People be careful with this place check your vehicule and by that I mean open your hood before leaving the lot they literally stole my FAN from my truck . Absolutely unbelievable and to top it off they don’t open until 9am .

office opens at 9 no one physically here until 10:11 makes zero sense! I called said come over with my credentials. No one runs the place if they do it's very unprofessional.

If you get your car towed these people are great to work with. I would do it on purpose just to meet them tho! ?

If you're ever in an accident and this tow company shows up, do not let them take your vehicle. They picked up my sister’s car without proper authorization and later attempted to withhold it from her. This experience was incredibly stressful and felt exploitative during an already difficult time. I strongly recommend requesting a different towing service immediately. Protect yourself and your vehicle—you have the right to choose who tows your car.

I come home. Walk inside, only to walk back out outside to get something out of my truck. To my surprise , my truck is gone. Come to find out these guys tow my truck off of some phone call they received. I've lived here for 1 yearz truck always parked here no notice or anything. As well as no signs up saying towing in forced

Payment options need to be clear because if I’m paying cash and card what’s the big deal it’s still getting paid I got there tonight at my appointment time at 10:23 to get my vehicle majority was on card and 40 in cash and the guy said it all had to be on card I’m not from humble So Idk how it work out here but he basically kicked me out in the rain and left at 11:00 called multiple times even stayed front of the camera and even pressed the button to be seen on what time I left which was 11:55 I had to uber to my hotel room when I say very unprofessional I do mean very unprofessional

They like to take cars in visitor spot and talking about u need a permit how if it’s in visitor. They liars

They will not return calls and they pick up vehicles saying the vehicle was double parked because the ture is in the yellow line. I am going to sue the brakes off this place. Broke dirty sob . Get a job .

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!! I paid to get my son’s car out, and the lady said my card was declined, although I had more than enough money in my account! I checked my account and it showed the payment went through, but she insisted it was declined, I’m not paying twice! so I called my bank and the representative said the transaction had been APPROVED, she still said it was declined, and she had us wait 20 extra freaking minutes, for her to check it again, while I took time off work to come here. This place will try to rip you off!!

The workers here are vey rude and don’t stay open to 12 they leave before time and add an extra fee for the next day then when you try to tell them about what happened, they want to read the notes that they’re employee wrote and the notes on what the employee wrote was lies. We were here before 12 o’clock. Kept calling on the phone and no answer. That’s what made us drive down here.

THIS TOW YARD IS FULL OF SCAMMERS!! They say one thing, turn on a recording that gives totally opposite directions, THEN LIE once you get in person! I called this place several times before midnight only to get an excuse because NO ONE WAS IN THE OFFICE and the on call rep returns calls from a blocked number. If your Spam blocker is turned on and you don't see the call, IT'S NOT THEIR RESPONSIBLY AND THEY GOING UP ON THE PRICE TO RETRIEVE YOUR VEHICLE!! Extremely unprofessional!!

Very rude customer service, and did I forget they’re thieves too? I got there to pay to get my car ($191) and she’s like I don’t have change except you want to give me the $200 and I’ll keep the change. When I asked to pay with card she said a 3% fee will be added. when I asked how to make a complaint she bluntly said there’s no way I can’t. Update: Look at their rude reply below guys, can’t make this stuff up. Poor business etiquette. Do better!!!

They towed my car a day after I got it and I didn't know the vin number all my information was in the car and they refused to let me see my car or anything.staff is also very rude don't use them. Update I called the $317 I then got there and then they said it was $191 but the receipt said it was $145 so they're just a bunch of scamming people. For less than a day

The woman who answered the phone and also checked us out when we got to the tow yard office was rude and not friendly at all. It was bad enough to wake up on a Sunday morning and find out our vehicle had been towed but the icing on the cake was her surly attitude. She spoke in a monotone, never smiled and acted like we were imposing by being there. Plus it cost $347 + to get our vehicle back. Of course it's never a good experience when you get your car towed but a friendly and courteous employee can possibly make a bad situation better.

This place is nothing but liars and thieves.
