So I went in for an alignment. They asked if I was coming back or if I wanted to leave my phone number which I was coming back so I didn't leave my phone number. I get it they couldn't reach me. I get there and I'm told that my tie rod comes out while they're doing the alignment. So I go back there to figure out why they didn't put the tie rod back on does it need to be replaced is it broke can it even go back on. Come to find out the mechanic lied the front desk lady and said that I went back there accusing him of breaking my stuff which I never did I was trying to figure out what's wrong with it and why my tie rod was just hanging so I can get it fixed and replaced properly. Just for them to turn around and not even properly do an alignment because according to the mechanic the tie rod is broken that would have been valuable information to know. This is why I asked questions but yet the mechanic decided to get butt hurt and childish about it instead.
I put my vehicle on a lift today to find out that the tie rod isn't even bent like they said it was. However I had a couple loose ball joints that warrant even checked before the alignment was attempted. The mechanic told me he turned the tie rod less than half a turn before it just fell off but he told my friend who's a mechanic that he turned it a couple of times before it fell off. I'm taking it into another place to get an alignment and I bet they will be able to do it just fine.
We were traveling through on our way to Austin when we stopped for gas. I looked down at my rear tire and seen oil leaking from my brake drum. We searched auto mechanic in the local area. AutoCzech came up first. We limped the truck over there, they were able to assess the issue and get us in within 20 min. Their Tech Josh was great and kept us informed though the whole deal. Discovered the problem, showed me what it was, both rear axle seals had failed, leaking gear oil out. He ordered everything resealed the axle and had us back on the road in less than three hours. They even stayed past their closing time to get us done! We got to hang out and talk with one of the owners in their lobby while we waited. They did a great job and got us back out on the road! Can’t recommend them enough! They also run the largest tow company around so if you need a tow off I-35 or near West Texas, this is your place to go!
I’ve visited their establishment many times for oil changes and routine maintenance.
I’ve always been pleased with their work.
I schedule an appointment, show up and they get to work. I’m never there long.
Today, I had an appointment for a miner Boo-Boo on a bumper. They brought me home as the job was supposed to take an hour or so.
They later picked me up…and made no issue out of the fact that I hadn’t left my key fob with them.
I was so embarrassed … yes, I’m still getting used to a car with push button starter!

We have had both of our cars taken care of here and are very pleased with the customer service and honesty. Instead of telling us our car needed work that another mechanic had told us it needed, they told us there was a much cheaper part that needed replacing but it wasn’t urgent and we didn’t need to it right away if we didn’t want to. We will definitely bring all our business here and tell our friends and family to do so as well!

Less than a month ago I had taken my vehicle in because I wasn't getting enough get up and go. And I needed an alignment. Rob said he couldn't find anything wrong with my vehicle. Mention spark plugs, told me where they were. I now know I needed a tune up. Sadly I still had issues and came back. He then mentioned struts and shocks. Gave me a quote. They mentioned they also had a towing company. Tell me why my vehicle sunk on the way home and was unsafe to drive. So I used their towing company. They put struts and shocks on. I paid well over 1k for work, parts, etc. I went back the next day after my car was done because I heard rattling from the front left wheel area. He said that there were some loose hardware and he tightened it. My vehicle was still driving the same as it was when I first brought it in and now worse. Yesterday while driving with my 2 year old in the car with me, they blew out. My car sunk. I had to pull off on a busy road and pray my vehicke would get hit with my daughter in it with me. I get the car we'll off the road into a random side drive way of a farm. I get out, they're not only blown they're bent. The pressure caused damage to my arms on the front and rear. Blew a ball joint for sure, it was leaking. So when they should of did a tune up they install struts and shocks. Not properly. And my vehicle now has thousands of dollars worth of damages. I will NEVER come back to this shop. And I pray you read reviews before you do.

Still not functional, and they still have not contacted me to resolve anything after numerous emails.
I've been almost or about 3 months without a vehicle since they worked on my vehicle.
Went there with problem on my ranger,was mis,diagnosed,they charged almost 100$,,called them,,they didn't have the courtesy to call back,,in my opinion,,wouldn't let them work on a mailbox,,beware
This shop took my insurance company and me for 6500 and did not fix my car. They replaced the gas tank and exhaust system, I guess, maybe? I gave them two chances to get it right and they sent me off with gas lines they had spliced together and clamped and acted like they had no idea why I was smelling gasoline. I would give a negative star if I could. Had to take it elsewhere and spend another 2000 to fix their screw up.
I am an out of town car dealer. One of my customers wrecked in Waco. I lucked out finding Auto Czech. Sean worked with me getting my vehicle back on the road. Quality work, very thorough, and very professional! Highly recommend.
Horrible experience. Insurance sent me here after an accident. Absolutely terrible work. If you are close by them, take the time and go somewhere else, to Fort Worth or Waco.
Was passing through West Texas and my car started giving my husband and I issues. Called AutoCzech and they were able to tow my car, and fix the issue. These guys went out of their way to help us in a really bad situation and they charged us the minimum. We were desperate to get back to Austin and they could’ve taken advantage of that, but they were so kind and fair with their pricing. The person who seemed to be in charge of the shop was very friendly and genuine.
I just stepped in for a minute to check on window problem I have, and I believe he's the manager Shawn Kaluza, took the time to speak with me and honestly tell me that it would be next week before he could get to it, and that's fine I will wait because honesty is very important to me.
As I was leaving, I have a second motor fan but just stays on all the time, and I was putting the fuse in to turn it on before I left to come back to Waco in case I got stopped by traffic or something in my car wouldn't overheat, but a young man named Dalton we laughed about that I said oh that's Patrick Swayze in Roadhouse he told me his mama named him after that after him! And then that young man said he was going to fix that problem for me if it was nothing more than wiring it to under my dash where I can just flip a switch and I told him I was bringing my car back next week, and he said we'll take care of that for you ma'am
Towing Service for my car. He able adjustment to commutation access without any problem which i’m deaf customer. He much show respect and care customer’s needs for service. i’m very strong recommend this service. The towing man name Dakota who great service and please gave him awards for positive service !
I didn't visit your shop but one of your workers named Shawn/Sean helped me change out my spare tire at Slovacek's today (30 Jul). He was kind and did a great job.
Autoczech did a great repair on my damaged pickup. Also they detailed my vehicle better than I have ever had including waxing! I am impressed with the attention to detail that is so hard to find today. I highly recommend this business.
Picked my truck up today from Auto Czech collision centre and found the body repairs perfect every thing fixed right including problems (sticking doors) that i did not notify the techs about. This not the first time I used there body shop months before they repaired my mustang and I had the same results perfect job every time . I will continue to use Auto Czech for my body shop repairs and I live on the other side of Dallas
I have been treated with upmost kindness in this shop. Staff are sincerely helpful and has worked me in when having an urgent need. They have also conducted successfully unusual requests such as installing round bale forks on my truck with my idea of an addition to a remote winch to make moving hay a breeze.
They had my car for a month, yet they did the bare minimum. Lied about having a loaner vehicle, don’t string people along. Okay job on the actual work they did do, but they don’t go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Won’t be a repeat customer. They had to paint and didn’t bother touching up obvious spots. Why do a job half way or partially? SMH. It’s obvious they don’t take pride in every job.
A great group of people. I get almost all my vehicle service done by them. Friendly and helpful working around your schedule if you are here in town. Great prices for service like oil changes and good prices on tires if you need replacements.
They are super friendly and the quality of the body work and paint were spot on. I can’t even tell my car was hit. I am from out of state so I was a bit uneasy but now I just wish I had a place like this in my state. Highly recommended!
My car broke down in West, on the way to the Ft. Worth area. The police officers helped and had it towed to this place. They were friendly and gracious. My stepfather decided to let them fix it. It was there for a week. They worked on it and I picked it up. It appeared to run fine. However, it died as we got into our gate. They said they'd done a bunch of diagnostic testing and yet it continued to overheat. My husband and his best friend, a mechanic, found no fluids in the reservoir and they had not checked the thermostat. Worse, many bolts and screws were loose. Three, they were able to turn by hand.
Again, very nice, gracious people, but whoever worked on my car wasn't terribly thorough.
