You have to watch out for these people their scales are off and they are screwing people out of money. I will never make my way to this scrap yard again. In Athens Texas.
After getting ripped off at the Aim Gun barrel city location I went here. Ruben was honest and fair about pricing and what metals I had and paid me what they were worth. I mentioned that I had a horrible experience at the Gun Barrel city Aim location to mutiple employees and they seemed to know exactly what the issue was and knew what was going on at the Gun Barrel city Aim. Mist be a common thing and not the first or last time they have heard of issues at the Gun Barrel city Aim. Go here and stay away from Gun Barrel city Aim.
Edit: I want to also say that every single employee at this location was polite, nice, did their job 100% and answered every question I had. The guys in the yard, the guys in the building where Ruben is, the scale lady and the lady cashier were all great.
Great group of people to do business with. The crew always has a smile on their face. Guys outside always lend a helping hand. And the ladies in the office are quick at their job. Keep up the fantastic work!

AIM Recycling is absolutely the Best! I have been hauling scrap since 2004 and I have never seen another yard as clean and professionally ran as the yard in Athens! The staff is friendly and always smiling and so very helpful. Ruben in the non ferrous department always goes out of his way to help me unload and sort. Such a awesome employee who I enjoy doing business with. Actually, I love them all… extremely hard workers! A BIG plus is that the operators do not tear up your trailers when unloading! A huge, huge problem everywhere else I have hauled to. Top prices are paid and I refer everyone I know who is hauling scrap! Thank you for a top notch recycling business here close to home!
