This company is the worst. I was quoted for an engine that's supposed to have 83,000 MI. I received an engine with $187,000.
They lied about the mileage of the vehicle they lied about where the engine came out of. I have water in my engine the spark plugs look they would look like rust. I explained to them that I did not want this engine that had too many miles on it and I had water in my engine. I'm looking for a full refund of my money back and they can have the engine back. This company is the worst do not buy anything from this company. WARNING YOU.
Best used auto parts did a very good job getting a motor to me in a timely manner. They were very professional. The motor they sold me was in very good condition! I will shop with them again if I had to.
I have a ‘07 Civic Si with bas engine and that I’m converting to the ‘09-‘11 front end. I almost spent $300+ for the fender and bumper alone, and engine for $2300 with another $400 in shipping fees at another parts company. A friend told me about Bestused Autoparts. I called up, & Jane handled my order with care! she helped get my parts much quicker, cheaper, & at better quality than other companies! They offer local pick-up, so I was able to save over $450 between shipping and the cost of the parts. I’m even going back to get more parts! I’m so grateful for Jane & BestUsed Autoparts. Don't buy a engine from Bestused Autopart it is a scam got a engine for my BMW said had 32k 5year warranty installed in car engine Bad would not refund my money or send me another engine paid $1400 they're out of Houston Texas please do not spend your money I'm still working on getting mine back that guy Tom is scamster he won't answer the phone or Texas
Do not purchase from this company. Tried to say they were selling me an engine with 32k miles but after running a background check, it had a last reported of 112k. Also, used my card to try to buy two different engines and due to them canceling too late on the first one(the one with 112k miles, I lost $500). Tom then tried to get me to pay $250 for their free warranty because he wasn't making any money due to his mistake of using a customer card with a fake name, illegally and losing my$500. Now Tom won't respond to any of my messages, a bad business! Stay away!
