The staff here was very friendly and helpful. Had the part that I needed and was quickly to take it off and have it ready price was very good so if you’re ever in the area of this salvage yard, you need to check this place out.
Horrible service, they have no desire to work, I don't know how the management doesn't realize that their workers give poor service, I will never return to this place, there are many places like this that serve you as they should, owner of this business, be tough with your workers, otherwise, you will lose all your customers.
Very expansive and the use parts not good and they don't given you money back they give you credits for the next time but you don't want to come back top off
Bad service, rude and disorganized. I called for a part , they told me they had it, got there they made me wait for an hour to tell me at the end they didn't have it.
I have bought two motors and a transmission from this place and not once they have let me down. I deal with mr omar he is the best.i drive from Beaumont to Houston to deal with him. I strongly recommend doing business with omar. Thz is little Beaumont he knows me.

These people are so werid, they first confirm my engine it's a right fit. My mechanics tell me it's a different year. Now the company say there's no returns and I got to pay 200 dollar difference for another part.
Total scandal the manger has here and all they want to do is lie to contract you still with business with them.

Save your time save your money called about a transmission on 11/11/24. He said he sure he has it that he knows what he’s talking about. I drove three hours to this place and they do not have the transmission in stock wasting my time in money for a blank trip if I can give zero stars, I would please listen to my warning.
They are decently priced, and I didn't have to pull my own parts. I waited a short time to receive the parts I needed, but as busy as it was, they did well to serve everyone in a timely manner.
This place is a complete waste of time very unprofessional if you dont speak spanish dont go here all they gonna do is send you to the back looking for someone that dont even exist i have had so many experiences with this company very terrible they dont help you when you get there and they lie about their prices over the phone and lie about having parts that they dont have i spoke to a guy asking for a part he said he was gonna look for it right away then found out he took lunch a long time ago he had me standing at the front thinking he was pulling the part and the whole time he was on lunch break stuffing his face with tacos this place needs to be shut down all they do is waste peoples time!!!!!

I went there on November 8th 2023 at 2:20pm looking for a A/C Control Panel. One of the guys charged me $50 to go outside to try it to make sure it worked. I gave him the $50 and went outside to try it but it didn't work. I went back inside and the guy gave me $30 back and said that's what I gave him. So we actually got into a argument and then I eventually left with only the $30. The manager wasn't in yet. But I will be contacting Management and I will post the outcome.
Don’t come here. They are a complete waste of time. I called and asked if they have a steering column. The dude said yes so I drove 30mins just for them to say they don’t have it. They don’t speak English and they are very rude and will leave you standing there knowing you need help. I do not recommend coming to this place for auto parts. Complete waste of time.
I normally don’t go to this place, now that some one recommended me they didn’t had what I was needed. Personnel needs to be more effective to really look a good way to help customers on they needs. This guys don’t know what they do and are very high prices. Arrogant workers and Liars Mentirosos. Owner needs put attention on what they do.
The owner over heard me on the phone with my customer. Since she said she had to have her car. The price changed $75 dollars on the same parts. Beware owner is in the middle and is a real horrible person to his soul. And he was cheating people left and right while I was waiting for the parts. Everybody on Shepherds has better business than this!!!!!!
Saw a listing on FB market place thst they had a parts car thst I needed a fender for. I called and they told me a very good price and told me they had it. Drove all the way there and waited forever for them to tell me they didn't have the car at all. I showed them the listing and the texts saying they had it. They just looked at me with a blank 3 second look and went on like nothing. What a waste of time.
Over priced over priced over priced
I came here to pull plastics off a 20 year old truck, but front desk wanted $75 for a radio bezel! Unbelievable. $30 for some door steps ?? Absurd pricing. Will never come back or recommend to anyone
Not good experience was recommended from another yunk yard but wrong parts after cling them they just not responsable nobody is answering just putting on hold ..... I'm at reapir shop and very crazy day with this people .... Just to get your money it's good it's good .... Guess what parts are not working at all
Really bad customer service. To the person who answered the phone after I’ve called 5 times already: if you don’t like your job, go somewhere else, do something else but you don’t have to be rude with your customers. He was mean and did not help me at all.
Worst experience ever. Don’t do business with them. I called and drove 45 min because that guy name Omar said they had the part I was looking for. When I got their it was raining. The guy’s in the back ignored us, they didn’t want to help us instead told us that those parts were all the way in the back so we went to go look for it. Was really hard to find the car that I needed for the part, Under the rain. When finally found the car, IT WAS STACKED ON TOP OF TWO OTHER CAR’’S. How the hell are we suppose to get that part out of their. What really upset me that NO ONE could help us. If we drove all the way their because that part are not for sale at a auto zone ETC store. What a disappointment..
I have to say that this place is great. I've been getting parts from Beto for 20+ years and he is great to deal with. The guys in the back are very helpful and if you don't mind getting a little dirt and grease on your shoes then you will be fine here.
