  Horrible Customer service, the owner started using profanity on the phone with me. When simply trying to verify that I did have insurance, & it was a misunderstanding with the system being pulled over. Then driver claims I “harassed” him. When he was the one who told me I could call 24 hrs. I called 4 times, they claimed 13. I wouldn’t call this company for nothing. Extremely unprofessional people. No reason for a business to be cursing at someone for trying to pick up THIER car.

  I got into an accident and this wrecker company showed up super fast. The driver was real helpful and even told me to take pictures of both vehicles, which ended up saving me when it came time to deal with insurance. They made the whole situation way less stressful and helped me through every step. Came in clutch when I needed it the most. Definitely a 5-star experience.

  2 of my tires went flat and so I called them, the driver came and was very friendly and informative, he helped me get to the nearest auto shop and the price was reasonable compared to other companies that I called, Thank you Mr. Joseph for the assistance!
