Good morning! Carrie and her brother at Miller and son sold my husband and l a 2004 infinity, after we paid for the car in full, she always came up with excuses of why we couldn’t get our title, when storm beryl came, her excuse then was, the paper work got destroyed during the storm, it wasn’t until the police pulled us over, and towed the car, that we found out they sold us a salvage car, they didn’t own, take my advice, don’t deal with these people, if bugs bunny or road runner has a car lot, go with them, never buy a car from these people, they will take your money, you will never see a title, now we are out of $5500, and no car for my daughter in college.
Miller's showed up via Tow and Go. I blew a tire on 610. The guy was so rude. Yelled at me about my service dog. Wouldn't allow my service dog in the truck. Wouldn't tell my insurance company tow where he was going to tow me. Stole my Barretta 32 out of my car. Towed my Subaru AWD without a flat bed and burned up my transmission.
These guys are a nightmare. Refuse them at all costs. Even for a Tow and Go.
Nationwide used them to pick up my vehicle .. they were supposed to be here at 930. It’s 11:09 and they still have not arrived . I’ve been calling and all the dispatcher has been doing is revising the eta. I called back 40 minutes later she said he’s out of the truck. At this point I’m starting to think they are intentionally delaying the time to arrive . She told me he’s in route you’re next that was over an hour ago. Do not recommend at all. One of the worst experiences ever .. called back now the driver has truck issue and they need to send someone else out to me. Nationwide had to cancel after 2 hours of inconvenience and send another company .. please do not let this company be your final go to .
My truck was stolen from my driveway and the cops found my truck however they used miller and son. One of the worst experiences. Refused to release my vehicle to towing service. Refused to help me or give any kind of update about if my truck was wrecked from the outside, if the tires were even still on the truck. They are extremely rude. Demand you to use their towing service. If I were you, I would immediately get your vehicle out of this place. Do not trust them
they are thieves, they did a 5 minute Straight and they charged me $384 it's a robbery at all I'm so disappointed and I think it's too unfair what they do
Great service! Very good people. They've helped me out alot. I'm a temporary employee that works from time to time and they have always been willing to help.
Larry was dispatched by Porsche West Houston. He had the right equipment and the right attitude. He was intelligent and well informed about transporting exotic avehicles. . After waiting for almost 11 hours for someone to arrive with the correct equipment, he had our car on its way in minutes. It was worth the wait!
My truck was stolen and these guys located it the same day it was stolen. I was never notified they had my truck. They charged me 600 to get my own stolen property out of their yard. I had to find my own vehicle thirteen days later. I finally get to my vehicle and the battery is missing from my truck. The theifs stole my truck to steal my battery is what they expected me to believe. I’m assuming someone in your company is taking the batteries out so they can charge you the 40 dollar pull out fee y’all charge. No thank you I’d rather push my truck out. You would think that during a pandemic some people would have some type of compassion and show a little heart. Very unhappy with your service and I will be contacting the bbb along with the local news to do some investigating on your business. If I could I’d give you a negative star.
Do not use them. Run! Rude and unprofessional. Stuff will come up missing off your vehicle in one night and none knows what happens. All they want is money
I intended to give this towing company a 1 star BECAUSE THAT IS THE LOWEST YOU CAN GO. Miller was rude , obnoxious and did not show up to pick up my vehicle AT ALL. Miller went all day, did not contact us, lied on the insurance company and finally admitted that they overlooked our request that was sitting on their desk. I would not recommend them for towing. MILLER DERSERVES A 0.
Miller and Sons transferred a vehicle here to our shop today 5/17/18. The dispatcher and driver were both very courteous and I would recommend them for future use!
Called road side assistance for a flat tire. Miller and sons came out and changed the tire quickly and were very polite and friendly. I would recommend the business
