I am disappointed to see companies taking advantage of the Houston Storm. My husband was recently involved in an accident on black ice, and our vehicle sustained damage when the tire and another part came loose. Thankfully, no other vehicles were involved. The police required us to have our vehicle towed immediately, and a tow truck company was conveniently present behind the police. However, they declined to drive our vehicle to our nearby home, instead taking it to their storage facility. As a result, we are facing a $290 charge, and we will need to pay another $160 additional costs to have our vehicle transported to our home from the storage . It's essential for companies to act with integrity, especially during vulnerable times. I advise others to be cautious and avoid using this company.
It took skills to get my car out of the jam it was in. Two other drivers didn't have those skills. My Apple driver has great skills.
