I went in needing some brake fluid and Juan helped get the right one, then turns out I also needed a new battery and he help install the new one. Very nice place definitely recommend getting your parts here!!

Went in to ABC and was greeted by Juan, I told him that I needed help with putting refrigerant in my car, he showed me all the different cans they had and showed me how to put it in my car. Thanks to him, my car is now blowing ice cold. If you need help with your car, ABC is the place to go.
I walked in and was greeted by Juan. He came out and tested my battery, told me it was bad, and even replaced it for me. Overall very professional and awesome at his job. ABC is now my go to place thanks to Juan.
When I first walked in & asked the first employee I saw if he'd step outside to take a look at my battery so I'd know what to do was a man named Jaun. Jaun's negative facial expression pretty much told me he didn't want to be bothered with me & my problematic battery... He told me he just needed to know what kind of vehicle it was. I told him the type vehicle & he said I just need to buy a new battery that he didn't need to look at it. He was very rude as he huffed & puffed at me. I wanted to make sure my battery actually did need to be replaced & asked to use their jumper cables. He told me I could buy some, but not just use them.... This guy only made the problems with my battery seem so much worse as he was so negative, rude & disrespectful!!!!! Juan needs to get a job where he doesn't have interaction with the public!!!!!!!

ABC Auto Parts in Athens is the place to go for automotive needs! I had a dead battery and had no way to get to their store. I called and explained my situation....I was able to purchase the battery over the phone and Tracy, the store manager, came to MY HOUSE and replaced the battery on my car!! BEST service EVER!!! I am now a lifetime customer....thanks for taking GREAT care of me today!!!
They read the check engine codes, then made perfect common sense low cost suggestions to fix the immediate issue. Thanks for your professional, customer service and respectful pleasant disposition.
Best parts store around. Better quality parts than Oriellys and Auto zone, not to mention most knowledgeable parts guys I have used in a very long time. Ask for Tracy or Spencer.

I needed new AGM batteries and was referred by Continental Batteries in Tyler. I called the first time and did not hear back. I called the next day and Josh took care of me. He got the batteries ordered, and in the same day, that would work for my needs and was super helpful with some other needed items. Good going, Sir! Keep up the great work.
I walked in tonight not truly having the information that I needed to get my upper and lower coolant hoses for my 1958 Ford Powermaster tractor. Joshua was a great help and very patient as we located the correct diameter hoses then helped me with an external coolant overflow reservoir. A great asset the the team at ABC Auto parts in Athens. I hope ABC takes good care of him because he is the perfect person to help people out.
Front counter guys very knowledgeable and willing to help you out with getting the correct parts! Advise that you have VIN so that they can best help you, if needed. On another note, the ABC website sucks for searching for parts.
Much better than the local alternatives, in my opinion. Little known fact is that they supply local dealers with some of their OEM parts. Might as well cut the middle man out go as straight to the source as you can. Everyone has been super nice, courteous, and very helpful during my twenty-plus visits.
