highly recommend these guys!

The Hispanic man that works there is not helpful I had purchased a part from the Glen Rose area and he scanned my receipt Asked me if I needed the seal or the caliber and I told him directly I only needed they seal he finally got the part and he gave me the caliber I did not know the difference because I am not a mechanic or a parts person I just go to the dealership and let them do it he ended up giving me the seal and I had went all the way home and my husband said it was not the correct part I went all the way back and they were very rude I will never go back there again if I had to write this one star I wouldn’t. I understand it’s a new O’Reilly’s auto parts but they should still be able to do their job. Will not be going back there
I just went in there to get some spark plugs warrantied out, then then I was told that I cannot have them warrantied out. My wife has drove 7500 miles since I bought them in September. I change the valve cover last night and she started misfiring today. She she works 40 minutes from the house and so for both of us to be out here is kind of a pain. But when the guy looked at them, they weren't up to his standards of being replaced even though I have a two year warranty for them. Then he trying to sell me $40 worth of spark plugs, "that were laser-cut and from Japan, where Chrysler's are built". Now I probably spend his paycheck at O'Reilly's, the stores I go to 40 minutes away, know me by my name and some even joke around about me being on time about showing up there. This is one of the worst experiences I've had. I was told by some kid that the spark plugs I have would last about 800 miles and then he slips up and says the ones he wants to sell me will that will last 300-50000 miles before they even think about giving out on me. So i know hes full of it and doesnt know whats he talking about. But if i were an idiot he sure would sell it.
Gave it one last try. Ordered a part. Special order. Paid for it and shipping. Told 3 days and it will be here, they'll call. Went by last week and oh no, so sorry, it will be in next week. We'll call you. No call. Went by today and it took them 30 minutes to find the part. Stick a fork in me... I'm DONE!
O'Reilly's Auto Parts is a great place to get parts or advice for your vehicle. I do business with all three major auto parts stores, and O'Reilly's is one of my favorites. Even if they don't have in stock would you might need, they can almost always get it by the next day. They have a strong sense of professionalism, and are always very friendly when I come in. If you need Auto Parts or just advice on vehicle maintenance, you cannot go wrong here
We needed some springs for drum brakes. They didn't have the parts on hand but we're able to get them in the next day before noon. Always great service when were there. They help let us know the deals and what to do to save a few $. Great place for your car part needs!
Very helpful and spent a lot of extra time helping me with a lock for my bike rack. It wasn't a big sale for them...maybe 25 bucks but they spent the time to make sure it fit my car and helped me put it on. Very nice folks.
The District Manager "Mike" is a great guy. I grew up with him as a teenager. He is a helpful person, knows his stuff, and O'Reilly is lucky to have a man like him to keep America Great. -Matt H.
