Since the change in management, this company has made a complete and very positive turnaround. You can clearly see the improvement in customer service, organization, and overall quality of work. They are now much more professional, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly throughout the entire process.
This place was a nightmare other reviews are not lying alot of hassle loaded me wrong n to make matters worse their yard dog hit when I took load back.
Do not load here! Worst place ever. Appointment at 10:00 am. Drive to scale unhook and move forward in order to weigh trailer only then reconnect and got a dock. Finished loading at 12:00 go back to scale and disconnect again to get the loaded weight then reconnect and asked to park outside and wait for paperwork. Been here for 6 hrs and counting and still haven’t received paperwork. Apparently they have to get authorization from New Mexico to print bills of lading. Not to mention the mess that is around here. Scrap metal everywhere including driveway which is just dirt road with a numerous amount of pot holes filled with water!
(Drivers) when you pull in the guard walks up to you and lets you know you have to get on scale unhook your trailer pull foward (off scale) then hook back up once they get your empty trailer weight. Once that is done same process on the way out when your loaded. I spent 4 hours on dock getting loaded once i was loaded i got on scale went through the process then went to office for paperwork and they said they had loaded 49,000 onto the trailer, so they had me unhook and yard jockey took it to the back to fix weight it has been an hour since then still waiting for my trailer. GOING ON 6 hours here
This place is a joke. Don't waste your time.
Was on the dock for 3 hours and then in the office waiting for paperwork and then told to go back to the dock.. they have junk laying all over the place and it's very tight parking.
I won't be back...
And now they are unloading what they just loaded...this doesn't make sense
Don’t load ! 7hrs and they are still not finished. They load their own trucks first. You also have to get on scale and take truck off to get a rare weight. When the truck fits the scale. This is the worst place I have been to in 5yrs. They said I was late for 8am appointment when I booked the load at 730am. I said not my truck maybe your broker. As a matter of fact I think my truck will break down at their gate and I will take a nap and when I wake it will magically be fixed.
Theres an afro black guy at scale bad attitude no respect he doesnt like his job watch out, and if got your truck washed sorry you going to have to wash it again bad place dont recommend it
saw on indeed , looking for a Industrial Maintenance/Forklift Mechanic/ place sucks , they cant keep any good help, they say well we will try u out and a month later let you go for no reason, i know a good mechanic that worked there and was one of the best mechanics, let him go for no reason cos he didn't fit in their little click,
