That was great customer service the job that did was very thorough educated me on what they were doing and why kept me up on all prices and try to give me the best deal possible A+
They don’t even deserve one star, I had to click on it so Google will allow me to write a review. Do not go to this place, I got a flat tire and unfortunately this was the closest tire shop, they checked my tire and I was told that it could not be patched due to the severity of the damage, I told them to just put the spare tire on for now that was the only service I needed. I was charged $88 dollars, just to put the spare tire, I want to clarify that my spare tire already comes with the rim, all they had to do was place the spare tire, I asked for a breakdown of the price and they never gave me a concrete answer that it was just for the labor, I request the amount they charge per hour and they told me that it was $200 and they charged me for 30 minutes, I know about cars and not even dealerships have those prices. They did not even bother to fix the settings of the tires in my dashboard, once again avoid going to that place. They charge you what they want for a really bad job. Photos attached of invoice and how they gave me my car back…ridiculous!

Robert with Premium Automotive made everything easier! Great customer service, explained in detail, and had a quick turnaround on our vehicle. They're the experts! Definitely coming back a day highly recommend their shop.
My husband and I are so thankful to Robert for assisting us. Eagle Automotive was charging us $1000 more. So happy we called Robert and he was able to provide a complimentary diagnostic of the vehicle ($150 charge at Eagle) and fix the vehicle in 1 day! Very friendly, educated me on exactly what is going on with my car. They even provided me with emails showing me videos of their work. They also took pictures of my car before they drove it. I thought that was great just in case something happened to my car. They also gave me a free estimate of how much it would be before they worked on my car. They also provided free transportation to where I needed to go when I dropped off my car. Rob helped me and I must say, he has amazing customer service. In the end, I chose not to proceed with my repair, but I would most definitely take my car back for other issues.

Better customer service and automotive repair services than the Ford Hacienda agency. Premium performed tests the agency never did, had my truck up and running in two days whereas it took Hacienda Ford Agency one month and they resolved nothing.
I would've given them 5 stars because it was a quick and friendly service. Unfortunately they forgot to sign the inspection (I didn't know, it was my first time doing it), that cost me time to go back to the shop for something that should've been done since the beginning.
Unreliable service. Took my truck here for check engine light that came on that was covered under warranty since it was for an issue they had already “fixed” before. They fixed the issue again because it was still under warranty, BUT when I got my truck back the second time, the airbag light was on (my airbag light was never on before they worked on it).Took it back and they wanted to charge me $200 just to run an airbag system testing procedure. Lost my trust in them and decided to decline the testing procedure. Never taking my vehicle here again. You’re better off taking it to the dealership or another repair shop.

This place, Premium Automotive Services, wanted to charge me over $2700 to remove and replace my AC Compressor, Expansion Valve, and Complete AC Evacuation & Recharge for my 2012 Mercedes when it wasn't blowing cold air.
In order to get to that $2700+ price, they initially charged me $318 for an evacuation, recharge, and leak pinpointing procedure, which ACTUALLY FIXED my AC. Was blowing cold after that, and NEVER had any AC-related problems whatsoever since, while they still pushed for the repair.
How could something that expensive go unnoticed, and why the different diagnoses? One report said the refrigerant was too low, while another report said the compressor pressure was too high.
Brought my Range Rover in for some pretty bad problems...over heating and check engine light that I could NOT diagnose! They had all of the equipment the dealerships have, BUT are a fraction of the price and a hundred times friendlier and trustworthy! I will most definitely return here for any major issues and I highly recommend them to all of you in need of a good mechanic!
Traveling into Edinburgh we came into some car trouble. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Diagnostic test was done quickly and staff was very informative on our options. 10/10 would recommend!
Everyone a Premium Automotive was not only incredibly friendly, they offered the highest standard of customer service I have ever seen. They walked me through step-by-step and took images of every repair. They were administering and offered. I was neither confused, nor lost throughout the entire process from start to finish, they even offered me a loaner vehicle if my car was not ready within a day or two . I had an Awesome experience, I got exactly what I was hoping to get from these guys. They are very thorough and know their stuff. If your car isn’t brand new they try their best to get you up to date on servicing your vehicle as a whole and will point out services in which your vehicle might be due for. I’m new to the state and had to get a state inspection in order to get my car and my sisters car registered. I went online and looked for the nearest place and found Premium Auto Services. I’m glad to have found them, they provided exceptional customer service and provided the inspection service in a very timely manner for the two vehicles. They made the whole process quick and easy, which is something I value as a single working mom; I don’t really have time to wait around. I have to mention that for the literal 20 mins I was waiting there one of the employees came out and kept me informed of where they were at in the process and then they were done! wry impressed. A+ I know it’s just a state inspection but the service they provided definitely convinced me to try them out going forward for all my vehicle needs.
Had my Jaguar serviced here instead of the dealership. Staff is immensely helpful, honest & very transparent with pricing. Customer service was excellent & they kindly answered all my questions thoroughly. Their mechanics are highly qualified & knowledgeable & sent a detailed report with pics of the problem with options available to correct them with transparent pricing for each option. Premium Automotive is a Class A automotive repair shop, their staff was professional and attentive even though they had a lot of other customer's cars ahead of me. They went above and beyond what other repair shops do. They kept me informed along the way and allowed me to decide to proceed with repairs or not; I really appreciated their customer follow-up. They are classy, friendly and courteous all the way around and I got the sense that they really care about their customers . Both Joe and Juan were awesome guys! With the excellent service I received, I will definitely take any car repair issue back to them because I fully trust that they will treat me fair and honest.
Premium Automotive did massive engine work on my SUV. My timing chain and it's components needed to be replaced/repaired. I am pleased with their work and overall customer service. They did take a while to look at my car at first, then another few more days to diagnose, and send me their recommendations for approval. All in all they had my car for about three. Once they received the parts my car was finished in about 24 hours or so. They gave a loaner at no cost which absolutely great! They did screen my calls at one point, which I am sure it was because I called almost daily to check on the progress of my vehicle. So I can understand the annoyance there. I had to call from my daughter's phone so they would answer my phone call. Which they did not, but did call me back on my daughter's phone. They did throw in a complimentary oil change for the delay. So far I have no issues with my car now, which I am grateful for. I would definitely recommend Premium Auto service to everyone. I am a pleased customer and will be going back when any of my vehicles need maintenance.
Premium Automotive has been servicing my vehicle and my family’s vehicles for several years now. Their customer service is wonderful as far as my experience with them. I was kept informed along the way and no work was done without my prior approval. They also worked with my extended warranty company to make sure what services were covered and then informed me of what my portion of the total amount would be. No surprises. Excellent, quality work. My a/c is working perfectly now and is ready for the hot summer days up ahead. They picked up and dropped off my vehicle at my home which I appreciated, especially during this time when we’re dealing with COVID-19. I’m considered high risk so that was important to me.
