Tony is pretty cool and he works with you. He offers something that is hard to find nowadays..nostalgic parts made with real metal

I attempted to purchase parts on 3 different occasions, drove far away to get there, owner was rude and over priced, I really don't think black people should purchase from Tony, spend your money where it is appreciated.I don't care if it takes years to find the parts I need, never going back.

I didn’t have a bad experience I found some really good part, the only downside was the price was a little high but on the up side I founds some original parts.

I don't recommend this place to find your parts unless you didn't find them online. It may have what you're looking for but be prepared to pay a very high price.

Great spot for those looking for parts for older cars. Prices seem to be a little inconsistent, but I still bought parts. Sent a friend and he was glad to find parts he's been trying for years to find.

Great selection of cars and trucks! Hard to find parts in this day and age! If you have a vehicle, classic, go see Tony's classics!

Good selection of some parts for older vehicles. Down side is the high price when compared to new old stock or reproduction items. Be prepared to pay the asking price or walk as they do not accept counter offers.

Owner may not always be the most friendly, but I dont go there for the people skills. Pricing has always been fair when I go, and occasionally he will even give me some small insignificant part. Its great to have a classic car salvage yard nearby when all I own and drive is beater classic cars.

Wouldn't go here again if it was the last auto part place in the world. Would give it 0 stars if I could. Owner is rude as hell and just blurts out prices. He wouldn't stop repeating the phrase "I don't need you, you need me" the whole time I was there for no reason. Don't waste your time going here. Take your business elsewhere.

So like if you are into rebuilding or maintaining a car from the 40s to the 80s this is probably a place you want to explore. It's hard to get parts for vehicles over 15 years old so you got to be strategic if you want to keep it running. A 1970 AMC Javelin-that was a flash back for sure.

Dude wanted to charge me $50 for a duel tank switch. And you can literally get it for $15 and have it shipped to my door lol. Wanted to look and find things for my 89 dually and he just spits out prices like he thinks no one knows how much they cost. If you absolutely need it then don’t go

If I could I would give him zero stars. Overcharged me for my transmission, and then began to lecture me about how old trucks are better than new ones. Then when I found that the transmission was no good, he didn't want to help me out because I missed the 30 day guarentee by a few days (it's called being human and helping out the working class), so now I'm out 400 dollars. Never going back, even if they paid me.

Tony is a real jerk with overpriced items. Got the same part at Tex Mex auto parts for $5.00. He wanted $35.00. Proceeded to tell me how to park and made a big deal out of it. When I balked at 35 told me to leave as he was busy. Worst service I have ever come across.

Tony didn’t know what the hell he was talking about it’s expensive they just say random number we asked Tony how much for the window at the beginning he said $100 then when we said ok we where ready to pay he said $170 so we just said never mind he said how much it cost him to get it off which he never standed up only once to clean his shoes and told us next time to make sure we are going to buy it they are lazy when we told them we are going to get the window the worker was mad so don’t recommend him

I've spent close to half my life scouring junkyards and have never had an experience like this (first time in Houston). This guy has absolutely no idea what he's talking about. I went to buy a headlight and mount. Tony has no idea what a mount is and thinks that the car has a header panel. Then he went on some rant about getting terms correct (yes try educating the veteran parts salesman on terms, try me!). Then he proceeded to jump all over the place on prices. He wanted 200 bucks for a single headlight and mount that you can buy a full set (both sides) NOS (yes, BRAND NEW GM OEM) for 145 on ebay. His mechanic is incompetent as well and makes up prices on the spot. Then he went on to Nickel and Dime me about stupid trinkets and odds and ends and wanted very high dollar for flood damaged interior parts which I skipped on. He charged me 75 for a mount that you would get for 15 bucks anywhere else. I also needed a hood and grille, which he said would be 250 or 200 without the grille on the phone. He then proceeded to charge 150 for a grille, so is the hood 100 now, nope, 300 (screw that, keep your hood man). The only way I brought down any price and walked away with anything was to heap praises on his yard (which is actually really cool but needs new ownership), him (which I will never do again), and buy 2 things instead of 1 or "he's not selling it, buy it on EEEEEBAAAAYYY" in a condescending tone. I will never go here again and hope his 10 year streak of fiscally raping people brings his unprofessional, rude, sleazy a** business to a screeching halt. I highly recommend trying ANYWHERE else if possible. He also bases price on what you look like and if you speak Spanish or not. Tony and some of his employees make the whole salvage business look like trash. Rant over.

Waste of time and horrible customer service, wouldn't sell me a part with claims of he's keeping it for himself. Me and one other guy inside the office in line waitng to be helped and he ignored me to help someone who walks in behind me first. At that moment I knew I should have taken my business elsewhere.

Tony is a good guy, in my business I need measurements from cars he lets me get them and even when I offered him money he would not take it...he is a great guy!!!!

Take you business elsewhere, they literally only have one mechanic on duty. If you are willing to spent more than 2 hours and have plenty of time to waste, then it's the place with you. But if you have other errands to do. Don't come here. People are rude and yell at you. They wanted to charge $25 for a small bolt. Seriously they are horrible.

RIP OFF! Went to look at a part they had that is not rare and you can get NOS (new old stock) or reproduction. They quoted me a price that is OVER DOUBLE what you can get it brand new for, shipped directly to my house. This tells me they do not really have any idea of the actual market cost of the parts, but they just make up numbers based on how you look. They may be useful if it is a hard-to-find part and you must get it ASAP, otherwise I'd look elsewhere before going to this place.

I paid $23 for a used part that costs $23 new. Thats not a great deal but it was what I needed. The guys were nice and educated.

I had a great experience here. They have a fantastic selection of parts for my truck unlike any other place I've seen in Houston. I had help pulling the part I needed and paid a very fair price. I will definitely return to Tony's.

I went to Tony's after speaking to Airline and they recommended him because I was looking for 81 to 87 Chevy/GMC trucks. He has quite a collection of GM trucks from early 70's to early 90's. They were easy to work with and the price was very reasonable for the odd parts that I needed. They are strict about their engines and don't allow them to be picked for parts. They pull the parts for you- no picking yourself. I wish they were closer so I could get more parts. They have lots of older cars and trucks from the 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's, and newer. Most of the other yards only go back 10 years.

Called this guy on the phone because he had a add on craigslist for a 1989 camaro and said he had a nice right side fender on that car, he was very short with me on the phone,i asked are you sure you have the right side fender,he said yes and hung up the phone on me. So i gave him the benefit of the doubt and drove 40 miles one way that afternoon to get there, and i talked to the owner Tony he said yes i remember you called me this morning and pointed to the red 89 camaro in the salvage yard.I walk to the car and was shocked, there was no right side fender on the car.I told him i was disappointed because he lied to me on the phone and didn't seem to care i drove 40 miles to get there, then he had the nerve and tried selling me another fender on a camaro with Bondo chipping off of it.He didnt even apologize for his lack of ignorance. Do yourself a favor and dont buy from the guy,He wants to sell you junk and waist your time .
