These guys are just the worst communicators in the world. I got a good offer (probably owe that to Peddle as much as this place though), but my tow truck for my pickup was 4 and a half hours late with no word from any of them. To get any kind of update, which was just "it will be there at some point" I had to call Peddle because there is no way to reach them after 5. My pickup window was 1:30-5:00 mind you. Would've been nice to call and let me know that it was still coming despite missing the window, how late these pickups can be at times, or at least give me some a callback number. Didn't get my car taken care of til 9:30, which might reflect on the tow company they outsourced to, but still no communication. Why not give me the tow truck's number? Also worth noting that the location I was selling my car from was 6 hours away from where I live because I was on vacation when it started giving me issues. So I drove there that morning, got there at 1:30, waited a total of 8 hours, then had to drive back another 6 hours that night or buy a hotel. During those 8 hours of radio silence from them I almost called it because I had no idea if anyone was coming or not, glad I didn't.
If you are dealing with these guys you're probably not in a position with many options, but if you can deal with someone else I definitely reccomend.
Stole property from my vehicle. A custom knife to be exact!! Then the manager was always so mysteriously busy or not in the office each time i requested to speak to her.
I had the tops for my tires and they end up stealing them! Even stole my change I had there! Now my car won’t start what the hell did they do to my car???? I hope they close!!!
My comment is about the customer service. The woman with glasses that sits on right corner of customer service. Terrible, if she's so miserable there she needs to get another job. I'm there to do business not to ask her for any favors. Hope management removes ger from front desk. On the other hand the young lady with glasses in the middle is a sweetheart. I was there Monday and she rocks!!! She Excell in her attentive service. I noticed a nice white lady next to her. Really hope they keep this young lady. She is really willing to help.
Man been to 4 diffrent branches and everytime people there know there job are fast and smill the whole time .very clean facility. Watched a leader wash his track lift they use fornloading cars very clean .
Pésimo servicio, las señoritas que hablan español alto incompetentes, groseras. La subasta Iaai ya cobra por todo, no se tiene tolerancia para los compradores extranjeros. No vuelvo a comprar en esta área. PÉSIMO

Worse thing ever.
First they lost my paperwork, I had to clearly show them that my truck was inside the gate, because according to them they didn’t have it.
People there are screw up, they crash into my car in there parking lot, while coming into the auction, the lady was so rude not to let me take pictures. And had me escort out by the police. I called corporate and it was worse.
This company is based out of Chicago so they don’t have a bond number, that you can put charges to.
At the end they stole 3 baterries of my 18 wheeler.

Those two bit forklift operators damaging exhaust systems, control arms, driveshafts and whatever they can on purpose. Adding $$$ to the existing damage. Bought a truck at this location and spent an extra $1200 on forklift related damages,had to replace the steering rack with tie rods, driveshaft and skid plates. Letting primitive degenerates operating forklifts isn't new but cost Iaai buyers lot's of money.
