Run, don't walk run. Do not call unless you wanna be robbed. $3500 for 22 mile tow. I asked repeatedly. How much is this gonna cost? Oh, you're fine. Insurance are covered, once when he dropped the truck. I said call my insurance. He's like oh no, that's not how it works. They wasn't very knowledgeable on hooking airlines up to tow me. I felt very uncomfortable and now I have a popping in my front axle everytime I move the truck... Very Unprofessional
Amazing company!! Someone tried to steal my car and this was the company I called. The owner was extremely nice!! Came to me, and switched out my ignition! He did charge for the distance because I lived so far out but, it was all worth it!! Superb customer service!! I am greatly satisfied with the service I have received through this company!! I would definitely recommend to others, and I absolutely would use the service of this company again! Thank you for your service!

Kareem showed up to MD Anderson within 10 minutes and found away to fix my vehicles air system for the breaks, which prevented me from having to even be towed. Most important of all he didn't hit me over the head with a stupid-high price. He was more than efficient and totally fair. Long story made short, they know what they are doing at Carribean Towing.

My friend's car died on Holcombe right in the middle of the Medical Center. I went to help her and we called Caribbean. They immediately sent a truck out, were here exactly when they said they'd be, and were so kind (even with angry morning drivers honking at us). He confirmed the tow-to address, took great care of her car, documented everything and gave her peace of mind.
We were at MDAnderson in a garage and our car would not start. After waiting 2 hours for AAA to not show up, we called Caribbean Towing. He did not have a truck that would fit in the garage, however he called Al from PG Wrecker Service who was there in 20 minutes. He got his truck up to the 8th floor and towed us all the way out to Montgomery county! Kudos to both Caribbean and PG for coming to our aid! So glad there are some honest helpful people still left in this world.
I want to acknowledge that no one ever wants to have to call a towing company. It's expensive and inconvenient to have your car towed. :( BUT, as far as towing service goes, I had a great experience with these guys. Earlier this week, my car died. I called several companies to get a towing quote. Caribbean Transport and Towing gave me the best rate. Al was very helpful, arrived in less than half an hour (as he said he would), and even tried to jump my car with a fancy charger before towing it. That didn't work, but I appreciated his attempt to save me money before he hooked up my car to the tow truck. He also texted me to confirm that my car had been dropped off at our mechanic. If you're in a pinch, I would definitely recommend them!
Kareem was very professional with an amazingly fast response time. His first priority was our safety and I highly recommend him, he is very efficient and will have you on your way very quickly.

I got the number off the truck I saw on the street one day just in case I needed it in the future about two months later I needed it. they showed up and for a fair price did just what I needed I highly recommend them!!
