People are friendly to help you out I ain't bullshing around with you but the prices could be better on some of the metals they're kind of lower than everybody else but you're getting the convenience and the closeness
How awesome is this place you drive from Whitney to Hillsboro trying to get anyone to answer the phone. Which they NEVER do. So you pull up thinking you have 20 min until they close & what do you see¿?¿?¿ They are locking the doors & you have made a very needed costly trip for nothing. They closed early with NO WARNING to their public. REFUSED to do business & left. How Gracious ¡!¡!¡

I have been coming to this location for quite some time now and I'm always impressed with their customer service, speed of service, proper categorizing of material to yield the most reimbursement for the customer and their willingness to assist in any way they can is a breath of fresh air in the "scrap game". I never have to unload my items or load the scale and I'm not shuffled in and out like I'm intrusive or just a number. Cory, James and Tomas make it a point to learn their customers by name and small talk is almost always involved just to make sure you feel welcomed. Their knowledge of the scrap business far exceeds most of the places I have utilized in the past and I even learn something new each time I visit. The team work and the camaraderie amongst the staff is clearly evident right away. Smiling faces and the occasional joke proves they enjoy what they do and the company they work for. Since I started going to Frank's, I haven't the need to travel to my usual scrap businesses I have used over the years. Their competitive prices, excellence in costumer service and appreciation for their local customers, makes them hard to contend with. Believe me when I say, you will not be reimbursed at such a competitive rate or treated like an appreciated costumer at any other place but this one. Don't travel far and wide as I have when you can visit a locally owned business with a great family feel to it. Keep up the good work Frank's and Kudos to it's employees. Every time i go there they rip me off on aluminum and copper. if you look at your charts on what metals your taking are going for at that time you can find out yourself!
Came in with multiple starters and alternators for tractors. These parts new are over $500 and I wasnt expecting anything near that because they were not new but to get $7 for all of it is a joke they say its 5cents a pound, even if half of the weight in the thing is copper this place will never see my business again. I'd rather rebuild them myself and sell them for 50x the amount I was given.
Very fair prices for all types of scrap! This is the Franks that used to be in Downtown Waxahachie across from the tax collector's down Main st.
They are one of the few recyclers that take all electronics. It's easier to make the trip to them instead of going to Ft. Worth!
