While on a trip pulling our camper we broke down next to a cornfield. Neither of us paid attention to the name of the town we had passed through 3 miles back. Out of the blue Brett Covey shows up, tows us and arranges for a repair shop! Very professional, super helpful. His truck was spotless inside! We are super grateful to Brett!
I called my AAA policy after getting a flat on a Sunday, when no tire shops were open. My only option was a tow back home, 100 miles away. Classic Towing & Recovery responded in about 30 minutes. John was my wrecker driver and I explained my situation, really looking for a new tire. (my car, a 2024 mitsubishi outlander does not come with a spare). John made a few quick calls, found my tire at a very reasonable price, even convinced them to remain open for us to arrive. John loaded me up and took me about 15 minutes away to Bill's Discount Tire. John waited for me while my tire was changed, even though he didn't have to. I found Classic Towing to be a great company with a great employee. Thank you.
John was extremely helpful and proficient. We had a flat, and he was able to get to us in less than 20 minutes and take us to a nearby Discount Tire. He made the entire experience great and comfortable!
I’ve been an automotive technician for over 25 years so I have done business with many tow companies. I would like to say Classic Towing is one of the best I have ever worked with. This company was fast and reliable and friendly. The driver Mike that assisted me was one of the most friendliest driver I have ever seen. He was not only friendly he was very fast and professional. He made sure we were taken care of In a bad situation. Car was broke down on the freeway 59 miles from destination. Mike made sure we got there. Thanks again Mike,and thank you classic for sending Mike to the rescue. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a tow. I could go on and on but I’m sure everyone gets the picture.
Needed to change a flat tire and called for road side assistance and the person from this company that was dispatched to us, refused to get out the bed to come help. Instead decided to continue to tell my husband where to jack up the truck even after my husband told him we needed a hydraulic jack because the jack that came with the truck wouldn’t lift the truck high enough. Literally sat in the cold waiting for 3 hours, highly pissed.
John was awesome. Very courteous and professional. He cared about my safety and getting my car to its destination quickly before the repair shop closed. I am truly impressed and recommend this towing company to anyone.

Called these folks after our car broke down at night and they came through. They texted me throughout the process and assured me the car got to the shop at night. I was able to pay by credit card through a link they sent. It was a smooth process in an otherwise stressful situation.
Our gmc3500 truck which was pulling our 5th wheel, broke down on i35. Our insurance dropped the ball and left us stranded for 19+ hours. The one thing the insurance did right was to have Classic Towing and Recovery haul Our truck to a repair shop. From the minute John arrived he made sure we were safe and happy while he helped us navigate the local repair shops and campgrounds. John really went above and beyond - including checking in with us later on to make sure we were still okay and had everything we needed. I can't even begin to tell you how helpful that was for out of towners. John's driving was professional and the rig was immaculate
Unfortunately we are headed out of town as soon as our truck is fixes. But if we were to stay in West we would use Classic Towing and Recovery for all of our Towing needs...and based on his professionalism we would be asking for John each time!
Yesterday my Nissan Armada developed problems in Hillsboro. Called AAA and they dispatched one of your drivers, Brett, to take us to a local shop, which he did. Just wanted you to know Brett was not only professional but personable, we are very appreciative of his help.
John was excellent and very kind!! He helped me and my girlfriend move out of the way of oncoming traffic and was so patient and informative! He explained everything to us and even helped us find a way to get my car all the way to my apartment. He worked with us and supplied speedy and reliable service!! Thank you-James
My car stalled on 35 and AAA estimated 2 hours before a tow truck would arrive. Jon was there in less than an hour and quickly got my car loaded up. He was an excellent driver and very personable and kind. I couldn't have asked for a better experience considering the circumstances and would highly recommend this company, and Jon especially, to anyone in need.
John took outstanding.care of my classic vehicle. He worked really hard to make sure it was loaded and delivered properly. These were some tight spaces too! I’m so glad that he was there to handle it. Even when I was nervous, he was calm and under control. I am so appreciate for his work!

John was amazing. Easy to talk to and work with. He got my car with a blown out tire onto the truck bed within 2 minutes and he drove me to my destination 83 miles away. Great to talk to along the way and super helpful. He is the best driver I've had.

John absolutely went above and beyond when helping assist me with a tow of my Tesla. Couldn’t have been more friendly and made a stressful situation so much less worrisome. I’d also like to say he was able to safely deliver the vehicle into a garage bay that led him less than 1.5 inch of clearance on either side!!! 5 star service and would definitely recommend his service to any one who asked!
My daughter’s car broke down on her way to Waco this evening. John was there with his rig faster than the AAA expected time of arrival. I support a medical device that is placed in patients before surgery to help the doctor locate cancer. Well I live in out of town and was heading to assist a Radiologist in placing this device on a patient who was going to have surgery on Monday so (tomorrow) Friday is our last option to get this device placed. Brett came to take a look at my tire to see if he could just air it up and realize that there was a large gash in it, I asked him if he knew someone who may be able to fix it after hours since my patient was to be done at 730 in the morning and he said he did so he spoke with a guy and the guy told him he could take a look at it. He was able to fix it and I was able to get on my way but the best part is that no matter what Brett told me one way or another, he would get me to Austin because he did not want my flat tire to affect the patient it warms my heart that God continuously provides exactly what we need when we need it not only did they fix my tire and send me on my way but the man who came to his shop after hours just to fix my tire didn’t even charge me for it I don’t know about y’all but it sounds like I had a few angels near me Thank you both so very much for helping me !!!!

Noticed one of my rear tires just completely deflated (thankfully while pumping gas at the Hillsboro Bucees!!) while I was still an hour north from home. AAA sent Classic Towing out. Got to me around 5:45pm and he worked out a plan to find a place with my SUV’s tire in stock. Started heading toward Waco while I called around. Found a location with the right tire and open late enough. Quick and easy unload of my car.
