I was having a bad morning when my car was stranded in a bad spot from a gate incident at an apartment complex. Joshua was very courteous and professional when he called with his ETA. He handle my car with great care and made sure that my car was loaded on the flat bed properly not damaging my car wheel even more. Thanks for great customer service!

The company sent out a flatbed tilt truck instead of a regular tow truck so after waiting over a hour, Joshua arrived. After he saw that I was parked in a parking spot making it unable to be towed out with his truck and that my cars shift lever was broken so the car was not able to be backed up to tow with his large tow truck. Joshua who vas very polite, professional and caring called his dispatcher to have them send a smaller lift tow truck. He then followed the 2nd tow truck to the garage and sent me a picture of my car having been delivered as he had promised. Joshua was amazing and made the situation much better.
This was probably one of the best towing experiences that I ever had a gentleman that came out was very professional. He analyze the situation he took his time. Make sure my car didn’t get damaged when he was pulling me out very nice like I said, probably the best towing experience that I ever had he pulled up super quick and got right to it. Customer service was fantastic. It started with gentleman calling us from the office giving us status on the driver. Johnny showed up and he was extremely nice and helpful. We had a great conversation on what was going on with my vehicle. He was very kind and courteous. He even called me to let me know that the vehicle had been delivered the shop to be worked on. I had a fantastic experience with Apple Tow Service. I was in a bit of a panic because my car wouldn’t start, and I thought I’d have to get it towed straight to a mechanic. The driver showed up quickly and was incredibly professional and kind.
Instead of rushing through the job, he took the time to actually check the car. After several attempts, he got it to start and gave me some honest insight. He didn’t think it was the alternator or the starter, which is what I originally feared. He suspected it was just a battery issue, which gave me a lot of relief.
What stood out most was his calm presence and patience. He could tell I was a little flustered and made an effort to reassure me, explaining things clearly and giving me options. He even encouraged me to drive the car a bit to see if it ran smoothly before he left. That level of care is rare.
Tow truck service experiences are usually rushed or impersonal, but this was the complete opposite. It felt like someone genuinely wanted to help. I highly recommend Apple Tow Service. It was hands down the best towing experience I’ve had.
I caught a flat and had a ETA of about an hour. They actually came in about 40 minutes, which was always good to be earlier than rather than late got the tire changed relatively quickly. The driver was friendly, informative, and extremely helpful and I appreciate it. Thank you.

Beware of this company who stranded me for 3 hours waiting for the truck to show up on time but took more than 3 hrs. No calls, no messages, nothing. I called the dispatcher twice but they held me on phone waiting for an update for 35 mins and second time 20 mins draining my cell phone battery with no resolution. They were supposed to arrive from 10:15 to 11:15; but arrived at 1:15 pm after I complained GEICO. The agent finally located this pathetic company.
Another best part the driver did not even secure the car on top of that he hit the right side curb so hard the car’s rear side wheels moved to the edge of the truck, waiting for another tragedy of dropping off the truck. He stopped the truck in the middle of the turn and started securing the car again with chains and belt. During unloading time was trying to straighten it by using winch lol. Finally was able to drop it off at discount tires time 2:30 pm!!! Almost 4 hours of agony. Be careful about these crooks who will destroy your car and peace of mind. Avoid them as much as possible and don’t regret later. I would not even rate them 1 star if at all possible.
The tech was courteous and efficient. He communicated well and explained the process as he checked the battery and the lack of charging to the proper level. He waited until I called the dealership to make sure I had a solution before he departed.

My driver was awesome. When he completed the tow he forwarded me pictures of the location of where he dropped the car at the dealership and the drop box where the key was placed.
Very nice experience. Felipe was amazing, very knowledgeable and great at towing. Super. Also arrived earlier than was promised. He said he was off shift going home but still chose to help customers, he was simply amazing!

I had to wait in another tow truck to show up and swap my vehicle to another tow truck because the original tow truck driver said he had a doctors appointment to go to
Great customer service the employee that changed my tire was professional and did a great job, I called twice about an eta the first time just to initially confirm and they didn't act like I was bothering them which was nice because the company that was going to come before them had terrible customer service.
