Great company helpful employees i was barely 5 miles out of town on state highway 171 north to Cleburne when I hit a metal object on the highway going north called nearby wrecking services and they were saying maybe by noon as the Big Daddy's Wrecker came when 30 minutes and I was on my way to work very nice and polite gentleman he as well as the company deserves kudos for a job well done
My father's car was towed here after an accident. We went by Big Daddys the ne t day to clean out his car, and Tim was very helpful and friendly (my impatient father thought he was a "Good Guy"). Thank you!!!!!!
Can't recommend these guys enough. The rear suspension in my car decided to blow out shortly after Hillsboro but I made it to a truck stop. My wife called since I'm too stubborn to give up, and within 20 minutes they had a flat bed out to load the car up. The ride back to Dallas was easy and the owner is a great guy. I don't leave reviews often but had to for ya'll. Pricing is very fair and they'll get you taken care of faster than anyone else.
This company is the best in all of South Texas for your towing needs. Professional, courteous and friendly. They will not let you down and are very affordable. I would recommend this company over all the others.

Our van stalled just outside Hillsboro 2 weeks ago and we needed it towed to town. Joel came to the rescue and went above and beyond to make sure we were safe at a hotel before towing our van to a mechanic. Called Big Daddy’s wrecker to rearrange load. Showed up pretty quick for starters. I was giving estimated time of 30mins to show up and Mr Justin arrived in about 40mins✅. After Mr Justin seen what he had to do he gave me a great suggestion on how to fix it and did exactly what he suggested and it worked perfectly. I had a great experience actually changed my spirit he also gave me some great pointers on securing my load very helpful and informative. Just an overall great experience for a bad situation. When I was in an accident just outside of town. They came and made the process of getting my vehicle towed to a shop easy. The two men were nice and easy to work with.
Big Daddy's removed the old motor from my GMC1500.they put a new motor in it. Bart Perry did an excellent ? job and time efficient . Ethan Perry helped me with financing . Without this company,I would still be broken .

Blew a radiator hose 2 hours into a 9 hour drive from Austin to Eureka Springs, AR. It was December 26th around 1pm. Limped into the truck stop in Hillsboro. Obviously could not drive fast or far, but they pointed us to a shop in town. Poured 2 gallons of coolant into the radiator and limped the 2 miles into town.
The truck stop called ahead and Big Daddy's was waiting for us. Obviously, primarily a wrecker service... Not a repair shop. Nonetheless, Bart took a look see and determined what part was needed. Only part was an hour away. Luckily, we had another vehicle, dropped the ladies off at the nail salon, and the guys went and picked up the part.
Bart got us back up and running. 4 hour detour, $150 part, $150 labor, $50 tip. The damage could have been way worse.

Chris was such a godsend that alleviated an otherwise long, and tiring night.
I was about 70-80 miles out from home when my other front tire blew out. After calling Big Daddy's for a tow, Chris made it over and loaded up my car before another, more nearby, operator even pulled up.
Trying to save me money, he suggested that I try getting my tires replaced by the local on-call tire shop in Hillsboro (rather than being towed 70-80 miles home + paying for tires anyways). Unfortunately, the shop didn't have my size, but the ride home was very informative/friendly as he shared stories about similar situations and even offered to drop my car off at a tire shop near my place instead of just stopping at my residence.

If you break down if you need a large vehicle to tow your vehicle a semi a large RV please do yourself a favor don't call around just call them. You're not going to get a better price anywhere around and you won't get better service. There's 104° young man that lifted up my 40 foot RV drop the driveline towed us 20 miles to where we had to go get it with a smile. Best price best customer service around.
The 1st towing service provider AAA contacted to help me after my tire blew out in highway 10:30 at night left me stranded for about 7 hours.
When AAA contacted Big Daddy's Wrecker Service in Hillsboro TX to tow me, Big Daddy's contacted me even before AAA did to let me know they were coming. Getting that call after sitting on side of the highway as long as I had meant a whole lot to me.
Then the tow truck arrived on time as promised and with a driver who was like a breathe of fresh air.
Ethan was awesome! He was friendly and he knew what he was doing too! He drove very well. Very professional all the way around.
I wish AAA had called Big Daddy's to begin with!
If I'm ever stranded like that again, I'm going to request that they send Big Daddy's. I'll call them myself if neccesary. I'd be willing to pay myself to know good help is on the way instead of being left stranded all night like the other tow company left me!

Super professional, very fast to respond. We had a flatbed towing on a Sunday afternoon. At the time of service, there was a flat price for all passenger vehicles (semi trucks cost more). Both the manager and drivers are precessional and courteous. Highly recommended and we'd I use them again in a heartbeat

I was involved in an accident in Hillsboro last weekend on Sunday at 4 am, several hundred miles from home. My car was disabled and needed a flatbed truck. I called Big Daddy's Wrecker. They said they would have someone there in about 30 minutes, and they arrived right on time. My driver patiently helped me figure out the logistics of finding a hotel near the tow yard, etc. He very kindly allowed me to bring my dogs in the truck. I hope he has been able to remove the dog hair.
The next day they were very accommodating about providing access to the yard so I could clear out my car. They've been responsive to my follow-up calls about providing access to the car for my insurance.
It was a pleasure doing business with such a competent, helpful company during a very stressful time. 10/10 would recommend. :-)

I’m an owner operator and had a serious driveline issue near Hillsboro. Had a hot load that was badly needed. Big D’s came out to truck and repair on side of highway. Items that are not easy to find or replace. Was moving in 24 hours. No, it wasn't cheap but Bart got it done when was under pressure. This was situation where I never even asked, “Whats this going cost me.”

I was in wreck on I-35 during a downpour and my car was totaled. Big Daddy’s was there in 10 min and had it hooked up and pulled off the highway. They helped me into the car to grab essentials and were polite and reassuring. Once I drove back down to clean out my car- the owner came from his home to let me in after hours and jumped my battery to get the trunk open. He was kind and we had a chat about his love for the community and the numerous youth that he helps and who come around to learn from him. It’s a family business and I would not hesitate to call them if I needed help! Thank you Big Daddy’s for being so helpful!
Very friendly, helpful staff. They went out of their way to try to get my daughter's car back to Ft. Worth for us when it wouldn't start after being impounded. I know in the future if I find myself in need of assistance from a wrecker service in that area I will definitely be calling these guys!!!!
This company claims they know how to tow an 18 wheeler and trailer. Well they don't. They busted our oil pan on the 18 wheeler therefore had to call
2 other wreckers even though it was their fault and wanted to charge us 450 an hour for each wrecker then they completely took the axle off our trailer moving it 20 yards cause they were dragging the wheels. The damage ended up being 16,000 when it was only 300 and they won't claim it on their insurance. Not only that, but they wanted to charge us 7500. They even admitted to their fault and still don't want to pay for the damage. I waa even telling them they were dragging the axle but was told they knew what they were doing. Now our truck and trailer are out of business. They do not know how to tow trucks and trailers. I would give them negative if I could.
Wish I could give less than 1 star these people are theives! Worst customer service ever! My driver was stranded on the highway they demanded 900$ just for moving him across the street then when I told him I didn't have the full amount and to give me time the tow truck driver says, "Guess I got me a new truck and trailer then...". Who does that?? Kept pressuring me and saying if I didn't have the money in 20 minutes it would be an additional 450$ and they would take the truck with them and making it extremely difficult to even get the initial 900$ that they were demanding.Way to steal all of our hard earned money! Thives!
We were stranded with a broken heater hose on the 4th of july. We were so lucky to have them working on a holiday. They were very nice and had great communication with us. The price was way lower than what we expected. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Fantastic service.
